We had to wait a bit to get accommodated to sit, but eventually you learn why that is the case. They make your wait, way worth it. The food's great, but more than that, the most notable was that the service was amazing. No order needed repeating. Staff were very thoughtful and proactive. Irine in particular (the woman in red) was nothing short of amazing. It was as if she was watching our table the entire time. Kimchi was running out, she proactively came with a new batch. Someone seemed to want to ask for something, she was there to ask what we needed. How she served us I can say, would be the definition of going the extra mile. What's pretty cool about this Romantic Baboy branch is that, they seem to have made this kind of service to be the norm (because it wasn't just Irine. Hannah and the rest were aligned with how mindful Irine was with us). Kudos to the staff and management of this branch. Looks like the work ethic and culture building efforts are on point. My family and I were spoiled with free-flowing food and excellent customer service. We will definitely be coming back.

This is the first time I'm rating any place a 1 star. This branch was so hot despite the weather being rainy. However, that didn't bother me as much as the waiting time it took the staff to get orders going. Ordering anything takes a minimum of 15 minutes. Woo samgyup? 15 minutes. Rice? 17 minutes. Extra side dish? 20 minutes. The staff's complete disregard for customer experience was mind-boggling. The only person who actually seemed to care about their job was a staff member named Tere. I hope this branch improves.

Samgyuniku improved since we first came here, I also think it became very convenient for the people to choose their own meat once they dine in since there is a self service section. Avoids hassle to staff if they are serving more than one table. Staffs were very friendly and attentive, too! Kuddos to your branch, though I wish they had enoki when we ate there and the floor could use some friction, it's too slippery!

It was our first time to visit this branch. We were kind of disappointed upon knowing that they run out of lettuce just when we have just started. We called the Manager, and thanks to her she did address the situation right away.The service and food was good. We specifically liked the marbled potatoes 😃

Food & service is A ok, but the place when full is very hot. I suggest upgrade your ventilation - exhaust / e-fan.Also, floor is a bit slippery, you might want to try grip tape on the floor, remember slippery floor it's a Hazzard.

First off...it's going to be really smokey and freaking hot. Ac and exhaust couldn't handle the people. The concept is great, and there is no more waiting. Just go get what you want...problem is that people end up hoarding certain things, and it ends up being food waste. For around 30 minutes, there was no ice, water, iced tea, or milk tea, and I looked around a bunch of people billed out with liters of the stuff on their table, some untouched. So i guess it's better for the drinks to be not self-service. Also, people just hoarded all the lettuce, i suggest having 1 round of all the side dishes per person, etc, available once the table is set. Only able to get 1 small basket for the 6 of us, and it's all wilted and just scraps of lettuce.

My friends and I waited for around 30 minutes before the food was served. I don’t have a picture but my friend’s meat (bento box) was raw and she had to ask twice before they cooked the meat that they served. At first it was just the rice that they heated, and the meat was still raw that you can touch it with your fingers.

We've been here for a couple times now since they opened.Aside from meat, they also have unli juice/water and offers soju (bought separately)The staff are all attentive just make sure that you're near the counter so they can assist you whenever needed.They have butane grill pan stove so its not hassle to cook and with consistent fire.We will always come back here with family and friends.

Overpriced for its service. The service looked inconsistent in every table. The place’s cramped, perhaps they can remove a few tables.The floors are slippery (as expected), but it has more oil than the griller! The staff’s slow to attend, maybe because of the volume of the customers.

Never blew me away or anything.I understand it was dinner time so when I ordered another cup of rice it took a while. It's already in the service counter but the staff didn't notice it for a good 6 minutes so I just went there and ask if I can get it for myself.Salmon ⭐⭐ it was fatty and delicious. Lacks S&P. Skin not crusted. Miso sauce. MehParmesan Crusted Sole ⭐⭐Didn't taste like parmesan lacks seasoning it. Aglio olio is uninspired. Lacks parmesan.PorkChop ⭐⭐⭐⭐ this was better among the bunch. Thick. Thoroughly cooked.Roasted Beef ⭐⭐⭐ it's roasted beef but I could have added balsamic glazed. Gravy could be better.Chocolate Cake ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I like that it's not sweet and it's chocolatey. Enjoyed a nice brunch here last weekend and the food was very good. Service was okay but nothing special. Biggest bummer was the amount of flies in the restaurant. It didn't appear that the staff / management were doing anything to combat these pests. Shooing flies away while trying to eat breakfast was an unwelcome distraction to an otherwise nice meal.Menu was not updated and several main items were not in stock including the Avocado Toast which had been one of the items that we were really looking forward to trying.We had cappuccino, Eggs Benedict which was excellent and Pork Belly Balsamic Adobo which had an overly strong vinegar taste even for someone who loves balsamic.7/10 but wouldn't go back because too many issues surround some good food..

