Even the organization around the booking of appointments cannot be improved. After booking by phone, I received a confirmation via Whatsapp with exact directions to the premises. Parking is also provided.The atmosphere was extremely pleasant and relaxed. Marina is super friendly and very competent. I had a great program and am more than satisfied with the result. Niklas Schmidt21:39 07/26/23Very bad service: when checking in the receptionist insisted that I had booked three rooms, without checking whether the three people with the same surname belonged together; room temperature is centrally controlled and cannot be changed (my wife froze the whole time); the receptionist has no idea how parking works in the area and gave wrong information; no food in the restaurant after 19:00; no drinks in the bar when I got there at 23:30; room cleaned late and sloppily. The hotel looks beautiful from the outside, has a nice reception, spacious well equipped rooms with an amazing view.The first thing when you arrive is a dirty parking area in front of the hotel (sand and garbage). They hotel doesn’t have their on parking lot, so you need to use the metered beach parking (6.50€ per hour / 26€ per day). The problem is you have to walk to the meter EVERYDAY between 7 to 10am to pay for the whole day (or you use EasyPark for double the rate).We had a room facing southeast which meant that with the full window front the sun is heating up the room nearly the whole day like in a grow house. Even with air conditioning running the whole day and the thick curtains closed the room felt like a sauna. Having it mention to the staff 3 times, the first time the staff told us to let the keycard in the room all day to keep the AC going didn’t help it all, the second time promising to send a technician to check it without success and third time requesting to move to the opposite site was ignored with excuses. During checkout we were ask to enjoyed our stay we replayed “not at all” we were offered a free coffee to go (that we have received in plastic beer pong cups).Besides that the elevators in some fifty year old hotels are better than those. Breakfast is in the ground floor and the wellness on the top floor. If you try to get an elevator in the morning be prepared to wait 20 minutes while the elevator stops at least 10 times completely crowded. So it goes up and down completely full and open on every floor.If you are not looking for the wellness and the spacious rooms, you better spend your money at a different hotel.What a relaxing vacation… Herr Vollmer13:47 06/01/23Super nice view and rooms that are up to hotel standard.
