We enjoyed the experience and although it was our first time to visit the spa, the staff are very helpful that we didn’t seem to be so clueless and that we were comfortable immediately. Each kiln is an experience on its own and the wet sauna is definitely a must try, very relaxing. We also enjoyed the food at the snack bar. I recommend visiting the spa to my friends and family. The Lasema Spa should be the first stop for anyone from a colder country abroad and is visiting the PH for holidays, I acclimated to the heat of PH immediately 😂

I became a regular here, facilities are well maintained and the staff are friendly as well. I love the wet areas as I always stay quite long there especially when I have body aches and it eases up. The food there are quite pricey though and I wish there would be more selection.Better to visit during weekdays as it can be a bit crowded on the sleeping areas.

Jacuzzi area, Sauna bath area are clean.4. Korean style Spa.5. There are places you can sleep and watch netflix plus a charging station. What I don't like?1. Parking is very limited and narrow.

There were 3 of us who availed the Lasema Package Php 1,688 (12-hours) we went on a weekend and we’re there at 10 in the morning. We checked in and got our bracelet that has our locker keys, which is important not to lose bec there’ll be a fine of Php 2,000 if you lose it.We were given our tshirt and shorts and 2 face towels and a plastic bag to store our shoes. Shoes/slippers aren’t allowed in the locker area. The staff were friendly and would keep reminding us that cellphones are not allowed in the locker and shower/soak pool area and that if we were caught with a camera, there will be a penalty of Php 10,000. We were also oriented here that shower/pools are strictly naked areas. There were no excuse even if you brought a kid with you, they have to be naked too as to maintain hygiene e in their pools. The foreigners that were there which were Chinese, Indians & caucasians, there were also really young Koreans and really old ladies including Pinays, women with bodies of all sizes who didn’t mind & doesn’t care, so me and my companions didn’t mind as well. Wala naman pakielamaban and of course, we made sure to not stare at anyone, out of respect. You have to keep an open mind here and you’re all girls anyway. It’s the exact reason why phones aren’t allowed inside this area and which has a big penalty if caught. There was one lady who was caught holding her phone inside the locker and the staff had firmly asked her to show her gallery. So inside the soaking pools, there are diff hot pools and 1 ice pool. The hot pools had diff temperatures and different types (there’s lemon, ginseng, green tea & 2 or 3 more) & there’s a steam sauna in the shower area too. All the strictly naked area is in the same floor 2nd floor. The spa reception is at 2F too. After transferring from the hot pools to the ice pool, we felt super relaxed, then tried the steam sauna which we only lasted 5 mins bec it’s super hot. We took a shower then proceeded to the 3rd floor to take a nap.Btw, we explored the diff floors and ate at the 3rd floor first immediately after changing into our pink shirts and shorts. After eating, that’s when we went to l the shower/pool area.We slept for about 1+ hour then tried the diff kilns (saunas) at the 3rd floor. There you will sauna rooms with diff temperature and themes, there’s an amethyst room, salt room, oak room etc and all smell really good. Tho sometimes you smell some sweat too if there are other people with you inside the kilns 😅There’s a max # of persons in every kiln and you have to observe it/wait for your turn. The prices of the snacks at the 3F (common area) are a little pricey but pretty convenient since you no longer need to leave the place. We were hoping to eat at the Korean resto at the GF but you can’t go out once you’re in, unless you’re about to leave the spa.We then had a massage which I enjoyed but my 2 companions didn’t. They assign a masseuse and you can only hope to be assigned one that is a really good in their profession (swertehan din).Overall, it’s a great experience that you’ll never forget esp if it’s your first time to go skinny soaking in hot pools.I would say it’s worth it and would really maximize 12 hours should I decide to visit again. And I would visit on a weekday to avoid the crowd. The common area was almost packed at 7pm there were even groups that are celebrating some occasions and were shouting. That’s when we left.I notice that my elbow callous disappeared few days after our visit to Lasema spa. I do some workout that involve planking so I get elbow callous 😅 and was surprised it smooth and felt that it was gone probably bec of all the hot pool soaking.Definitely a must try and a must include in your ocassional regimen when seeking to destress! If you’re worried about getting naked, I’d say worry instead about amazing stuff that you’d miss out if you’d pass on this experience just bec you worry abt what other people will think of your body! No one’s perfect after all!😊I hope they open a branch in the south!!!

