And primary reason is their staff's customer service skills. and i'm not even expecting sb or cbtl level of customer service. i find the guard, who opens and closes the door, being more welcoming compared to everyone behind the counter. their faces gives like annoyed vibe while customers are taking orders as if they were disturbed from doing things on their phone. i've been coming to this place since pandemic and their staffs are getting worst. feels like their hiring those who failed to get hired from somewhere else. what annoys me the most is that their staff will clean the only toilet they have for the customers 1 hour before they close so no one is allowed to use it anymore... again, 1 hour before the place closes.all food and drinks are... meh... considering the price.and the place.... when it's raining... or even during hot weather.... you'll encounter lots of buckets on the floor to catch dripping water from the ceiling... this place sucks RA V A17:26 06/18/23The coffee shop has good interior.
