Luckily, there were no people in line so I did not experience other clients’ feedback here regarding the prioritization of major services over haircut.I showed them a peg called box cut with layers. This hairstyle is no different from my previous hairstyles because I usually get layers, just with different variations (bangs, no bangs, curtain bangs, soft layers, higher layers).After the cut, it was the first time I got disappointed with a layer haircut my entire life. Idk, di ko maexplain pero it costs P500. However, it feels like P59 worth in some salons. May naiwan pang uneven hair sa dulo. Akala ko babalikan nung hairstylist after plantsa-hin ng assistants yung buhok ko, pero after that wala na. It seems like she is not happy with just a haircut service, you can really see it on her face. Or maybe just a bad day?I gave T&J a chance, coming from previous bad haircut that I had with them in a different branch back in 2020. Opt not to leave a review since it was peak pandemic. Sa treatment or korean perm siguro expert sila, but not with haircut. If only my go-to salon had a slot that day and I was not in a hurry to get a haircut for an event, I will not risk it.Adding 1 star for the assistants who provided excellent service. At that price, I could have opted for higher-end salons in the area with far more better service. Also, since I went there pre-election month, the staff spoke against customers who shared their political views. The staff should have stayed quiet, neutral, and professional by going on with their business. It was such a turn-off to hear them say negative things about some customers. Anyway, it's been a year and I found better salons in the area. I was the last customer and the stylist started at 8pm so we have a good 1 hour before closing time. However, the hair stylist was in a hurry to close the shop and go home. Another customer came by but was told to just come back the following day. Had she told me to also come back the following day, would gladly go instead of her rushing to cut my hair. She said sorry as she missed the style of what I wish to do with my hair. I even showed her photos.