We ate here for the first-time last May for Mother’s day and our dog's birthday celebration, the experience is pretty bad. The food was okay, not bad in any way but not like it’s in different levels of taste. The one that turns us off significantly was the service, it was awful. We had to keep on calling the waiters for follow-ups on our orders. When they serve our food, there was so much missing stuff, at first, we thought that they didn't serve some of our food because the table was full, therefore we let it slide. After finishing most of it, we followed up on some of the missing stuff, and it couldn't be any quicker cause really, they forgot about it. Now time for the dessert which is the part that makes my blood boils. We followed up for our 2 halo-halo and 3 crema de leche, and the included leche flan on our meal. The 2 halo-halo served fast, but the other stuff hadn't been served yet so we thought they were just making it, they just had to serve the 2 halo-halo first. But after about 20-30 minutes, the dessert hadn't been served still, and the reason? They say they forgot about it but will make them as soon as possible. another 20-30 minutes had passed, and dessert hadn't arrived at all. One of us had to talk to the front table to end this ordeal once and for all, only just then the dessert has been served as a take-home cause the mall's already closing. Mind you we arrived about 7PM and they finished serving at 9PM or so, a meal that could take less than an hour takes 2 hours to complete. We don't know their deal or why they always forget about us. The people next to our table arrived later than us, but their meal was served without delay even the dessert, and finished eating before us, they were 10 people, and we were just 5. Are they discriminating because we wear almost "pambahay lang" outfits? and not their priority? Idk to be honest what's the deal, but one thing is for sure, this is the first time we will never repeat.

This is where I had my worst dining experience ever. First, it took a long time for our group to be seated when clearly there is enough space inside the restaurant. Second, the overall cleanliness of the shop was bad (i.e. greasy floor and dirty floor marks). Third, the employees were very unaccommodating, they couldn’t hear you when you call them and they’ll only attend your table once you go to the staff. Fourth, the rice was not fully cooked it was hard as heck. And finally, there was a big rat roaming, we called for their staff’s attention for this matter, but there was no sense of urgency from the staff to address that matter it felt like it was a normal thing for them.I love the food from Kuya J’s restaurant, but sadly I experienced these things. I hope that the management from this branch can address these issues. I know they can do better than this, and I hope that no one will experience the things that I experienced.

Disappointed with this branch. There is almost no air-condition inside and the ceiling is leaking drops of water on our table. They have available tables on the other side but refused to provide it to us since it's a function room. The food is not delicious and they give little servings of condiments which taste like tomato catsup added with water. We will never go back to this restaurants

One of the best Filipino restaurants. They offer ala carte dishes, solo sets complete with rice and side dishes, and group meals.Love the kare-kare and scallops. Halo-halo is good too, though the ingredients at the bottom are too sweet for my taste.There were lots of unavailable items when we visited, but the staff was approachable and even slashed the item that was served last off our bill.

The Festival Mall branch of the Kuya J chain of restaurants. The menu is basically mainstream Filipino fare. The food isn't really outstanding, but it's good enough that I'll definitely be eating here again. One thing that surprised me were the prices; very reasonable, and you won't pay that much more than if you ate at a fast food joint.The ambience is clean and bright, but warm. Service is adequate, but could be better. I don't know if it's just because they were tired (I came in for a late dinner, about an hour before closing time) but the staff forgot utensils (which the person serving the food immediately noticed and corrected) and tissue paper (which I had to ask for). But overall, still courteous, and attentive enough that it's not that hard to call for attention.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.party of 3 experience.first, they served cold pork dish 40+minutes after we ordered. it’s not even fresh off the fryer because it’s literally not even warm food.asked the servers how much time we would have to wait for us to get the rest of the orders and she said it would be served right away. that did not happen. waited 20minutes after bringing the next dish. it was not even warm. it seems like it was sitting in the kitchen for so long before it was served.followed up again, but after 5minutes of waiting them, we cancelled the rest of our orders and just paid for the ones that was served.horrible service and end product but the server understood why we cancelled the rest of the orders. it seems like they are understaffed and they behave like they are underpaid.do not dine in here.

Tendon (Tempura Donburi) RestaurantIt seems to be a small place near the parking lot of Festival Mall. The staff were nice that they let me sit inside while waiting for the rest of the people I am with. Once we were complete, we ordered mostly their recommended dish in the menu. Almost all of it are not for sharing so we ordered individually. Some of us were satisfied like the Teishoku Set. While some didn't like the Chicken and Cheese Tendon. So for better experience, people must really like fried food or check first the reviews of the food before ordering.

