I booked a reservation days before and was already confirmed, I even informed them that the day of reservation (Mother's day) will be very busy and to inform me if they need to adjust my booking. Instead, they insisted that they have no booking on this day and to reassure thaylt they have more people to accomodate me. They open at 2pm and my reservation is at 3pm. This spa is only near our place but we arrived 10mins late because of elevator traffic. I was not informed that they already cancelled my reservation and given my timeslot to another without notice.Overall, I would not recommend this spa to others, as the cancellation without notice was extremely unprofessional and caused me a lot of inconvenience. The therapist was good, front desk was chaos( too many staffs and they dont know what they are doing). worst thing was after massage when i was walking to changing room there is a male technician sitting in the hallway and chit chatting with the staffs. Obviously me and other female customers are only wearing bathrob without any underwear. He kept starring and chit chatting. Hello?? No response from The Spa from my first review and such feedback and the review cannot be found anymore now i have to repost to warn the ladies. If you are into using their really nice facilities I would highly recommend this place because of the quality of the interiors plus you get a private jacuzzi and steam room.However their staff (masseuse) are really bad they come across as lazy (don’t want to adjust pressure), they don’t know how to properly stretch clients without potentially dislocating joints, the whole massage felt like a 250php massage and I could almost hear the masseuse sighing and cannot wait for us to finish. Like there was no sense of hospitality and it was all a tick box exercise. The staff are borderline rude. I went with my best friend and she had the same experience. They will only give you very limited time to dress up and keep calling and buzzing you even if you can see the other villas were empty. They barely have clients and so many staff wandering about the spa premises but they cannot even bother being nice and accommodating.Last bit is this place didn’t even have tissue paper in the lavatory and their sheets have holes in them. So apart from the jacuzzi and steam room it was an epic fail.I have been to luxury spas in the UK, Italy, Morocco, Bali etc so I know what I am talking about when I review spa standards.
