The resto is located at Panglao CBD's main parking area, below a 2 storey structure where the 2nd floor advertises massage in gaudy lights. Their old original location on the 2nd floor of a stand-alone wooden structure that is still being posted is a bit misleading. Outside and closed-door seatings were available. It was a bit loud during dinner as it was just beside the plaza's stage where a band and fire dancers were performing. We had pulpo parmentiere, mediterranean salad, albondigas con sepia, fritura and a pitcher of their house's sangria. Coming from a keto low salt diet, I find everything I eat to be too salty, but even with that predilection, I found the food we ordered here overwhelmingly underseasoned, and I don't want to insult the chef by asking for a salt shaker. The sangria though was something else, it was refreshing and light and gave that perfect 'buzz' to quickly forget about the imperfection of the meal. Bill came to about 1.8k.

We had a perfect dinner time! Paella pork and Grilled Pulpo was very nice. Pork was very soft and sauce of Pulpo was addictive. Especially slightly burnt paella rice was just undeniable...even though I was super full.Furthermore, our server was very efficient and helpful with great smile! I really want to say gratitude for her help!I am very sorry as I missed here's churros and cheesecake as I heard it is also really great😂

Nois07:31 05/01/23
Pretty good Spanish restaurant in Panglao, the Paella was even better than the ones you get in many restaurants in Spain. Friendly service and they won us over with the Estrella Galicia. Worth the visit if you are homesick as we were, or just want to have good food at fair prices in a beautiful terrace.

rald _dc14:32 04/18/23
Spanish food at its best, somehow taste similar to Filipino's cuisine due to Spanish influence so the taste is quite familiar yet unique at the same time. Never had a real Spanish made dish before, but if this restaurant foods was it, then it is tasty and delicious. Their regular Paella, which included in picture, is generous enough to satisfy up to 3-4 people. Definitely explains why it's their best seller too. This place is always packed so suggests you to try going there at their early operating times.

Amy Hu11:52 04/02/23
food was absolutely fantastic and good for value! The portion was big, seasoning on point and the best paella I have had since traveling to Spain. Want to applaud the service as well, super friendly and attentive! Only small complaints are that the table is a bit small, so when you have multiple dishes, things would need a lot of shuffling around to be placed on the table. Also, it's a little warm considering the AC was on as well. Overall though would totally recommend for a good night out. Does get very crowded as it's super popular, might want to either come early or make a reservation.

What a great find! This Spanish restaurant has a broad selection of Spanish foods, and the quality and flavour are excellent! Most pleased with the service and my dining experience! Worth the visit.

Misha Hubacek11:12 07/15/22
We went there twice and loved it! The vegetable paella is so delicious and the potatoes are great too. They only take cash. Enter from the parking lot or from the road going to Alona beach.

Josh Cawley11:06 03/20/22
An exceptional fish and squid paella. Didn't expect the squid ink but a great addition. Churros were delicious and good beer and wine options.Be aware, toilets aren't ideal as they are round the back of restaurant but still a deserved 5 stars for food, service and experience.

Very good food although not the cheapest price around the Philippines, of course there is lot of foreign tourists coming here and prices are influenced by this. But quality is good. Better to prebook, otherwise you might be asked to wait for a table to get free.

David Wong13:43 04/26/23
Not bad, but not great either. I’m leaving three stars instead of four because the meat for the bbq was not the best.

Unlimited samgyeopsal for 350 pesos!! The best food ever! Very authentic and delicious. I love how some side dishes were Filipino food too!Honestly highly recommended! Staff were very efficient and friendly! Fantastic service!

We really enjoyed this place and the food.Good price to amounts. Friendly staff and efficient service. Clean atmosphere and all around good vibes.Recommend trying and I would love to come back at dinner.Enjoyed the lunch very much.

Dianne Odtohan22:21 10/30/21
Food is absolutely excellent! We got overwhelmed with the side dishes and unlike other samgyup restos, here in Kun's Stick and Bowl, the meat has lesser fats or no fats at all. There are touches of Filipino food as well and not just purely korean food. Highly recommended for all samgyupsal/kfood lovers!

