The description says “ The Brow Studio will perform a combination of tinting, brow shade tune-up designing, and maintenance guide. Our Brow Definition will tailor a shaping technique to suit your brows, fill in any gaps and define your brows, and seal the work with an eyebrow tint to keep everything in place.”A lot of BS! The lady just cleaned my brows, didn’t do any designing or assessing and just put tint afterwards. Left really unhappy as the shape was worse than before and made my eyes looked so angry. I paid 768 pesos for something which really looked amateur. Then it happened the girl who was threading me had no gloves and and was coughing(with the sound of phlegm). When I asked if she could the other girl there said she already did but I did not see them use it ever since we entered this place(she handed us a pen and made contact). First experience was good but the following ones were terrible. I tried their extensions (Builder) and it was initially good but when one of the fake nails accidentally got removed i decided to have all replaced, they scheduled me at a certain time so i waited. After waiting for 2 hrs nothing! During the wait, i kept on following up. Turns out none was avaliable. And, they just made me wait. So they decided to make up for it by just doing one nail. Such a waste of time as i wanted to have a new set. Even pedicure couldn't be done!Next time I had it done, the one who did it was such in a hurry that she didn't even finish the time the uv light needs to finish to ensure the nails are securely in place. In a couple of days 3 has already fallen off! After having them replaced, another 3 fell off in a couple of days! The nail tech didn't do it will and just wanted to get it over with! It was a waste of time and money. The builder extension costs 3700 and this is the quality of service they gave. I came back just to have them removed already coz inspite of the retouch the work is still sloppy and quick. They just want to get it over with. I don't recommend having this done and this branch. Their massage service comes with a salt scrub that you'll definitely love. Overall experience was great, I felt so pempered and relaxed the whole time. Shereen13:13 06/09/22Went for gel mani, gel pedi, and foot spa. It cost P1650 and it was disappointing.Firstly, choice of colors were very limited.The massage was weak. It felt like she was just brushing my legs and hands. No pressure at all.Under my nails, there was a thick layer of nail polish which then glued onto my flesh.When I put on my dress, my dress got hooked by the edge of my nails as they were not filed properly. No more second time!
