Please be honest. The nail was perfectly fine, you broke it when you removed my gel and you said you have to cut it now, but I wanted my nails to stay long so I asked you to just file it. But in the end you couldn’t make it so we had to cut the nails extremely short again. I never asked to glue anything or fix a broken nail because in the beginning I didn’t had one broken nail, the nails were perfectly fine but whatever I don’t want to fight in the google reviews now. Just wanted to say that it’s not true what you answered to my review and so people know maybe choose another nail salon if they want to remove gel and get new gel.And about „all our other“ request I don’t know what to say anymore we just didn’t had any other just wanted to get what we also booked on your website the day before but okay…Thank you for the warm welcoming though! I tried one other manicurist as a home service and it was so bad in comparison I came here the next day for a polish change. The difference in quality was like night and day. They also don’t use grinders to take off gel polish which is a huge plus for me, because it’s much safer for your nails. They are very detail oriented and clean. The lady attending to me asked me if she should cut or file my nails. I said, just file to shape please, not to make it short. I had an upcoming vacation this weekend and purposely grew my nails for 2-3 weeks for this. I wanted them to look like it could pass for wedding nails.Much to my surprise, she filed my nails so short I was so shocked because my nails were so beautifully long. I asked her why did she file It like that? She said I asked for a square oval shape (mind you, that was already the original shape) and to achieve it she had to file it short. I then explained that I had been growing my nails for weeks… she just simply said that they usually file it short when a client asks to file. I clearly specified not to shorten, and I was clear I just wanted it shaped. Even the nail pegs I showed her had long nails.I tried to swallow my sadness and not hurt her feelings. So I said okay, let’s just try to push thru with the intended gradient design. Then when I looked again, the gel color and application was so bad. Instead of neutral & translucent and smooth, it looked rough and the color looked pink and not skin tone as intended.I was so frustrated I just asked her to remove the gel polish and to just clean it… then she attempted to charge me P350 per nail to remove the gel! I told her and the other staff that it’s because she filed it so short that I don’t want the gel design anymore.I paid for the cleaning and left as fast as I can. I purposely went there after planning my vacation nails, plus to relax and unwind after a long day at work, instead I came out with nails so short you could see the skin behind the nail. She didn’t even apologize just kept insisting that when they file, they usually file that short. It’s clear she was not paying attention to my request. I specifically said, NOT short.Mind you, I’ve been doing my gel nails in salons for 10+ years already.So disappointed. Save your time and energy and just go to a different salon. Paid 1360 for a foot spa including dry skin removal. The technician also was a little too aggressive with removing my dry skin that it bled and had to heal over a couple of days. Karina Peña03:42 07/31/23In the end, my manicure and pedicure looked good. However, the overall experience fell short on several fronts. I went in with long, natural nails that had dip manicure on. I mentioned this in my reservation notes and explained to the nail tech that it comes off just like gel. I understood that there was an additional, higher fee for removing gel from another salon. However, immediately, the nail tech started cutting off my nails assuming they were extensions. She never asked if they were extensions, and she never asked if she could cut them off. She offered hard gel extensions at no additional cost, so it was okay in the end, but it was all still very unprofessional. Additionally, the standard pedicure did not include the typical foot treatments (soaking, scrub, buffing). Again, my nails looked good in the end, but you can get a far better quality experience for less in other nail salons in Manila. She is a senior technician,. I even fell asleep while she was putting the extensions on. The lashes looked glamorous, but not over the top, which was what I wanted. When the time came for our reservation they asked us for vaccination cards. We do not have vaccination cards because we are not vaccinated as it is not required by law in the U.S. and we believe everyone should have freedom of choice with what they want done to their body. They also did not ask us about this when we made reservations so we wasted time waiting when we could have gone somewhere else. I have no doubt that they offer good service, but the owner of this salon seems to have a dictator mindset. I do not recommend this salon if you are for freedom and equality.
