There were only 2 ladies working and they both had customers when i arrived. There was a customer before me who was also waiting but decided to leave because it’s taking too long to be accommodated. I was served at 1:40PM, this would have been later if the other customer decided not to leave. I finished at 2:40 but my waiting time was actually longer than my service time, given that the lady doing my nails left me to accommodate her other client for 20-30 mins and then i had to wait for my nails to dry for around 5-10 mins. Seems theyre either understaffed or they dont stick to the appointment times. Extremely unfair for customers who have to comply with their appointment rules.I wouldnt post this review given just that, because its not the workers’ fault. but the most annoying part about my experience is that my nails don’t have a top coat. I gave the benefit of the doubt that the top coat is not needed with the nail polish, because i dont know what polish they used. If they really dont use top coats then i assume they would at least use a sturdy nail polish that doesnt need a top coat. However, with just one night’s sleep, my nails are suddenly full of texture or kind of chipped.I dont recommend this shop but i’ll probably go back just because there’s limited choices around taft 👎 Emma Gomez11:30 04/12/23Liz did and incredible job doing my pedicure. Their service is really bad, even their Gel service. They rushed my nails, did not even let it dry and why I got home it got ruined because it's still wet. The one who did my pedicure was good (no complaints) however, the one who did my manicure seemed like she was rushing. Her hand felt heavy especially when she used the orange stick and pusher. My cuticles felt battered after the manicure (painful but thankfully no cuts even after I warned her that my cuticles were thin). My nails have quite a few bubbles as well. The place also felt warm (temperature wise) so it was hard to relax. I also didn't like the too reclined seats because I prefer watching having my nails done. This is so I can call the technician's attention when my cuticles are getting battered (I've been told many times that my cuticles are thin) or when an extra nip might give me a cut. I always go to Robinson’s Ermita branch because I am very familiar with their staffs. Everyone is friendly and very caring to their customers.
