It really felt more like a spa. I also tried the message chairs and they are fantastic, some of the best I've ever sat in, loved the zeroG and stretch functions and the room is dark and chill with the bubble wall. I recommend headphones bc other ppl can be a bit loud if you want to relax. The staff was nice wand walk you to each place. Place was clean and my massage lady was very respectful. I just moved to the area so I got a little turned around and was running late, but she informed me that she had the time and would LOVE to give me my full 60 minutes “IF that works with my schedule”! She was so considerate and patient and somehow managed to easily calm my anxious self. She asked me questions to comfort and assure me throughout and only did what was comfortable for me. I cannot recommend Rakaiya enough! I will definitely be back for another deep tissue massage on my next self-care day! I thought she would eventually do my neck and shoulders…. Not. No hot stones or anything else!! Absolutely terrible!! Then she left the room 5 times and finished early and expected a TIP!!!!!!!