Located inside Festival Mall. Place is clean, staffs are attentive and friendly, just their branch in Aseana. This restaurant offers fine authentic Japanese cuisine especially their Tempura is really great. Great place to dine with family and friends. Just expect high volume of people as it gets crowded usually on weekends. Highly recommendable!

First time trying Super Bowl, ordered the Unli Yang Chow and Dimsum Platter on the side. The Yang Chow looks small when serve but when you transfered it on a plate it is sumptous. In terms of taste it was delicious with big chunks of meat and shrimp and veggies, the refill was also fast. For the dimsum platter it was good however nothing really stands out. Overall it was a nice experience, would like to try other food on their menu soon.

Decent Chinese comfort food. I liked their yang chow rice and lemon chicken. Their hakaw is stuffed and their siomai is good too. Was told that their sweet and sour pork is also good but unfortunately not able to try.I find the fruit shakes and mango sago dessert too sweet for my liking.This place is good for groups. They also have set meals for sharing.

Delicious food. Portion size is little and bit on expensive side but is worth it. Need to pay a little more attention towards service as waitress doesn't refill bottomless drinks unless we wave down a waiter/waitress and they point out someone else to refill it and the other one walks in out and then refills it. Would have rated 3⭐ for service but the food deserves solid 5⭐.

The food is great. However, I was quite disappointed with tje quality of service of the staff. We ordered a set meal with bottomless drinks. However, we mindlessly forgot about it. Our ice tea glasses were empty and the waiters despite going to our table countless times didn't even bother refilling them or reminding us that we have bottomless iced tea despite the fact that they know we ordered the set meal with bottomless iced tea. Only after our meal did we notice this. Good thing, the manager was quite supportive and apologetic. Kudos to her.

The ribs are good but the sides were really bland.The servers are nice but inattentive (using their phones), had to call their attention numerous times just to get the bill.Facilities are also really unclean but has a bidet. The couch we sat on was a little sticky.

Due to the fact that I bought their ribs and chicken from the blue plate category, I was surprised when I tasted the chicken since it had a foul smell and a taste that was very disgusting or no longer tasted fresh. I then called the waitress's attention, and she offered to swap the chicken, but I ended up with what is seen in the picture. of which 70% is raw! I then approached the manager and informed her that, despite the fact that this was the second serving of chicken, it was still not what I had paid for. Additionally, the waiters were simply chit-chatting. We received a discount as compensation from the manager; however, this is still unacceptable.

Indeed they still serve the best baby back ribs. Been a loyal customer since they started. And whenever I get the chance to dine at this place, it’s always a nice experience. They have added more choices in their menu and they still offer their blue plate. Love every bite of their ribs, literally melts in the mouth with their signature sauce. Always a winner. They followed strict health protocols, assuring the safety of dining customers.

It was my first visit in Racks Restaurant in (Festival Mall Alabang)and it really rocks my apetite. Kinda expensive but the best tender and juicy baby back ribs that we've eat. We also try Hickory Smoked Chicken it good too. Double thumbs up for this. A perfect place for my hubby who really loves slab ribs, baby back, ribs t-bone all steak in Manila.

The quality of Racks rib is consistent! We got what we were craving for in this restaurant. We also love the molten chocolate lava dessert. It’s perfect to have after a meal!

We had a good meal at this place. Authentic as you may call it. Pricey but still commendable.The soup base is so savory. I tasted a hint of "knorr" liquid seasoning, correct me if im wrong.The good for two package they have (buy1 take1) really fills you up.You can choose from a variety of red meats and seafoods.The veggies are all fresh. The noodles (rice vermicelli&egg noodles) the latter is springy and chewy that i really love in every bite.The staffs are all attentive and courteous 2thumbs up!Will defo visit again😁

Worth the money; Ordered seafood plate good for 4 people. First impression - it was too much, but surprisingly we finished eating all of it because it's so fresh. The broth was very delicious. Tip: don't eat too much of the noodles otherwise you'll immediately feel full.

(Update May 20, 2023) As I suspected, my issues from my last visit were entirely due to the aftereffects of the visit to my dentist. Today I ordered my favorite Almondigas soup, and it was just as I remembered it from my visits to other branches. I also ordered a Salisbury Steak rice meal, Potato Salad, and Calamansi juice. Delicious.(Original Post Mar. 26, 2023) The Festival Mall branch of the Pancake House chain of restaurants. Don’t let the name fool you; they serve a variety of regular restaurant fare (western cuisine). I haven’t looked up their history, but I’d guess that they started out as a snack place specializing in pancakes, then expanded into a full service restaurant.This was my first time to eat at this branch, and I will have to come back and eat here again to do justice to their food. My taste buds were off at this time because I had come from a dental appointment that morning. But the reason why I chose this place for lunch is because I’ve eaten at other branches and love their food.