This was our favourite restaurant for Filipino food while in Bohol. We came three times for dinner and no dish disappointed. The best was the Leonor, Caridad, Corazon, and Salome. The Damaso was also very good. Very generous portion of food and fantastic service. Dishes marked as spicy were reasonable for someone who doesn’t love very spicy food, but they can also adjust to your taste. My one comment is that the bathroom shared with other restaurants in this strip mall is disgusting and had no soap, no toilet paper, and no toilet seat. Considering there are a few classy restaurants here, I think Sisa should band together with them to improve that shared bathroom.

Prepare to be transported to a culinary paradise on the enchanting island of Bohol. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sisa, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience deserving of a resounding 5-star review. From the moment I stepped foot into the restaurant, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a vibrant ambiance that perfectly reflected the island's tropical charm. The menu showcases the rich flavors and diverse culinary traditions of the Philippines. Each dish is a masterpiece, crafted with passion and creativity by the talented chefs. From savory seafood delicacies, bursting with the freshest catch of the day, to mouthwatering grilled meats infused with local spices, every bite was a celebration of authentic island cuisine. What truly sets Sisa apart is their commitment to using locally sourced ingredients. Each dish highlights the abundant flavors of the region, from the vibrant tropical fruits to the fragrant herbs and spices. The result is an explosion of flavors that tantalize the taste buds and leave a lasting impression.Whether you're a visitor to Bohol or a local seeking an extraordinary dining experience, Sisa is an absolute must-visit. Prepare to embark on a culinary journey that will leave you enchanted and craving for more. Trust me, this hidden gem will exceed your expectations in every way.

Amazing Filipino food. This is easily the best restaurant we’ve been to since we’ve travelled from manila to palawan to cebu. You can tell it’s good because they have good rice and professional service (they can actually answer questions).

Sophia01:25 04/06/23
Highly recommended for people who would like to try Filipino food in Panglao! The Corazon w/ Shrimp was heavenly, and I loved their Crisostomo dessert. Overall, we spent only ~800 pesos (for 2 people) and were super satified by the ambiance, taste, and serving size.

Stan23:35 03/13/23
Everything is great about Sisa. From the concept, the ambiance, generous servings and of course delish food they serve! Not to mention the price is incredibly affordable. We enjoyed our late lunch here during our stay in Panglao. One of the must try resto, one that wouldn't rip you off.

Ralph Kristoffer Yee Porio06:33 02/05/23
One of Panglao's gems. Food is absolutely delightful, and would definitely recommend the banana blossoms strewed in coconut cream (Corazon, I believe).Great for tourists wanting to try very good Filipino food, as well as locals as they execute their dishes very, very well. The desserts are also great!

Ophelie Chuffart21:49 12/20/22
We loved the food so much, so we came twice. The dishes take some time to come out, yet you understand why at the first bite. They are perfectly seasoned, and the flavours are delightful. It is not the cheapest restaurant around, especially for Philippino Cuisine, but it’s worth coming to. We got to try the pork adobo, the Corazon with shrimp and the one with tofu, and the Tiago, which is vegetarian. We devoured all of them, although each individual dish was supposed to be shared :p. Additionally, we top off dinner with a must-to-try divine dessert called Bonifacio.

Migs Bassig05:25 10/14/22
Best Filipino food on the island. Every menu item is a hit. Generous portions, affordable prices, friendly service, and reliable quality whether you’re dining in or ordering delivery. Haven’t ordered a meal here that wasn’t delicious. My current favorites are the adobo, pork chops, spicy prawns and kare kare.

R Lim10:25 05/21/22
Sisa Bistro is one of my fave restaurants in Panglao. They have healthy and delicious food. The service is great (kudos to the owners and staff)! I also like the cozy ambiance. Bonus is the ample parking space.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating--both the one who took our orders and who served our food.Grilled squid was not gummyKilawen and chopsuey is good.We got disappointed with the grilled fish because it was just bangus. We thought they'd serve something freshly caught.Looved the atmosphere. Spacious and airy.Toilets are on the mezzanine. They accept cash, gcash, alipay, or bank transfer

Nadia Allegri01:17 07/16/23
Cheap prices but that’s because you have to buy every single side. Burgers don’t come with fries, you have to buy them, meat doesn’t come with rice, you have to buy it…. so it easily goes higher.food was okay, not the best burger i’ve had, but okay. the beef patty had a weird taste, i don’t know if it was the seasoning or the beef itself.Nice place, nice service, okay food.

