Shiela Perrero05:29 10/16/22The receptionist should be taught how to stick with reservations and how to approach customers well. We came there for a massage, she told us to come back in an hour. We enlisted for a reserve and left our number. An hour passed, she called us for our reservation, told her we are on our way and confirmed our reservation is still on. When we got there 15 mins later, she told us she gave our slot to another customer and there are no more slots left. Take note of the time which is still 8:15pm, still too far from the closing time, and the service we want to have is just an hour of body massage. She was so masungit and not apologetic of what she did giving our reservation away. We just left quietly and very disappointed. Either teach the receptionist proper customer care. Or replace her.
