I have been going to Bangs Prime salon in MOA for almost a year now and still their reception has always been a problem. If only not for Paul who is a good hairdresser, I wouldn’t come back. The ladies in the reception has a very poooor queuing system! They have or the management has to think of a better way to accept and usher their clients, not to mention their regulars- to have a better salon experience. I can’t help but raise my voice to this lady who is assigned in MOA July 31,2023 (between 3pm-4pm, long hair with blond on the end) because she kept on repeating that there are 4 people before me and it’s a long line. That I understand, but she keeps on asking me if I am willing to wait, it’s a long line. I definitely heard her the first time but it seems she doesn’t want me to avail of the services. This is bad for your business, Bangs. You have to do a reskilling training to your staff. If only not for Paul, I wouldn’t come back. I hope you won’t turn a blind eye to this feedback.

Haircut was rushed and it is uneven. Bad attitude from my hairstylist as soon as i sat down. The assistants were nice but the korean hairstylists had very rude attitudes. Felt like he hated his job and wanted it to get over with. Never coming back here and i would not recommend it; atleast the korean hairstylist that cut my hair. That guy needs to go.

Please fix your accent and attitude before treating any clients. Especially that Korean man hairstylist. It’s so easy to explain if you can’t do a certain hair style rather than using a very rude tone.Don’t come and disgust customers. I won’t also come here for the second time. I recommend TIARA Salon, and the people there are even nicer than here. (It’s also Korean hairstylist btw)

Mr Paul (hairstylist) is professional, and his two assistants, Ms Ella and Ms Cristel are very accommodating.Also to mention the receptionist Ms Michelle is very pleasant.Highly recommended!Thank you and will be back for sure!

After 15 seconds shampoo wash I need to wash hair again same evening at home. Blow dry on hot temperature was done without basic thermal protraction. I could steam coming from my hair. Attitude of hair stylist is like he was paying me for the service or like he is doing a me a favor. By the end of hair cut on my “thank you” he just ignored me and went out to smoke. Perhaps because I decline on hair treatment he try to push? Well, why should I do hair treatment in salon where assistants can’t do basic hair care and stylist make me feel like I owe him sometimes 🙂

Would not recommend this salon. This was my first time trying out this salon and definitely my last. Staff would keep on saying treatment without exclusively asking you to if you want with a yes or no question. They would immediately use other phrases for you to be confused with this so called treatment. I dont know if this a tactic for you to pay thousands of pesos. I requested only for a haircut and they keep on saying this treatment they never ask me if i want it. They immediately put me under. Imagine paying 2500 pesos for a treatment you never asked in the first place?! Would never EVER comeback here.

Hair styling is good. Had a hair treatment on the spot, tried to say no but the dresser was too pushy. I was shocked I had to pay 3.2k for nothing rly. My husband also got barber's rash/itch from their brush. Eeeww never again.

worst experience ever! i paid 2k for a perm that did almost nothing to my hair😆 even though I consulted with stylist "kuya June" 2 weeks prior to my appointment."Kuya June" didn't use enough rods to create the type of curls i wanted. he made excuses that it was because my hair was processed w a specific hair dye and wouldn't take the solution. My hair did curl naman - just a very loose wave bc there was not enough rods put in. my entire head - he used maybe 20-25 rods total. Im not an expert hair stylist but even i know if there's too much hair in one rod - the hair will turn out wavy and not so curly. I gave him a visual peg of the tightness of curls i wanted so everything that came out of his mouth were simply excuses, laziness, and lack of knowledge.I think he lacks experience and professionalism. He needs to go back to hairstylist school and learn about the perming process.I don't recommend at all for perming. I obviously can't speak for other services they offer however this was the worst service I've ever received from a salon in my life.

