I made the appointment the day before and he was able to accommodate me the next day. Their space was clean and inviting but not sterile looking which I liked. And another thing is ever since i did the keratin my head became so itchy.As i read on google the reason .. it said if this happens it means the keratin sucks. I would note this is not the kind of scalp treatment where they analyze your scalp with a camera for before/after. Regardless the salon did a very thorough job exfoliating and cleansing my scalp and I was satisfied.I had a haircut with the salon director, Do Sang Rye (had to pay extra but worth it for her expertise). She cuts hair with confidence and was able to give me a great recommendation for a style that would suit my face shape. She did a wonderful job with the layers, I’ve never seen my hair so pretty! She is also amazing with styling hair with just a curling brush and curling iron proving skill is more important than fancy tools.I made the appointment the day before through instagram message. If you paid 60,000 won, it seems normal to cut with as much care as it is worth, but it was roughly completed in 10 minutes, and I couldn't like my hair because I cut it in a situation where I couldn't understand what the customer's needs were at all. The person called the director cut it, but the left and right styles are completely different... Even if you use a local hair salon, your skills don't deteriorate like this... The hair has already been cut and shortened, so I don't think you'll like it if I ask you to do it again, so hold back and try again I'm growing it. I really don't want to look in the mirror. I had the reservation online after reviewing many blogs and youtube introduction, but the outcome disappointed me a lot.1. I prepared photo to show the stylist that i wanted the air bangs, but she made me a thick choppy bangs, which is totally different from the photo i gave!!2. They will keep persuade you for additional courses, like bleaching or hair caring. After I rejected those, the stylist get angry and say she will not be responsible for my hair loss or damage if i did not follow her suggestion, then she simply walked off. The result is my hair is super healthy after i dyed there.3. The most unacceptable thing was the assistant had the color cream all over my cheek and forehead when he was dyeing my hair. And i found my ear was full of color cream after i left the salon, and they never cleaned it!!I will never come back this salon again and will never recommend my friend to even get a try. I am absolutely not deserved to pay 300,000 won to get such impolite experience. Nana's assistant (I didn't catch your name I'm sorry) did an initial consult with me and we managed to communicate. (Frankly, i didn't expect communication to be a full 100% so I think it'd be good if you're a foreigner to learn a bit of Korean to get your point across)After leading me to the seat, I met Nana and she's super nice. The consult with her was very calming and she recommended me colours based on what I wanted, which was a natural one that could reduce the look of my previous blonde ends. Nana showed me a few colours and recommended a treatment to which she asked me if I wanted to do it and I said yes. To be honest, I left the colour choice up to Nana and in her words, to trust her.One thing that impressed me was that she broke down the price for each service and did the calculation straight in front of me. Before proceeding, she made sure I knew the price I was paying. I appreciate this transparency and I wish more salons had the integrity to do this.Ok now to the actual hair service. We didn't talk much as they were applying the dye and treatment but it was not the kind of silence that felt intimidating. Instead, I was calm and just let them do their jobs. Hair wash was amazing as well! Her assistant was very clear with her instructions and checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable.Cut time: Super meticulous, and again not much talk. You can tell Nana is dedicated to her work, she made sure each side was of the same length and she was very focused. Also appreciate that before cutting my bangs, she made sure I really did wanted it cut.She gave me her signature layers and taught me a simple trick to style it, since my hair is flat. Overall, colour was super natural and the cut is so flattering.At the end of the service, both her and her assistant walked me out to the entrance. I definitely recommend 🙂 However I think the salon is better catered to young adults because my mum also went and did not have results that are as satisfying as I did.