Had a date here with my hubby. He booked a VIP package for us. The service is amazing. Its a korean spa that offers not only massages but with jjimjibang, hot and cold sauna. The food is just instant korean snack and noodles. You may stay longer and sleep in their sleep quarters. Overall experience was great. Good for family, friends and couples. Should try once in a while.

My overall experience in this Korean Spa is great! This is my first time trying a Korean Spa and it didn't disappoint. The facilities are superb and also children-friendly. You have a lot of games and activities to do such as golf, billiards, video games, claw machine, arcade games, and etc. The food is delicious and has a large serving. Staffs are kind, caring, and approachable. The massage is okay and my favorite part is the Head massage. It's so good I almost fall asleep. The wet area is great! The pool is warm and relaxing. I also love the dry and wet sauna. The lockers are also awesome since we will just tap our bracelets to unlock it.Will highly recommend this Korean Spa to everyone. Thank you for the relaxing experience and great service!

Its more of an entertainment place with spa.The massage is good and requires a tip.The food is mmmkay. The staff are friendly and nice. The games that are available are awesome. Had fun playing games.Movie area is available.Rest area is available away from peops.Computer room is available.Karaoke place is more of home karaoke and its on the bar room. There is one dry sauna.Pool is said to be for the men's side.Check the facilities posted and you'll know.

The customer service is excellent. All the staff are very nice and accommodating. Just a few things that did not seem okay. First, the food service in the restaurant is very slow. It took us more that an hour to receive all our orders, orders are all mixed up and wrong plus the quality of food is not good at all. The saltiest japchae I ever tasted. Second is the massage, aside from the fact that you need to wait for a very long time just to get a massage, the massage itself is not good at all and there was a compulsory tip for it. The overall experience was not as good as it was advertised on Tiktok.

i enjoyed our stay with my wife, they are very accommodating and hospitable. I love the way they treat as VIP 😁thank you for free drink and fruitsMy wife enjoy your free tokens, and yes! She got a spiderman!🤭💜We will be back for sure!😃

A GOOD PLACE TO UNWIND!🙂I can say this place is good for any type of guest but perfect for Barkda and family bonding.I just saw a post on Facebook about their service so I tried. I was alone at that time and I go straight here from my work, I thought I wouldn't be able to enjoy but I was wrong. The package I avail is Package 4 and I was so happy when the receptionist informed me that I have complimentary and free tokens for claw machines. Worth to pay nga as I saw it on Facebook hehe.😊They have enough facilities and amenities to play and rest. I enjoyed my time inside the Jjimjilbang, they have a bathtub for females and a jacuzzi for males, a shower area, a wash area, steam, and of course! SAUNA.😄I love their attire because it's cute to wear and for male attire, I guess for (me) the design of their dress is indeed for VIPs, it looks elegant honestly. They also have a restaurant with different choices of Korean food, thumbs up for their Kimchi! 😋Their rest area is absolutely comfy. The massage is good also. The staff is accommodating, that is why I didn't feel alone at that time. 😂I will visit again, promise!

Souri CBR15:31 04/23/23
When we checked into I’M Hotel we were told Onsen Spa was the best in Manila! Excited to try, I booked 2 services on Sunday 23/04 at 8pm. The hot stone healing massage for 90min, started by the therapist dropping the water from the heating pot. I had asked for strong pressure but there is a difference between strong pressure & being rough (the whole experience was not relaxing) the stones were too hot so the therapist moved to my legs did a massage then started using the stones on my legs once they cooled down, then went back to use the stones on my back placed on the towel because they were still too hot, when I was asked to turnover I was told 20min were left & her plan was to give me a head massage! So front of body got no treatment in a 90min massage service!!! I told the therapist I had asked for my hips to be an area of focus & they were barely touched! So she spent the last 20min on my hips as I requested but no head massage. My other treatment was the Korean foot spa add-on, which was supposed to include a mask & warm herbal aromatic oils but I did not receive any of it! Above it all, when I told the receptionist how disappointed I was she didn’t even acknowledge it! No let me see what I can do, no let me speak to the manager, nothing except I’ll speak to the therapist!!! Well what will she say 🤷‍♀️ I did a bad job? Of course not… Do your own research before booking any treatments with them - very disappointed and won’t be back.

