I’ve lived all over the country, and this was the single best experience I’ve ever had. When I first checked in, I was given a short questionnaire to fill out. The last question is something like “How much do you feel like chatting with your stylist today” or followed by bar from not at all to I love socializing! I’ve never been asked this question in a way that felt so comfortable. When I met my lovely stylist, Emily, she listened to my concerns and showed me photos of her recommendations. Before we even got started she politely excused herself and came back with total costs for the services we had discussed. It was nice to know what to expect and not be caught off guard after she was done.Throughout my visit, every single team member said hello and was friendly. It was the first time that a salon team truly felt collaborative and not like individuals simply sharing a space. They all worked together beautifully and complimented one another’s work.My hair color and cut turned out perfect and exactly like the photos I had been shown.They offered product options as appropriate, but were not pushy about an additional sale.Incredible experience! Brooke took so much time, and made sure her my daughter’s hair looked exactly how she wanted it. She even stayed late to finish. While I was waiting on my daughter to get her hair done, Gracen gave me a mani/pedi, and waxed my eyebrows. She also did my daughter’s makeup and took the time to explain how to apply every product. Today I left in tears with hair colored 3 different colors and not complete 😢(He didn't ask if i wanted those colors, also said after the color was in blonde and a kinda redish color) "Do you want me to change it? (Color the hair back to back will definitely damage It MORE) he said It brings out your eyes! And men know what looks good on woman!" He raked through my hair and told me it was his anniversary and he didn't want to be late! I apologize and said its ok he said no don't worry about it! An lightin up a little then went right back to raking a brush through my hair i said please stop he said what do you want me to do? I said do it softer he started again and pulled my hair really hard i said its okay Tony you can stop go home i cant deal with the pulling it hurts alot he still charger full price i asked why and he said you said you were going to finish! I said Tony you never pulled my hair that hard before?? He then explained my hair is damaged and brittle and longer! ( Thats all the more reason you take your time! I know my hair is not perfect its natural and damaged! ) I will not return EVER! My hair looks a mess and you took my money (you returned 30 bucks!) Which the time you took was worth something but not what you took from me. I just pray you don't do this to anyone else, Not godly at all....And very bad business on your part!... Angela Weeks19:58 05/12/23Disappointed with the services I received yesterday. I scheduled an appointment for a wash, dry, cut, and style with Heather. When I got there it seemed like she didn't want to wash my hair and said she preferred to dry cut. I was fine with that, but once I got to her chair it was the fastest haircut I had ever received. A total of 5 minutes in the chair. I explained I wanted my hair just below my shoulders and that she could add layers to it. She asked why I wanted layers and I explained that I've always had them. She continued to do a straight cut (rushing through it) stating I looked better with a straight cut. After I paid, I went to my car and not 2 minutes later I saw her leave the salon and drive away. This just confirms that she really didn't want to provide me with quality service and just wanted to rush me out of her chair so she could leave. In addition, I had to clean up some spots where she didn't cut my hair evenly. I'll never go back to this salon again.
