We had a flight to catch so that wouldn’t have worked - kind of annoying as we had specifically booked for the same time. They said it’s because staff were sick but while we were waiting for our appointment a lady walked in who didn’t have one and asked to get her hair done and they said yes 🤷♀️ so I think she took my friends appointment. Blow wave was fine, would have been nice to have a double shampoo but it was well priced so I didn’t expect a lot. The application of the black low light was uneven it ended up covering my husband's nice salt and pepper hair with full dark black. They cut my husband's afterwards. The haircut was uneven. For the first time visiting their clinic, I availed a package promo of 4 sessions exilift for face and when I am already inside their room half naked for the treatment, they asked me to pay in the middle of the session which I find impolite as I am thinking that since I did not dress properly that time, they might have thought that I could not afford it. I understand that if they forgot to ask me for the payment first, they could have at least waited for my session to be finish instead of asking me to get up again half naked to pay. 🙂 Of course, I can afford to pay. We are independent working women who can pay for ourselves. The lady who handled my first session told me that their receptionist would usually collect the payment that time before going home but when my treatment was finish, the same lady was still there in their front desk. I guess she was trying to make me feel better of what happen since I asked her “do you usually take payments in the middle if treatment?” However, the ladies who handled all my treatment were all very accommodating and nice. We even do chika. The Exilift on face 4 weeks session did not do any wonders on my skin shape tho but it’s understandable since they said that it depends on skin type. If lazy, scroll to the summary. The service is great. Everyone is polite and nice to talk to. I do agree they get very busy so best to book an appointment earlier rather than a walk-in. I see I think the lady who did my nails did a good job but, and it is a very big but, the actual nail polish is not good. I chose the gel manicure pedicure foot spa option for 2150 pesos. If you want to get gel nails here I don’t recommend. It doesn’t stay on that well. A a few hours after I got my manicure, it already started peeling on my thumb. Maybe I wasn’t careful enough. However gel extensions do you stay on well and dry quickly thus you can start doing things, you don’t have to wait like just a regular manicure. 3 days after my other finger, started to chips as well. I do admit it is the index finger so I would use it the most but still its not good. I don’t want to take it off though because it does look good.To summarise, the good thing was the service. Not a bad thing but better book an appointment earlier. I was lucky I didn’t wait long for a walk in. Only issue, the actual product itself, the gel nail polish, is not that good. They were not busy at all but the technicians were rushing to get the service done. We got a half hearted treatment and regrettably not worthy of Php1500 plus php200 tip for both of us. We liked it when we went here 4 years ago but this place went downhill since then. We will not be going back.
