We would have appreciated if they could give an actual wait time or not accept a reservation at all. We booked because we have a 1-year old who has to be put to bed early. We finished at 8ish.As for the massage itself, it was okay-ish. My husband said his therapist was very thorough and he liked his massage. I, on the other hand, felt like my therapist was already very tired.Facilities are clean and good. They serve you tea after the massage and sometimes, before the massage. There was a nasty smell (sewer-like) when I went for a shower though. I think they need to have their plumbing checked.