Absolutely perfect place to have lunch if you are in the area. Good selection of both Filipino and western food and tasteful. Seating is sheltered from the main road but still offer a breeze to feel cool in the sunny lunch. Waitress was fluent in English and always smiling.

Kind staff, good food. Chicken schnitzel and vegetable curry recommended!

Momo Su14:13 12/08/22
Friendly service but the vegetable is unfortunately very salty. It's pretty expensive because the portions are small. They said the seafood are from the frozen ones. In general we are unfortunately not impressed by the dishes. We like the fruit shake though.

Ma.Rinna Lorion14:53 11/25/22
There foods is good especially there kinilaw my god its so lami/taste good and affordable price...staff are friendly and nice ..but the bad thing is its alot of mosquitos...

Tim Mitchell06:39 10/19/22
We liked this place. We were early for dinner. No problem, staff was friendly and efficient, with typical island chill vibe. The place is HUGE. Two levels with clean washrooms upstairs.Portions family size, small family but still good size for two. Good vegetable choices, dark style adobo, and choice ice cream on halo halo.Mango shake very tasty - more fruit taste than powder taste.Recommend and would return.

Where do i even start ? My partner and I went dining there 3 times during our stay in Panglao. We loved it so much every single time, not one single dish disappointed us. Alessandro is the kindest owner and will make you feel welcome at his restaurant. Always a nice word, some advice, he’s a gem !We tasted pizzas, lasagna, burrata, fettuccine… it was the best. Absolute fan of the truffle burrata, i’ve never had one like that before, it was just delicious. My partner fell in love with the truffle fettuccine! The sauce was creamy, so tasty and once again, just delicious. The pizza’s crust is perfect, just like you want it, and you can definitely taste the homemade mozzarella. This place is great, probably the best Italian in Panglao ! We can’t wait to come back to Panglao one day to go back to this restaurant ! 🙂

samuel andujar12:17 06/20/23
Being a chef my self i have to say the food was quite good here probably one of the better Italian restaurant I've eaten at in the Philippines. Would recommended it to anyone looking for Italian food. Staff was friendly thank again.

Rox Kwantes15:02 04/01/23
100% PERFECT!!! This is - by far - the best restaurant in Panglao! The lasagne, pizza and mozzarella are simply perfect, just like being in Italy. They make their own buffalo mozzarella. Our lasagne and pizza where both freshly made! The staff is really friendly as well. The blue car is a bit random though.Furthermore, you are allowed to make use of the free sunbeds and free swimming pool (for as long as you want!) if you're a guest of the restaurant. This is exceptionally: I've asked many resorts but it wasn't allowed anywhere (even when I wanted to pay). You should definitely go here if you want good food, good service and a great experience (lunch and dinner, not sure about breakfast?).

Freshelle Tilanduca23:55 02/07/23
Regina di Panglao pizza was good! The fresh buffalo mozarella and truffle on top made it so good. Highly recommended. The filetto (beef medium rare) is also recommeded. The pasta (paccheri) we ordered was a little undercooked though.

Banananaa Anchel05:06 01/02/23
tried one eating there in the restaurant and once order from the delivery.pizza and cheese plater is wonderful, almost every of my friends enjoy it.

Juan Pedro Vicente08:01 12/24/22
Pizza, watermelon shake, chicken sandwich and ham and cheese omelette. Everything was very good and tasty. Friendly staff. The owner is an Italian who makes his own mozzarella in panglao. Only for that it worths the visit!

Damyeon Kim10:27 12/17/22
It was such a nice place to chill out and have a great meal! Not to mention their authentic pizza and pasta, I enjoyed their prawn something a lot!(forgot the name of the menu😢)Everyone was so friendly and the vibe here is beyond expectation!!! I'll definitely come back again!

