At first I was skeptical because I was the only costumer but it turns out they accept appointments and I'm luck that I was the only customer. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. My massage therapist is amazing (ate Rosa) she is friendly. I highly recommend her because her technique is amazing, I told her about the pain on my lower back and she was able to crack it like a chiropractor and it felt amazing! The hot stone is also amazing. For those near the spa I highly recommend trying this spa. Halfway to my head massage, I felt my masseur would stop and massage me with just one hand. I thought at first that he was just getting some more massage oil, but then I realized he was using his phone. I think he was playing because he kept tapping on the screen. The phone was on the massage bed so I felt the said multiple tapping on the mobile screen. Whatever he's doing, he can't deny he's using a gadget (while at work) because I heard Lazada's ad a few times. Then when he get to the foot massage, it made the experience more terrible because he has quite long nails! So the pressure points that were supposed to be relaxing became super stressful because I was feeling his nails pricking my feet! But that inconvenience and pain were nothing compared to my husband's experience. His massage therepist is a woman but according to him, that woman's massage felt more of a man's. We both went for a massage to feel relaxed, but my husband literally felt like he paid to get beaten up. His masseuse's response after the service said, "Ganun talaga, sir, kung gusto mo matanggal ang mga lamig sa katawan, masakit talaga." Well, this is not the first time we had a massage, but this place is something else. She was something else. Sana maintindihan nyo na massage spa is for relaxation. Ilang beses na umaaray yung asawa ko, and there was a time that he even asked for a time out dahil sobra ng sakit, I was a bed away from him and I can hear when she was doing "karate chops" kind of massage, maririnig mo talaga na malakas ang pressure. Nagsabi na nga ang husband ko to change the pressure from hard to mild pero parang mas lumakas pa daw. Parang may galit yata si ate sa mundo and, unfortunately, she lashed it out on my husband. Very disappointing kasi this was supposed to be a night out treat for my birthday. Naging nightmare. I'm aware ako lang ang 1-star review dito. But according to the spa attendant, they've been in the business for 3 years. Bakit 9 lang ang reviews? Go figure.
