Finally when it was done my front hair was not colored properly. I registered a complain about the service and the person who did the service. I again had to visit them however when i reached the hair specilist was having another appointment even though they booked for me the time and they requested the same person who did it for me priviously to redo. I was very disappointed to see that the same person whom I complained about was doing the it for me again. I had a swollen eye after eye lash extension in thier Festival center branch but I also had many beautiful eyelash extension before that and was complemented on the quality of work by my friends. Mani and pedi are very poor quality. They are more concerned about getting you out of the chair than really caring for it, especially when I got the membership,, the technician keeps saying its your free service right.. I am a loyal customer to them, literally always recommending clients to them, Marilyn city walk was recommended by the call center, so I went and got a pedicure with her, since my nail specialist “Emily DfC) was on vacation. So I went to Marilyn in city walk, she left me literally with no nails, what was left of my nails was crooked! And the polish application was horrible, they made me pay, and leave with crooked tiny nails, and a terrible color, later they called me to tell me my next pedicure is complimentary, to compensate, but regardless they left me with an ugly nail job! I mean how often Do we get a pedicure? Specially after being left with no nails,,,, sooo since I was a loyal client of DFC I went there a few days later, and I was giving the credit to the manager DENIS for DFC and how unsatisfied I was with City walk branch, I showed her my nails, and she seemed upset and offered me to file them complimentary and repolish them since they looked so bad, unfortunately I had to run to the hospital since my daughters fever was 41, so she told me not to worry to come back during the week, so I did! Guess what? When I did, she wasn’t around, EDZ the cashier was on the front desk , which btw doesn’t understand a word! I was explaining to edz my situation she said they cannot help me so I asked her to call the manager, the manager DENIS completely denied ever accepting to fix my nails, after she agreed and said I wasn’t due for a pedicure, as well as my specialist EMILY WAS STILL ON VACATION. So I spoke to her on the phone and she told me she can only offer a free file, I begged her to paint them because it was my birthday and I reallly only trusted DFC to do my nails and didn’t want to go elsewhere, she refused. Then she spoke on the phone with EDZ and EDZ told me okay don’t worry go inside start with your hands then we do your feet, after I went inside and started working on my hands, no one yet started with my feet, after we were done with my hands EDZ tells me I never told you to do your feet! And she wouldn’t help me, all in all! If you’re looking for a loyal nail salon, who strives to make their customers happy, nail bar isn’t the place! The step leading outside is a big step down and often missed. I saw someone trip on their way out.