Vincent Cortesi12:46 07/16/22
Excellent, tasty food. Genuine buffalo mozzarella cheese made on the spot. The pizzas and bread are made in a wooden oven. That's so rare to find in such a place. Everything we ordered was top notch. Moreover, the place is comfortable, clean, with good relaxing music and with a lot of space for children to move around in total security. There is a great babyfoot too to play, while waiting for the food to be served. Last but not least, the staff and owner were welcoming and reactive. Excellent experience

Food Lovers (FoodLovers)10:18 06/13/22
2 stars for the service; they were very nice people. Unfortunately the food was no good. We went for the pizza and the lasagna. They told us that they did not have homemade mozzarella di buffala but they had a imported one. They had delivery issues… Okay, that’s fine! I mean if the guy is doing it’s own mozzarella di buffala, he probably knows what’s he’s doing and the pizza must be awesome right? We couldn’t have been wronger… No fresh mozzarella at all on the pizza but just some sort of grated cheese. Being myself a pizzaiolo, I greatly doubt it’s was fresh or homemade dough. More like a pita bread. And the lasagna was made from fresh pasta, but fresh frozen (just like Gorgon would say) and microwaved. We haven’t eaten this one. Terrible. The real problem with all this is, it’s written everywhere on the menu that almost ALL pizzas are made from fresh mozzarella di buffala and pasta are fresh. But it’s not. Please advise properly your customers and don’t try to fool them. We tried to tell the owner but wasn’t interested of hearing it.COVID has been so hard on F&B businesses. We know it. We’ve been working in this industry for decades my wife and I. We hope that things get better for them and everyone else. Be considered for those tourists, customers that are spending their hardly harvest money at your place.Wish you sincerely the best.

The Pork belly had some difficult to chew parts and was too salty as it had too much soy sauce on it. The mash potato was most likely from the box even though I have mentioned I would like a real potato. It was served semi cold and it hasn't got that smooth potato structure. Lovely restaurant with an amazing cliff sea view, however overpriced and not good food.

Claire14:16 06/17/23
We ate dinner at a nearby Japanese restaurant and decided to visit for some after dinner drinks. BIG MISTAKE!20 minutes after placing our cocktail order, the waitress informed my partner his drink was unavailable?! He chose a different drink, she served us water and we then waited another 25 minutes for our cocktails to be served! She also muddled up the names of the drinks and served us the other persons drink. We realized after tasting them and had to swap with each other. The drinks, when they finally arrived, were actually quite nice and the restaurant setting is lovely, but waiting 45 minutes for 2 cocktails when we were one of two tables in the entire restaurant, with at least 6 waitstaff present is farcical. I had hoped to return for dinner another night during our stay, but will definitely be looking elsewhere.Sad, as this place has great potential and perhaps the food is nice, but my time is precious.Ps, for such a premium resort, the road in to Donatela Resort is abysmal! Filled with bumps and potholes. The worst we’ve seen in three weeks of Philippines travel, including some very rural locations.

Michal Kapelinski02:25 03/07/23
Incredibly beautiful place with amazing view. The food was delicious and the people who works there are very kind. We enjoyed so much there 🙂

Everything was perfect. 5 stars to the food, the view, the staff, especially Kate who made us feel like royalties and took great care of my family. I won’t say more, just book a table and enjoy!

Nico Samneil Salado12:45 01/10/21
Service is great! The servers has good initiative. Food is pricey and food quantity is small. They dont have much in their menu. Taste is not that distinctive but i think the pay i had here that became reasonable is the view and the architectural design.

HariHaran Amuthamozhi Venkatachalam12:23 01/24/19
Good Food - Cozy . The View is totally worth it 🤩. But their pizzas are garbage 😑 we tried Margarita it sucked to hell 😂 Guessing their other pizzas would be Garbage too but the Continental and the Filipino dishes and Desserts were all good

Carol Chang11:00 11/01/18
Deep fried seafood platter is good, but grilled prawns and red snapper with bacon was under cooked . Ask for redo, but same dish been brought back in 5 minuets, means microwave only . Service was lazy, we pour wine by ourselves, paper napkins was thirty 。 maybe we had bad luck today . Not recommend.

