His cellphone was ringing several times during the massage and he even texted back. He put a very loud electric fan in the room, I was freezing so I asked to turn it off. He just placed it somewhere else. After the second time I asked him to turn it off he finally did it and still asked for a reason although I told him already that I was freezing. He massaged me very close to my private intimate area although I made clear that I felt uncomfortable and which was very annoying. In my opinion that is very unprofessional. Was hoping that the massage would make up for the blunder, but it seems the therapist had no idea what she was doing. I was very well slathered in oils, but none of my muscle pains have been alleviated. The therapist struggled to find the right places to put what limited amount of pressure she could muster. It felt less like a massage and more like a scrubdown. Left the place more stressed than I was when I entered. Kinda regret not just getting up and leaving midway.