A good place to have massage in makatithe therapist was okBefore the session you can go and take a sona and hot steam room and go inside the hot jacuzzi

Cielo Marie Bayson10:48 03/16/23
Went there to have a relaxing time with my friends. We were very disappointed. It was overrated, plus the staff was very rude.- Spa and massage facilities were okay. The hooks on the shower stalls are limited. I just don't know why there is a limit of 1 towel per customer.- The course meal was underwhelming. Its not cohesive as a whole. It was not even worth the price.- The service was horrible. One of my friends experienced discrimination from a parking attendant, asking her what is her business in the hotel. We had to endure an especially rude spa attendant who failed to assist us every step of the way and acted like a drill sergeant barking orders every 5 minutes. She did not even try to reach out to her supervisor when we politely asked her about something. The attendants were all clueless of what is going on and what they need to do.Please do not go here. Go somewhere else.

Mai Caigas22:36 02/14/23
Our experience supposedly great, everything looks clean and nice but during the massage we smell a pretty bad odor, like a septic tank. Also the scrub they used for exfoliating wasn't really good, it went to my nails and made me feel uncomfortable and looks dirty.

Traveler09:59 01/23/23
Do they even know what onsen means? Nothing onsen about this place. One hot tub and dry sauna and a not so working steam room. Don’t waste your time and money here. The treatment wasn’t good either. The masseuse was so not passionate but rather lazy just to get the job done. Bad.

Indulged to their Royal Signature Massage & Foot Reflexology which was truly a remarkable experience that left us feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and utterly pampered. We were impressed with the pressure strength that remained consistent throughout the entire treatment.

Place is clean and big enough to accommodate most people without creating too long a queue. There’s a good variation of services available, and all are quite reasonably priced. The owner is apparently from Iran so the place has a Syrian interior design, and it looks different and quite good. Service is also very good. I would go back here again when I can, next time.

Kriztoff Dela Cruz15:40 03/09/23
Had my nails done for the third time and it’s always just as good. Not crowded and have enough manpower to accommodate customers. Best time to go from 12nn-4pm according to the staff. My friend says they do good massages too, but wouldn’t dare try because I’m not into it.

Staff are accommodating and the place is clean with a grammable interior. Massage was just okay though.

MC Capili02:09 01/14/20
We were looking for a place to have our foot spa along Vito Cruz, when we stumbled upon this place. Most of the massages places in the area only offer foot massage.Upon entering, I immediately liked the interiors and the comfy ambience plus the soothing music.5 star too for the amazing staff except for the person incharge at the counter. The guy who entertained us at first asked us to register and just told us to wait. We don’t mind waiting except that it took ages and when we inquired how long more we have to wait, they could not tell.Would love to try their wide array for services. Next time.

Googled this place and decent environment - conducive for the whole family. Went with my mother and sister. We all tried the 2hr special - body massage and body scrub. Angel, Edna and Dory were all professional and it was a relaxing experience for all of us. Only complaint is the shower area after the body scrub.

Franky Pudja19:01 06/18/23
Good massage. Was afraid it was a happy ending massage place but good thing it's a legit 24 hours massage spa.

Mike Mikov08:11 06/18/23
Asked for 1 hour Swedish oil massage with focus on the back. Instead, got just a gentle rub down with masseuse Cicele being purposefully slow and preserving energy. Instead of oil, cream was used. Out of the whole hour, she spent just 5 minutes massaging the back. Not happy and won't come back. Massage chair does a better massage than what I got.

Brendan Farrell10:33 06/11/23
It was an ok massage, nothing special. Bed area was a little cramped so the masseur had to work within that tight space making her job more difficult. It wasn't the cheapest around for the price and I wouldn't be a return customer.

Kevin Taitague07:54 07/28/22
Had a Great 80 minute Leg & Foot, Shoulders, & Neck Massage.I opt to get a Mani. It was ok. My nails had Gel Polish. Because the shop doesn't have the latest electric tools, it had to be scrapped with a flat knife like tool which took quite a long time to be removed. The shop did not have Gel Polish so nails are bare.