If you're looking for a fancy restaurant that has good service, great food and a little privacy, this place is for you.Expect that the price. The servers are nice and three of them asked us if the food was good or if we needed anything. We ordered bagnet, Thai curry, spring rolls, chicken honey ginger.Thai curry is more watery than usual. The ginger in chicken honey ginger isn't that strong. It's more on the sweet side. Overall we enjoyed the food and highly recommended it.

I couldn’t try the foods. I visited for drinking with my husband we really enjoyed and all staff were so friendly. I’m always drinking Margaritas but when I order, some staff gave me mango margarita. I hope he checking one more time when I’m order. But really pretty bar!

A very pleasant bistro with great vibe! Great food and tasty drinks! Definitely will visit here again.

Anthony James13:40 03/16/23
Avoid. There are many nice bars lining the area that stray away from the false pretentiousness of this place. I was made to stand for a long time waiting to be seated and being ignored by staff, despite having spoken to many of them. The place looks nice enough in aesthetic, but the staff are none attentive, no customer service is present and the menu lacks anyway. You’re better off heading to the bars round the corner or in the promenade if you’re looking for a good time, you certainly won’t find it here.

The place is great. I fell in love with tuna seviche for sure. Drinks are very good and prices are reasonable. Was very surprised, how slow chill vibe and soft lights change for a huge party after midnight!Ah, also the best shisha I tried in Panglao!

Cozy, good food, cool drinks and very friendly staff. This is a must eat/drink in Bohol. Very accessible location as well, near McDonalds going to the beach. We really enjoyed their food. They have a very huge selection on their menu and all seems to be very delicious.I ordered the signature burger as I am craving for one the whole vacation and it was really yummy. One of my companion didn’t like the turmeric drink but I really liked it. I’m the one who finished it haha. Soothes the throat and clears the palette.

Nice Western food. And the boss offers all customers tequilla! The atmosphere is so good. Indoor is better than outdoor because there’re some mosquitoes outside.

Yummy dining experience at Garlic 'n Lemon Bistro. We ordered the garlic shrimp (fave!), chicken parmigiana, and chicken breast, all of which were delicious and deserving of a 5/5 rating. All dishes can be shared btw! The ambience wasn’t the best, but the food made up for it 👍🏻

Ricky12:45 07/26/23
A very eclectic place. The food is actually pretty good. I ordered the tomato and herb cream sauce with shrimp and it was delicious. My wife ordered the lemon spicy pasta with chicken, which unfortunately was salty, but still tasty. The pasta (spaghetti) in both dishes were perfectly cooked al dente. The service was welcoming.

Come for the atmosphere; stay for the delicious food prepared and served with love and deserving pride. Five stars. The bistro is small and intimate. Any flat surface has been decorated with the most interesting variety of nicknacks. Extraordinary Attorney Woo (KD on Netflix) would love this place, especially the ceiling.I am pretty sure the owner is the genius of the kitchen, but he also appears at the front to chat with his guests. He helped us out of a difficult situation, and we appreciated that.We ordered the Caesar Salad (375 PHP) as a starter, it arrived after the mains and had enough chicken added to feed two people. For the mains we ordered the Chicken Parmigiana with Spaghetti (445) and the house specialty, the Spicy Lemon Chicken (375) which also had Spaghetti. Everything was most pleasing to the palate. We had a house wine - an Australian Cabernet Shiraz (850). They apologized for it not being chilled (shudder the thought)! Wish there had been a chilled white available: the food is all so good it deserves to be complemented with an assortment of wines.I recommend this restaurant fully. So good! Do try the Spicy Lemon Chicken.Cash only.A common plea to Tawala area restaurants: Start to accept credit cards! As Philippines moves towards contactless credit card payments, at the very least these local restaurants catering almost exclusively to tourists who will pay 400 per entrée owe their patrons the convenience of credit card payments. Carrying wads of 1K PHP notes is really inconvenient!

Food was great with large portion that is good for sharing. The chef is very accommodating and friendly. He gave us free tequila shots. We will definitely go back and try the other dishes. 🤩 👌🏻 💜

The food is the best we had so far in the Philippines. We ate here to times and it was amazing both times. We can highly recommend this place!

