When the new lenses came, the right side was very blurry I can't even see. I brought it up and she said "na balance na yan kanina nung kinhanan ka (ng measurements), blurred talaga yan pag isang mata. di ka naman maglalakad ng isang mata lang". I gave the benefit of the doubt but I stayed for a bit to see if my eyes will adjust. It didn't, so I returned it. They fixed it and it was okay afterwards. The lens seems high quality and the service was fast. BUT I'm giving it 3 stars because of the snarky comments from the doctor on my legitimate concern. For those planning to go here, be assertive when there's a problem with the service. I don't remember the doctor's name but I sure remember the rudeness. It was my first time there, and probably the last. The shop was relatively small. Upon entering, staff immediately attended to us, asked who the eyeglasses are for, and suggested frames that would fit me. You can choose from plastic to metal frames, with prices ranging from 400 to 1500, from what I saw in their shop. This includes the lenses, but I think they can go higher if you have higher eye grade. They'll measure your eyegrade, and fit appropriate lenses in store as well.
