Their service is really bad, even their Gel service. They rushed my nails, did not even let it dry and why I got home it got ruined because it's still wet. The one who did my pedicure was good (no complaints) however, the one who did my manicure seemed like she was rushing. Her hand felt heavy especially when she used the orange stick and pusher. My cuticles felt battered after the manicure (painful but thankfully no cuts even after I warned her that my cuticles were thin). My nails have quite a few bubbles as well. The place also felt warm (temperature wise) so it was hard to relax. I also didn't like the too reclined seats because I prefer watching having my nails done. This is so I can call the technician's attention when my cuticles are getting battered (I've been told many times that my cuticles are thin) or when an extra nip might give me a cut. Lunula

This change was brought about my need to go to Robinson's Magnolia. It was indeed a traumatic experience for my child since a supposedly simple trim, which usually takes a few minutes at Cuts for Tots, took around almost an hour, split into 3 different sessions since the hair of my child was sooo ugly that the cutter had to redo it 2 more times. The second time was sooo teribble that the cutter did not even make my child's hair wet despite me telling him to do so. It could have been much easier to determine if the hair was cut straight this way (this is common sense). He finally believed me during the third session when he finally made my child's hair wet and somehow was able to make the hair look straight. Although I still saw a lot of imperfections after the third cutting session (this time my daughter was already in tears), I just left the salon as I am worried that my daughter's hair will get shorter and shorter since it seemed impossible for the cutter to make the hair look nice and presentable. It's sad that my child will be celebrating her birthday very soon and with this terrible hair cut. I also did not complain anymore since I had to attend to my other child who already kept on complaining since we spent a lot of time in the salon.The cutter was terrible and it was evident that he did not know what he was doing.
