(We headed to Footzone Greenhills after para makabawi man lang sa stress).I insisted to pay for the 45 mins dahil ayoko naman na masayang yung pagod ng therapists. The supervisor Jonafe charged us 1,000.WE ABSOLUTELY REGRET GOING TO SHU BANAWE. We were fooled by the positive reviews here in Google. No sequence. I thought I was the only one having the bad massage only to know that my companions and I share the same experience. Worst, my therapist was sending hand signals to the other 2 therapists.. instead of being relaxed, I went out tensed... my opinion, they really don't know how to massage or they were the ones who were TOLD to do this and that. Even lifting the towels/cover from your body is done haphazardly. You know what I mean. They're probably tired. But to be honest, it's off-putting and eclipses the nice massage that they just gave you. 2 hour massages are not really two hours. In the middle of your massage they will say they will just get supplies but will actually disappear for 15 minutes or so. In the end, all of us were unhappy as the service was unsatisfactory. Not worth for the price paid. Plus, this was the only spa that asked us to pay first before the service.