The most satisfying mealI had in Bohol.I ordered chicken salad and garlic shrimp. Chicken salad was so fresh and chicken was so tasty.Garlic shrimp comes with white-rice or fried rice, and I chose fried rice. Can’t stop eating the fried rice 😋.The garlic shrimp… It’s so good and authentic Thailand flavor. It is served in ttukbaegi hotpot-it keeps the soup from getting cold. The atmosphere is super chill and reminds me that I am in a holiday😎.Staff members and the chef is super friendly. They listen to the customers’ need.Denfinately recommend!

Everything we ordered was so good! It truly deserves all the ratings they got here on google. We were 7, we only paid 3500pesos. Their serving is quite big for its price. A total gem in Alona!

A MUST visit in Bohol!!Food is sooooo good! Must try garlic butter shrimps with fried rice and the red curry. Portion is decent and the prices are good. Ambient is very chill and relaxing, decorated with memorabilia from the owners adventures around the world.Staff is very friendly and attentive. The owner/chef Mike is wonderful and super hospitable. Don’t miss this gem when you are there!

A must-try resto here in Panglao. No wonder their review rating is so high! Sumptuous meal in large serving! The place has random stuff scattered all over the place yet it’s still aesthetically pleasing— a beautiful disaster! 😂 Seriously, this is highly recommended.

One of the best restaurants I've visited in Bohol!! everything on the menu is great 👍you should definitely try out this place!!oh and by the way, Chef if you see this comment, you should reply me a post with a pic of a dish made from the canned Kimchi I left with you ;))thanks for the great lunch we had two days in a row!!

Lancelot Xjo12:37 07/13/22
We went around 11:30am. The handsome chef/owner opened the resto and assisted us. He was quick to deliver our order knowing he is a one-man show.Food didn't disappoint. All Google reviews are true. The food is tasty. Quality is on point. The serving size is huge. Fresh ingredients. Thoughtfully made. Friendly prices. No wonder at night, this bistro is full and queues are long!Plus the creative interior!!

Mary Josanne de Castro13:23 05/27/22
The food is very delicious! The chef/owner is very hands on and accommodating. This place is highly recommended when visiting Panglao. So far the best food I had in our week long stay. We ordered the shrimp coconut soup and the salmon.

I could easily see why this place was rated very high. Service was perfect. The food was super delicious. Garlic rice, garlic butter prawns, and kangkong with garlic were so good. But, I would recommend you to order something a bit spicy or acid so that you can balance the three garlic based food.Overall, very nice and pleasant experience.

Ricky07:22 07/26/23
Delicious seafood. The garlic butter flavor is the best. Ask for sliced chilis to make it spicy. The service was great and friendly.

rommel tejeno02:28 07/10/23
All the foods we order are so fine, and my family loves it. We are not so lucky the time we were there cause' its raining and the place is far from parking.

June Chu02:39 04/24/23
Fresh fresh seafood with many cooking options. We had grilled squid, steamed prawns with garlic and lapu-lapu fish sinigang soup (local sour soup). We finished all the dishes! Plus fresh mango juice and fresh mango shake. Fast and friendly service! Will definitely recommend them. Best part is, the price. Really reasonably priced! If you sit outside, you can also enjoy the fire dance performance about 7.30pm and live singing.

Kenny Hawley12:32 04/08/23
Absolutely the best Chinese style seafood I have eaten so far in the Philippines! The shrimp both styles I ordered and the chop suey were crazy good in my personal opinion. I have eaten Asian style seafoods in Thailand, Philippines, China and USA and this place is in my top ten.

Really enjoyed my meal at Lamoy tonight. The food was really tastey and the staff were really nice. Also a big bonus is that you can pay with card! Thank you team at Lamoy for a lovely dining experience.

Frank Rudert16:09 02/01/23
the Sinigang was really awesome! Basically everything was what we ordered was good. The Restaurant is very clean, also the restroom. Privately owned Restaurant which is another big plus compared to the other chain based Restaurants at this spot. I can highly recommend!

