Analiza Beath22:33 11/04/17A horrible experience of my son’s credit card yesterday dated November 4th . My son is extension of my credit card so he is allowed and eligible to use my card. The cashier last night voided the receipt although it was approved already but kind of unbelievable move of this cashier asking my son to have another signature of his legible credit card . In other words the cashier didn’t approved it because she want an international ID which is not related to this requirement, so I call capital one representative in the US and asking why the merchant didn’t approved but Capital One approved according to them so beware this cashier if this happened to you call the Duty Manager or who owned this business and they should do the action for this .Attention please the manager!!!
