J18 K11:22 07/05/23I had a very poor first experience with this salon. My daughter and I both had a hair treatment, haircut (daughter) and I had a manicure/gel polish. They overcharged me for the treatment, charging 5,200 pesos (Linkage Meu by Milbon treatment). They charged me the same cost as my daughter's (mid-back length). They considered my hair 'long' even if my hair length was only up to my shoulders. How can that be considered long? The cost in their website is 2400 for long hair so not sure why they charged me more than this for long hair. They charged 700 pesos for a trim (only ends of her hair). Pretty pricey just to cut the ends of my daughter's hair.My gel manicure was horrible with uneven polish (top coat was uneven). I only noticed it when I left and was under brighter light. I had to return to their salon to get it re-done. The manicurist said it was because of the polish used. Why do they use this type of polish in the first place? Shouldn't she have noticed the unevenness of the polish as she was doing my nails? My gel polish didn't even last for a week (with chips and cracks). If you decide to try this salon out, please make sure to ask for a quote first and double check their price list. Do yourself a favour and get your nails done somewhere else.