Ian Reynoso10:47 01/18/23
Enjoyed the laksa! I’m not into spicy food and their laksa has just the right spice and coconut flavor. The kinilaw is not that great, just vinegar and not enough flavors. Overall, good food!

Liudmila N10:11 12/31/22
Attentive and friendly staff, they remember what we had last time and what our preferences are (yes, we keep coming back!);Clean (also WC);and we obviously loved the food since we keep coming back 🙂

Funky little open air resto trying to catch the spillover tourist crowd from Modala. I ordered the taco trio, which was not Mexican but nevertheless good. Beer then food came quick. Servers were friendly. Considering there's no a/c, I think the prices are a bit high. But I would recommend it if you want to escape the slick soulless restaurants in the mall.

Miles Wetzel11:34 07/02/23
Great little place! My first stop while in Panglao and I was pleasantly surprised! I’ve had three evening meals and wasn’t disappointed with any of them. Ask for the tacos three ways spicy and pair it with a Watermelon Mojito, you won’t be disappointed. The tents are cool, the shakes are delicious and the mango smoothies are top notch.

N. S.04:34 04/08/23
Good space for dinner. You can either sit at the table or in the cute tents 😊 Delicious food and drinks, we came here even 3 times!

Kimberly Tan15:08 03/07/23
Cool concept but the food was honestly a disappointment. Their fresh mango shake was a good start. We also ordered the chicken mango quinoa cos of a review here but it was so bland (literally 3 small slices of chicken, a few mango cubes, a few onion cubes, a few tomorrow cubes, and a plate full of quinoa)! The pizza was also a let down. We didn’t even bother finishing it. Sorry.. but I hope you improve your food.

The highlight of my trip, the most incredible food I've had in Bohol, I can't believe I didn't try this place soonerPerfect sisig,Light & flavourful nacho mixCooked to perfection LechonCoupled with attentive and polite staff this place was amazing.I'll have to come back a few more times before I leave for sure!Edit : I've been here three times since initiall review. This place really is 5 stars

Sippe Lampe03:06 12/21/22
I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal in La Vara. Had the chicken with quinoa and mango, was delicious. Serving comes super fast. This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool and the staff is also really friendly. Absolutely the best meal while in Panglao, Bohol.YOU HAVE TO TRY THE MANGO FLOAT SHAKE !! AWESOME !!

Tim Mitchell04:05 10/24/22
This place is a beautiful little road side cafe of sorts. Definitely instagramable. Food size to cost ratio was more than fair.Very unique menu with familiar local ingredients with a Spanish/international flair of sorts (Quinoa, paella, burgers, tacos). Seating choice of cozy tents (!) to outdoor tables in a lovely setting.Recommend and would return.

Cream sause is really nice. I'd like to recommend a mac n cheese, if you don't have lactose intolerance. All the dishes are awesome. It's the best place where ever been I go to Bohol restaurant. But there has only one weakness, they aren't allowed the credit card.

Toi Bornas (Toi)09:56 08/21/22
Went here kind of late to fulfill that sweet cravings and we were the only customers around. The place really looks cool and hip.Anyway, we got the mango crepe and mango shake. Just full on mango test-tasting.First off, the crepe looked amazing. Served on an black slab, the ripe mango just stands out. Now the taste. The mango does stand out, as it should, because it was perfectly ripe. The mango shake was cool and the sweetness of the mango was just refreshing. It was a perfect cool sweet drink to end the our day after whole-day power interruption.Highly recommended!

Joy Tang12:08 05/27/22
A little cosy restaurant opposite the motado strip and Modala Beach Resort. We had nachos, paella and the kebab and they were all decent tasting. Drinks were alright but food tasted good. When serving the food the kebab fell off the plate to a serving tray for a moment, while we were fine with it will recommend to replace it for other patrons as the tray didn’t look as clean as the plate it came in.Overall nice vibes and will come back for dinner again when I drop by the area.

I enjoyed a delicious mango frozen margarita, which I'd recommend. The beautiful ladies, Belle and Josyn, who served me were super friendly, no pushy, and excellent all around with the service. Even though I didn't have any food, the food I saw coming out looked great. Some of the other arriving customers looked familiar with the place. Another thing, they had a lot of healthy options in their menu (another high point).Ambience was very pleasant, despite being in front of a busy street.Anyhow, I recommend this place, if you're looking for a great margarita or some good food.