Good food, the portion has been consistent even at different branch. Employees are attentive at the needs of every customers even though the place is full. The lighting is kind of not my preference it is too near for comfort. There are no issues regarding the color.

Tried their chicken and pancake all you can. The pancake was delicious, the chicken fillet was juicy but i dont like the breading it is to oily due to i think regulat panko crumbs was used for coating, the gravy was just okay. It is unlimited for 400pesos but you need to finish all in your plate before you can order another, you can also order in advance but you need to finish. For me it was not worth it.

Very accessible from the parking and mall entrance of Festival Mall. Why I only gave it a 4 is because it's a bit pricey for food that doesn't blow you away. The best one was the pancake, which should be a giveaway. It was a fluffy and rich batter, very home style pancake, just the way I like it.Another thing to note, though not Pancake House's fault, is there is no signal in the area probably a blind spot. They could have WiFi though which they don't have

There weren't much people because we came here to have breakfast. We haven't been to Pancake House for a long time, and we did notice that there seem to be less experiments on their menu, compared to how they used to be. Nevertheless, the tacos are still the best, and their roast beef is still really great. We almost forgot to take a photo because we dug in so quickly.

Went in for a preventing meal, had to wait more or less 12 minutes to be situated then another10 minutes for the food to be served. I ordered the Hamburger Steak Special. It's putted together with spaghetti , a side of corn and carrots, plus a boat of gravy. Except for the spaghetti sauce that was made sweeter (loved the original bolognese sauce, why the change?) Everything was satisfactory.

Food is really terrific and delicious. But for service, more improvement is required. Specially for food preparation. You need to wait for 25 to 30mins. That's quite a long time waiting. Aircon needs improvement as well.

This restaurant can accomodate 30 heads and up. We went here late lunch so there are not many people beyond this hour. They serve as well and very approachable, another thing is the restaurant is beside the parking lot. But this place is deadspot signal for networks. You need to go outside to have internet data. To management of Gerry's Grill please make an action for this. Having a wifi connection on your restaurant can help this branch to have more customers.

This resto has a wide range of cuisine, Pinoy, American and Italian dishes. Malaki serving per dish, my pasta and wife's sinigang na bagnet can feed two people. Expect to spend between 400 to 500 per dish pero it's worth it because they were delicious. Ung service water pala nila is infused with lemon and cucumber.

The Morning After is our go-to place when it comes to all-day breakfast meals, rice toppings, and comfort food. They have a wide variety of dishes on their menu. The last time my husband and I dined there, they offered this exclusive weekday promo consisting of rice bowls / rice toppings. We chose the dinakdakan rice bowl and Chinese rice bowl. Additionally, we ordered grilled spareribs. We enjoyed dining al fresco and stayed there a bit longer. We ordered some coffee and snap a few pictures just to share the moment with some friends.We went back the following week with a friend and tried their chicken quesadillas and fish fillet among others. The service was consistently good and the staff had always been polite and helpful. I would recommend The Morning After in Festival Mall Alabang for its ambience, good service, and great food.

A cozy restaurant located inside Festival Supermall in Alabang that serves breakfast all day. It has an al fresco dining setup that features a nice little view of the pond inside Festival grounds. Food was okay. We ordered the BLT sandwich and Indian breakfast paired with hot chocolate drink. Taste was not extraordinary but the serving size was very generous. For the price we paid, I say it was all worth it.

I highly recommend this shop because of the cozy design of the store. ✨The staffs welcome us very warm and the price of the food is reasonable of its price. I highly suggest this restaurant if you are searching for quiet place. 🤍I highly recommend their combi meals especially the pasta with pork lemon sauce. My favorite!! 💖

Stylish ambiance, great food in reasonable prices. They offer breakfast and other dishes from around the world. We liked the katsudon and vigan sisig. Burger was good too although a bit pricy.Serving is fast and staff is polite too.

The place is comfortable enough, good table spacing. The crews are nice and attentive, there maybe delayed service during peak hours. I've been in this place a couple of times, some table locations maybe warm and some location just cool enough. The breakfast meals are good and interesting, I love the steak & eggs with salad, there are larger sized orders though if you're brave enough to face unwanted cholesterol levels.Please like my review if it was helpful.
