What we only don't like is the air conditioning of the massage area being too cold (personal opinion 😉) considering that we don't have clothes in the process. The hot towel offered is not hot, so we felt cold all the more when it was wiped on us. And lastly, towels shouldn't be too worn-off so it will not look like a rug.
