I was hesitant at first because there's no reviews yet but due to popularity of the other branches I tried to trust the salon. I spent 6000 pesos for their hair color with korean perm (Loreal x-tenso) to be exact.I arrived around 2 pm in the afternoon with just a few other customers that time. Asked the stylist which is the better option and choose the package worth 6000 pesos and also promised me to add another set of their lowest priced treatment for free. First part is perming and will color my hair after.They applied first the perming chemical I think, that lasted in my hair for about 3-4 hours and customers started to pile up with only one stylist on 5-6 customers at a time. As I was sitting waiting for the stylist to start perming my hair, 4 hours had passed and many customers already done. I am still waiting for my hair to get permed. Then the stylist finally informed me that it's due to my hair (virgin) from rebonds or treatments that's why it took too long to start perming. Okay, I got it. Understandable.But then when the perming was finished and it's about time to color my hair, the stylist assigned to me was not the one who colored my hair. It was the other stylist and her assistant. The time is around 7 already and they are rushing to go home due to holiday rush. And the way they colored my hair was so unprofessional and so fast! It just lasted for 5-8 mins! By the time my hair was finished, the color of my hair was almost the same as what my previous hair color was! Then right after, no more additional process. No more treatments (which was promised to me earlier to be given for free). The stylist originally assigned to me almost not attended to me for the whole process! As she was so busy with rush of customers coming in the salon. Upon finishing my hair color, that's when she got back to me and just explained to me that my hair color is just like that because my hair has some color and uncolored hair when they started. I was trying to be calm and gave her the benefit of the doubt because sometimes when you wash your hair after, the color will show but it was not the case! I wasted 6000 pesos for this. That amount is not a joke. I can't believe I wasted that huge amount of money here. They should've been more professional and to think that Tony and Jackey is a popular and expensive salon, they should live with their standards. And since we're being honest here, not so famous salons and lowkey salons have a higher standard or service and has such great work compared to this salon. This is a disappointment! But then they asked me to wait 45 mins because there is no one available to tend me. I got a massage on another spa and while there, I received a text message just 10 mins after they said it will be 45 mins. I texted back and said "nagpa massage muna ko miss, kala ko 45 mins" then the receptionist responded, "estimated lang po kasi yun" like it was my fault. Further added, ipila ko nalang kayo ulit pagbalik nyo dito.. i went back after my massage and the first thing I was asked was "ano po mask nyo?" Super upsell si atey sa mask. Then I said, miss basic facial nalang. She made a face and asked me to wait again 15-20 mins. When it was my turn, this with attitude facial person asked me, "ano ginagamit mo sa mukha?" Because whe was trying to sell me their products. I answered usual over the counter products lang. when she sensed that she can not upsell me, she fault find my face na kesyo may nagbabalat daw di ako pede i-facial. Wth! Pero sa reception palang mask na agad tinatanong sakin di pa pala assessed skin ko. To the owners of this franchise, yung mga empleyado nyo magpapa bagsak sa business nyo. You think I'll come back?
