I feel like a newborn baby afterwards! No kidding! The staffs are helpful and friendly. I went to their Casa Vallejo branch and I highly recommend it. The tea they offer before you leave is also very good. With its close proximity to the city center, it’s accessible enough that you can go here by just walking.I just find it unusual that they don’t wash your feet prior the full-body massage. It’s also common to share the room with other customers. I didn’t like that there’s a buzzing alarm every hour, as it destroys your supposedly serene time.The staff members are kind and accommodating. They offer a free cup of tea after the session. I got a combination massage. 450php. I can only give them 4 stars because although I enjoyed it, they don't have private rooms. I was in a large rooms with curtains between the massage tables. We had the foot massage and body massage combo for 60 minutes with free sauna and shower (Package 3, Php 800) plus Php 250 for another 30 minutes. Clean place, clean sheets, clean CR. The theme is supposed to be Japanese, but it gets more eclectic as we went in. Will definitely be back when we visit Baguio. The acoustics ambiance of the spa has improved, music quality improved and less chatter of the employees was heard. The warm bed was a really great thing to have and improved overall massage quality. the requested soft and hard massage of body parts were done religiously and everything went fine. Really appreciate the professionalism of my massage therapist “jona” for being attentive to my needs like asking if the temp of towel and stones was ok to my skin temperature and handing out a tissue when needed.Good job on this little things.Tip: call Hands aesthetic before going to reserve a time spot. Better yet book for 12-4pm or past 7pm when less cars pass by then.Improvements could be made on giving the client before beginning a rundown of events on what to expect or do. Well, it's no big deal to me if I open the door myself and direct myself to the receptionist. But it can be an issue to others. The ambiance is average and does not feel luxurious or relaxing in any way. The massage itself is also average. You can really feel that they need to train more to give a consistently satisfying massage. So overall I would say 3 stars. Not bad considering the price. And yes the massage was great and enjoyed every second of it. The masseuse was careful and professional. The room was clean and has aromatic scent. The only feedback I had is the toilet is small and it is shared to the salon beside it. You have to cross over and see the staff room were they eat and have their break.