3/5 for this branch. I had my haircut here twice this month - July 2022. The first one was when I arrived from the UK, the hairstylist that did my hair was unbelievably rude! Rudest hairstylist I have ever encountered in my entire life! I did not get his name but he has got a light purplish short hair and really seemed attitudy! I called him out for his behaviour and he later apologised. Though he did ruin my lovely day, I still handed him a P500 tip for not ruining my hair! 1/5 for him.Before leaving back to the UK, I decided to have a little trim and fortunately, the one that did my hair this time was super nice! His name was Ja (or Jaja) and I liked the outcome of my haircut way more than the first one! 5/5 for him!

Waited for more than 10 mins to get a haircut, yeah its given that the place was busy but seriously… Its like all the stylists looked after the clients that wanted to get alot of work done on their hair (bcs they’d be getting a big commission) and not paid any attention to the other clients with simple requests. Didn’t expect that kind of treatment from David’s salon, I always went to the branch in bgc but I was already at moa so I thought the quality would still be the same.The stylist that cut my hair seemed really unprofessional, I already showed them what kind of haircut I wanted but didn’t deliver. Their demeanor when cutting my hair was off too, they were like sighing and clicking their tongue. I already got a bad haircut and a bad experience getting it as well, having to pay for an overpriced bad haircut is not ideal.The place is being renovated and everything inside the salon is cramped, the stylists have difficulty moving around and that could cause someone to trip or cause even more danger. At one point, someone accidentally turned off all the lights in the salon. There isn’t even hot water when you get your hair shampooed while its freezing cold inside, with the ac dripping on the floor.Wouldn’t recommend anyone going here.

10min ago I left this place and had to release my anger somewhere, so wasn’t lazy to type this review.Place is “under renovation”, there are patches of different colors on the wall, wires everywhere, A/C leaking, there is no even curtain at the employee areas, it doesn’t look hygienic at all. All chairs are different, place looks very poor like it is in a slum, not in a mall.Brushes and combs are very outdated and towels have stains of hair color.A/C is leaking and it is freezing inside, I have said to the employees that it is freezing multiple times and other people commented as well, they never adjusted the temperature they were just laughing and confirming that it is cold. The A/C was blowing exactly on top of my head, since there are 3 chairs under it. It was cold up to the point where I told to them that I’ll wait outside with my hair treatment on top of my head and to call me when to wash it off, because cold is unbearable.Receptionist is on her phone and never informed me of the price of hair spa, cut and blow dry when I told her what I want, however there is a price menu and I took a brief look.The lady who was doing spa first tried to convince me to take some ampoule or serum and said it is 3000php and it’s so nice, which I refused.When she was about to wash my hair, she said ah by the way there is NO HOT WATER. So I was understanding and instead of getting up, I was there with COLD water and A/C set maybe to 15 degrees Celsius blowing my brain.Place looks extremely unhygienic I can’t even describe, too bad I did not take pic but do not go to see for yourself.Lady who cut my hair is grey short hair lady, and she’s amazing, she did exactly what I asked for, my hair was stunning. She’s skilled, very attentive and detailed. I would definitely recommend her!After I came to pay the bill, receptionist took the time off her phone and wrote 5000PHP bill. When I asked to give me breakdown, she sad 500PHP cutting and 4000PHP treatment since I have the long hair. I stopped listening where the additional 500PHP were calculated.I feel like white people get taken advantage of in Asian countries.I payed 5000PHP for no brand hair mask, no even heat treatment just mask which she put and washed with cold water.For all of you to know, especially the foreigners coming here, careful with your money, because they’ll definitely take advantage of.

I asked for a root touch up. My hair already had a balayage done at another salon, all i wanted was to touch up my roots. Right off the bat, they did not consult me in the process and did not say whether or not they were able to do it. Once the process was done, my balayage was fine but the roots were a completely different undertone. My roots were warmer than the rest of my hair, obviously i wasn’t happy. While the stylist was blow drying my hair, i mentioned to her that my roots are just too warm and look orange. they said it would be a different colour because of my “highlights” (balayage), i was confused but clearly they didn’t want to do anything about it. My roots were black so they simply used the wrong colour for my roots and didn’t bother to blend it with the rest of my hair. i left the salon in tears, i went back inside to ask to see if they can do anything about it. they said that it will lighten over time and that it won’t match the rest of my hair because of my highlights. Huh? I said the undertone doesn’t match, saying the rest of my head is ashy while the roots are warmer and it looks weird. they said that that is how it’s supposed to be. The receptionist was rude, both of them were. i was in the salon looking like i had just cried and they didn’t even bother to apologize or offer any compensation because clearly i wasn’t satisfied after spending $2500 pesos on my hair. There was a bit of a language barrier as I was speaking english but even then, if they couldn’t understand me or couldn’t do what i wanted them to do, they could’ve just said no. That would’ve saved me and their time, my money, and my experience. i would never recommend anyone going here to get their hair done at all. clearly they don’t care about the satisfaction of their customers.

