I went there only to be told only 1 staff is available to do a massage and wait time was 4 hrs so I asked if they take appointment for next day to be told that they only accept walk ins. It will open the next day at 11am. So I went back early before the mall opened only to be told that no one is available to do the massage that day. I was so frustrated for wasting my time and effort to go there. This kind of business should be closed if they cannot fulfill services to clients. And that's when they told me that THEY SKIPPED ON ME. They said that I should have been there at around 7:15. Why??? I asked twice pa earlier, "Ate, 7:30 po ba ako babalik?" "7:30 po? That same ate said YES. Twice.Here's their resolution: "Upo po muna kayo maam, waiting po ulit kayo." For real???Wow. Just wow. I cancelled it because why would I waste another time? Ended up not availing their service-- nor other salons' since it was almost past their cut off time.What a big joke. What a very, very big joke.
