However the girl that was manning the front try to overcharged me of 200 pesos more. Haircut supposed to be only 400 pesos. Pathetic. I wandered how many people she overcharged with for services provided to them. I hope the owner of this salon will do something about his/her employee before it will create problem for his/her business. I’ve showed them the hairstyle I want from the picture since the Korean stylist said he understands very little English. The hair he cut was a total different thing from the picture I showed him!!!! I was super furious but the hair was already cut that short there’s no point for me to argue so much but I did tell them it’s a different hairstyle and i am very very disappointed. Never apologise or admit they were wrong. Not professional at all. And I’m speechless, my heart just aches. Bad bad experience for me as an expat!!! BUT the good thing is employes are so accomodating and also the owner Maam Joy she even hand me the magazines while waiting since she still had another Customer when I arrive there... We scheduled an appointment, and on the night of 5th August, they quoted a price of peo 3600 for the morning session, which we confirmed. We even showed them a picture of the desired hairstyle. However, when we arrived in the morning, the hairstylist wasn't available, so we confirmed the price again, and they assured us it was still peso 3600. To be sure, I talked to them in Filipino language as I am Filipino. But when the hairstylist finally became available, they suddenly increased the price to peso 5600. My partner being foreigner in the Philippines, it's been a terrible experience for him as they seem to inflate prices significantly once they realize you're not a local. They recommended me the most expensive which cost more than 3k plus and informed me that the treatment is a 4 way process. They also told me it would last a month unfortunately it did not. I am not even sure if it lasted a week. The only thing i mostly remembered is that they just put so little bit of treatment and a lot of water. Like 20% of treatment and 80% water. I even asked why did they spray and used a lot of water, they just told me it’s the way to soften the hair. Definitely would never come back just a waste of money. cyril quinol18:42 05/22/23Would never recommend this salon. At first, they'll check your hair then they let you sign up your name and service you want. But then I ask them for the price, they'll say, we'll tell you later. Little did I know, after having 2 hair services which were bleaching and 1st tone ash color (i was asking for balayage with treatment), they then give the price list. 300 for haircut (which was just trim and didn't even look good) 1800 for bleaching, 2200 for color, then for the next 2 process (to be added), highlights is another 2200, and 1800 for Brazilian treatment. All in all, i had to pay 8.3k for a balayage with Brazilian treatment. I have to make them stop just until the color. I'm not paying another 4k for just highlights and treatment. Had to walk out of that salon. Went to my friend's salon, and had him redo my hair. Bleach for highlights, platinum purple ash color, with Brazilian treatment for ONLY 2K!!! OMG. He said if I had it started in his salon, would've only paid at most 2500 for all the hair service. Just imagine my frustration....So yeah..don't go to this salon if you're planning to have fashion colour or balayage.