My Experience here has always been great.Recently I was in a rush and didn’t take an appointment but they still understood and accommodated me as I was leaving back to my home country needed the hair wash done in 30 minutes, despite the crowded salon they still accommodated me ASAP and I was ready to go in 30minutes, MUCH APPRECIATED Service to the entire team working there, Special thanks to ROWIE & ROSE ♥️And Sandro for the last time I was there😌

Their receptionist is lack of communication skills. She will answer you back like she don't want to accept you as their client. Public market sellers speak better than her. Because of her attitude, you won't want to get anything done from this salon. You'll definitely walk out.

I showed a photo of how I wanted my bangs to look like, turned out the hairstylist cut it way too short compared to the picture. Never get your hair done here. Terrible experience.

I specifically showed a picture of the bangs I wanted and it was so far from it, it was too short. I also said to only trim split ends and he already cut my hair into like a wolfcut layer before I knew what he was doing he already took so much. Now I have to live with this terrible hairstyle until it grows. Take your money elsewhere, splurge if you must.(the branch i had my hair cut was at glorietta, do yourself a favor and just skip, go to greenbelt salons instead)

Had the worst experience at Glorietta 😫 Got my hair cut and it was too short. To know that the rate only included haircut was also mind-blowing to me. I've had haircuts and it always included a blow-dry and they shampoo your hair. 😫 Weirdest salon experience ever. I'm stuck with hair that's too short with mediocre experience that would probably cost around 100 pesos outside tho I don't go there. I've always had my haircut at this mall, but never with this salon and I want to cry. Never going back here ever.

Whenever I am in the Philippines, I come here to get my hair treatment. My experience yesterday is by far the worst - I received Keratin instead of the Brazilian Blow-out and I don’t really think it’s on my hair since I did not even see him apply it to my hair, i got black hair color when I clearly specified no black hair and the hair stylist “Ton” lied to my face and said it’s medium brown! I should have listened to my gut feeling and waited for ‘Kirei’. The place is not clean too. It is worth mentioning the positive though such as my husband’s barber/hairstylist is very good - his best haircut so far and the very nice woman who washed my hair tried her best toclean the mess from the hair color all over my face. I wish the management will pay attention to this comment and do something, this salon used to be one of the best and now ranks as one of the worst.

I had a haaircut w/ them and I showed a picture if the style I want before it started. the stylist just glanced at it so I thought he was an expert but in the middle of the process I already know he is not doing it right and im already crying inside but I cant complain bec he might completely botch it. So i just waited for him to finish ut and as I already expected it is completely different from what I showed him.I will never recomendthis place to my friends

I got a Brazilian Wax for the first time ever and I would say ate Rhea is a pro. She kept me talking (and laughing!) through all of it and made me feel totally comfortable the whole session. Of course, everyone has a different tolerance for pain but I tell you, it’s painless and I didn’t even notice it’s already done. The following day I went back and got a mani-pedi with ate Eva and Mary. I like how they did my nails very clean and meticulous. They are extremely accommodating and friendly, too.This salon is highly recommended! I really appreciate the excellent service. Will surely come back!

The facility is beyond gorgeous. It’s very modern and clean. Ate Welcy is the best nail technician I’ve ever had. She does things in his process that I’ve never seen any other technician do. She cares & takes the time to make sure you’re getting what you came for. I would highly recommend anyone coming here.
