We arrived exact 7:30 and when we were there one of the staff ask my name etc and told us that our appointment is at 8pm, i told them no, our appointment is at 7:30 it is supposed to be at 4:30 but they said they cannot make it so they ask me if im fine with 7:30pm and i said yes. To my surprise they double book 7:30pm with another client and told us to wait til 8:40. This is so ridiculous, this is my birthday gift to my partner so we've been looking forward to it and we even arranged yaya to come by so we can both enjoy it. Then suddenly the receptionist came from shopping somewhere and told us to wait 8:40 so after 1hr and 10 minutes without even apologizing that it is their fault that they double book clients . So unprofessional!So I dont recommend this place because staff are unprofessional and they don't know proper customer service, save your time and go somewhere else . Booked a couple massage with my husband with hotpack for 1.5hours. Price 1680 peso per couple. I requested "AIDA" as my therapist because i checked google reviews and she is the best, and i am not wrong. She was good. On the other hand, my husband got another therapist with small body. And my hubby said it not feel good as she just like rubbing on your body not massage. My hubby even tell her please more power/hard massage. Yet it can't be done because she is small. Anyway, i enjoyed mine and pity my husband that got not good therapist. They didn't waste any time. We got our massage full for 1.5hours. I really appreciated therapist that didnt go out all the time while massaging the customers. Nonetheless i will be back again next time. Just maybe please improve the quality of the therapist. The first receptionist (woman) did not even entertained my question at first but maybe she was just an alternate so I waited for the Guy receptionist to answer my question. He did not even acknowledge that there might be something wrong with their services and just said "Thank You" after I talked to him.I would like to believe that this is an isolated case but I'd also appreciate if you can fix these issues so other customers will not be shortchanged. The service provided by the staff was also top-notch - they were friendly, hospitable, and really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease. The deep tissue massage was also fantastic and definitely one of the highlights of my visit. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5-star rating is because I felt that the pricing was a bit steep. However, the quality of the service and the location certainly make it worth it. If you're looking for a great spa experience with amazing views, I would highly recommend Qiwellness Living Spa. The place is so tranquil, the staff were accommodating, warm and professional. You will really get what you paid for. The highlight here is the view. At first, I was disappointed with the outdoor massage set up but actually it is an experience. I lay down there looking at the clouds moving slowly, as I hear the sound of the flowing water from a man-made pond and the fresh air coming through. The bathroom has a tub with nozzles for whirlpool. Prices and serving size of food is reasonable.CONS: Our breakfast was never delivered on time. We ordered continental breakfast and somehow, they could not get our choices right.Overall, I still enjoyed my stay in the Spa Lodge. It was definitely a fantastic break from all the stress in the city.