Charlotte Mullinger13:07 07/15/23
We are at Shaka twice!! Their vegan lasagna was really good, I was a little worried due to not liking vegan cheese but no complaints & they’re smoothie bowls really fresh and presented beautifully too, thank you 🙂

Casey Peralta Stuart01:56 06/28/23
The staff were accommodating, very helpful, and friendly. The ambiance is clean and nice. Everything we ordered off their menu was superb, you can tell they use high quality fresh ingredients. Their Lattes and Coffee are excellent. I recommend trying the Mango Margarita and their big breakfast. 🙂

Dana Salunson17:33 06/26/23
Presentation of the fruits on the bowl is too pretty to eat. It was a filling breakfast though it was quite runny than thick. I think there was too much ice but it was still a good heavy fruit bowl.

Bianca Colijn08:57 03/14/23
Great place to get a tasty nutritional meal. The smoothiebowls are very delicious!!!We ate here 2 days in a row since the menu has so many amazing options that you want try.Only comment I can give is that the coffee (I had a cappuccino and a flat white) is a bit too cold, and also it’s made with oat milk and there are no other options for the milk.. but if you like that, its great.

Alexis11:30 02/20/23
(visited Feb 2023)Went here for dessert after eating at Toto e Peppino for dinner across the street. Really loved the chill beach vibe because the restaurant is open air, wooden floors, benches, soft lighting.Service was friendly and accomodating. Food is vegan and good, we enjoyed the Cloud 9 Kook and the crunchy cacao bits with the peanut butter. The ube mango sticky rice was good, the mango was fresh and they used real ube, but I feel like it was lacking just a bit of an extra dimension to the flavor, maybe I was just looking for the sweetness of the cream haha

Pia Moll McCarthy10:00 02/14/23
Lovely little place with a varied and appealing menu. The food is nicely present. However, I found all the food to be too sweet. If you're offering vegan food, which is meant to be healthy, putting loads of sugar in it is quite a paradox.

Pete Murphy06:10 02/12/23
This has to be my favourite restaurant in the Philippines! I was so excited to discover a vegan restaurant when we arrived today. The fresh fruit Juices arrived first and looked amazing and tasted even better. We had a pumpkin soup starter and our mains were the Wak Wak burger in tortilla wrap and the Lasagne. All presented very nicely. For me the Lasagne was the show stopper. I really didn’t want it to end. The side salads that come with both our meals were fresh and came with a delicious dressing too. After travelling around the Philippines over the past three, It’s definitely the most expensive restaurant we’ve dined in… but compared with other local restaurants, it’s quite comparable. It appears Bohol is generally more expensive than other tourist areas. The waitress was very welcoming and asked for our opinion after each course, she seemed genuinely thrilled with our positive comments. We’ll definitely be eating here again before we leave and looking forward to trying one of their fresh fruit desserts.

Madison00:18 02/03/23
I’m not even a vegan, but wow this place is amazing - I ate here everyday for breakfast for 4 days. Every açaí bowl is great, the fruit and veggies are fresh, the oat milk latte is creamy, the smoothies are tasty, and the vibes are great.

Misha Hubacek20:13 07/17/22
The food is delicious and vegan! Really healthy and fresh ingredients. I love the setting as well and the staff are very kind. I highly recommend!

Anna James05:02 07/01/22
My absolute favourite spot in Panglao. I found it on the first day I was here and have been back for breakfast each day since. The coffee is the best. The oat milk latte and the Americano were both amazing and the all the food was delicious.I can’t wait to come back to Panglao so that I can eat here again. They’re open all day until about 8pm.

Jaki Teo03:04 05/05/22
Located close to Alona Beach on the corner of Ester Lim Drive, Shaka is the best choice for vegan and healthy dishes in the area. They have an extensive menu of fresh juices, smoothie bowls, burgers, and mains—all vegan! Really impressive variety in the menu. Some of the food could use a little more flavour but absolutely no complaints considering we are on an island in the Philippines. Nice atmosphere to chill as well.
