Go-to place when buying cakes for special occasions (birthdays, celebrations). The "Mango Bravo" cake is a must try, but you really can't miss with the other options. Do note that you HAVE to freeze the cake in storage, or put it in a really cold refrigerator. Some of my friends take a slice out of the freezer and put it in the fridge a half hour before eating so the cake wouldn't be too frozen.Expect that cakes are more expensive than common names (Red Ribbon, Goldilocks), and be prepared to shell out around ₱1,000 or more. If you happen to go to a bigger Conti's place that serves food (such as the one in Greenhills or at Marquee), you should also try it out.

Overpriced Mango Bravo. The cake is too light for its price. Tried to buy an insulator bag but not available. I have to buy the eco bag even if the cake is already very expensive. The staff will not even let you preorder or pay for the cake and then take it after an hour or a few hours. I just wanted to leave it for an hour. Inconvenient. No consideration to customers.

There's a line but manageable. You'll definitely enjoy their pastries. Try the blueberry cheesecake and enjoy it with a coffee on your merienda at home.

Contis is arguably one of the BEST cake/pastry/cafe shops in the Philippines. Everything here is the best quality - from butter, eggs, flour, bread, and, of course, coffee. Invariably there is a line out of the door. Rightly so, and worth the wait. The pastries catch the eye, but exercise restraint and save your hunger for the tart if it is on the menu - it is a triumph. If you see it on the counter when you come in, order it straight away before it withers. The choice of cakes and pastries is diversified and bountiful, The staff is super-efficient and friendly. Cakes are too pricey but worth it.

The staffs are accomodating.The place is quite small because this is just for take out not a restaurant. You can buy cakes and delicacies. The Mango Bravo is their best seller. It's big so when you carry it is not good with a ribbon because it might deform the cake. Well, they don't put ribbon outside rhe bix anyway. You should use your hands. For the shop, I think it is better if the make their box thicker.

Just buy donuts here this afternoon , 2 dozen of donut to be exact and capuccino frappe, Me my husband and son decided to eat some of pieces of donut and ask the barista for fork and a small plate , and i got curious she went out and find some plate on other guest table , and asked her why she have to do that and she said there is no more plate to be used (there is only 10 people on the dining area ) and she just rinse it and gave it to me as she not properly cleaned and sanitize the plate .i didnt get it of course , then i approach the manager about what happen and asked her if she can give me a cleaned plate by surprise she just give me the same plate that the barista just rinse and not properly cleaned .

Service could be a lot better. There were a lot of service staff but still it felt like most of them are not doing their job efficiently. Each crew answers questions differently, like we asked if a certain donut would be available of we wait. Since we will be eating in the shop we could wait while seated. One of them said that we could wait around 20-30min then after a few moments another said only donuts on display are on sale and they will not make the other donuts again. Taste-wise, the donuts were okay. The place was not very clean though, a lot of trash and leftovers from other tables were just there and not being cleaned despite them having a lot of crew doing nothing. The restroom was also not clean.
