One of the coziest and relaxiest places the Starbucks brand has ever established. The ambience is as moderately quiet while busy. The barista service is impeccable as always. The beverages, food and goods & merchandise are as attractively enticing as they feasts to the eyes.Went here to get a taste of that BlackPink beverage which I totally love despite many people saying they don’t like the taste. So this is just an example of “de gustibus non disputandum est”, that we cannot argue over taste.I highly recommend the drink and the place! Come and drop by!

Small space for a Starbucks Reserve, but the coffee is delicious and unique than other standard Starbucks coffee shops. It has garden seats, it was raining, so we didn't get to appreciate it. Maybe when it is a sunny day, it would be the perfect place to sit.

Jose Manuel Mendoza10:07 02/23/23
Your basically paying for the name. Tbh, expected more from a "Reserve" branch of Starbucks. Service was kinda similar to major fast food chain. No quality control with the coffee being served. My partner ordered latte, the foam amount was a joke.

Marlibeth Grafil-Umali04:13 02/17/23
Starbucks Reserve is one of the place that I want to visit. Its just that I am not really happy with the customer service. When I was paying on the counter there was a technical issue on their computer that results that I need to wait for almost 15minutes just to finished my purchase. The place wasn't really good, its because it was too crowded, a lot of people who stay here was actually too noisy, laughing and didn't think with the other people who are there to relax. And since it was too crowded, the service is not fast, almost waiting for 15mins to process the order, and another 15mins to have it serve. 🙂

One of the new nicest Starbucks Reserves in the Metro. It has a nice high ceiling and a beautiful communal center table (with social distancing, of course).Ayala Malls Manila Bay is generally not as crowded compared to other malls but this Starbucks usually has a small crowd especially in the late afternoons/early evenings.

I like visiting coffeebean around manilla ans see the difference, quality wise all the same yet the service changes and the atmosphere alsoHere I saw that it was super noisy and uncomfortable the service was poor comparing to other places.Overall I like coffeebean.7 out of 10

Christian Suezo07:24 06/13/23
Ordered their green tea blended frappe and it does not disappoint. It is my favorite. But coffee bean should really reconsider their supplier of pastries especially their bread. It doesn’t taste that good.

Trixia Betito03:43 03/25/23
Cozy place there is a little privacy inside. Like the triple emsaymada! So soft

Sasha Leal10:11 01/26/23
Apparently, one of the few branches with decent wifi speeds. Is this this fast when there is people here?

Chippy Cudiamat11:41 12/25/22
We regulars here since Starbucks is always full. Especially on holidays. The drinks are pricey and the pastries are average. This particular branch has their aircon broken or just turned off. Hope it gets fixed

Curious of the advertisement I saw around the entrance at Ayala Malls Manila Bay, I tried Katherine's Cafe, a very cozy and homey place around Building B. And it was really a good cafe! It's clean, aesthetically pleasing, and very bright. To top it all off, staff were friendly and accommodating; they were approachable and cheery as well. Thanks for Marco, Sherry, Izza for serving that day!Ordered their Peach Iced Tea, which was really refreshing! And Carbonara which is just right for solo meals. Waiting time is around 15 mins depending with the meal, so be patient enough to wait for your order.Recommending this place for quick and even catch-up dates with friends or family.

Aldrin Alo09:27 07/20/22
It was our first time here at Katherine's Cafe. Their food is mouthwatering, flavorful and in big servings, good for sharing. The staff were pleasant and attentive to address your needs. The interior is nice, bright and cozy, perfect for families.

Blossom A. M.14:18 07/16/22
They have indoor and alfresco dining area. Good place to dine for families with kids and/or pets. Just a bit pricey but food is good, and serving size can be shared by 2 people. Not very long waiting time for the food to be served, just about 10-15 minutes but the appetizer is served much faster. We like this place but I hope that management can do something about the flies at the alfresco dining area.

Benedict Isles11:53 12/12/21
First time to try Katherine’s Cafe, and though we didn’t order much because we were there for meryenda, I liked everything we ordered! Staff were nice, attentive and well-trained (to upsell) too! Nice bright ambience and most of the items in their menu look super appetizing!

Ids13:20 05/29/21
Charming cafe with modern chic vibe that has something for everyone, from all day breakfast sets, lunch sets, pasta, pizza (flatbread), even kiddie meals to yummy desserts. You will definitely find your favorite comfort food here. We ordered creamy spinach dip, stuffed pork chop, paella, tomato chicken pasta, four cheese pizza and the mango bango crunch cake. The prize is a little on the high side but it is worth it as the serving sizes are generous and really flavorful. The staff are also very friendly and attentive. Definitely worth the try 🙂

Highly recommended milk tea. You can tell that it's not brewed from any powder forms as the texture is creamy and silky. Flavour is also concentrated. A must have in the area when you are feeling thirsty

Rad Rigor09:46 07/29/23
Hokkaido soft serve with pistachio cheesecake was creamy and delicious, serving size and sweetness combo just right.Loved the rare cheesepuff so much I ordered four more to-go (despite knowing how I would regret the calories later).Chicken teriyaki, chicken karaage and chicken tomato omurice are a definite must-try.Cofee nothing remarkable.Pleasant service too.We opted to be seated alfresco with the dogs.

Ia Guevarra06:51 07/25/23
One of the best soufflé pancakes I have ever tasted! Light yet filling. ❤️We have always been a fan of their cheesecake and ice cream. Hoping to see a café around QC in the future.❤️ Plain Pancake❤️ Chicken Karaage❤️ Carbonara❤️ Chicken and Tomato Omurice

Cheska Serrano10:37 04/25/23
The biggest branch of Tokyo Milk Cheese factory offers a wider menu. We got the beef omurice, japanese carbonara, and corn tempura. The food were delicious, less salty than other versions but still well balanced.

Christina Luy11:55 03/17/23
First time to dine in. Ambiance is nice. Order Ceylon Guava House Blend Iced Tea - too sweet for me but really good. Shrimp Katsu sandwich is awesome. Worth the try. Food is a bit pricey but really worth it.

Chito Mauleon03:18 02/21/23
If you're into Japanese pastries that are light and mild, look no further than Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory and Cow Cow Kitchen. We visited their store at the Ayala Malls Manila Bay and got a box each of their Milk Pies and Cheese Puffs.Already a fan of their delectable cookies and soft serve ice cream, we wanted a sampling of their milk pies which again makes use of the world famous Japanese Hokkaido milk.We were actually craving for Beard Papa Cream puffs (another Japanese icon) but a quick check on Google revealed that they did not have any presence at the Ayala Malls Manila Bay.But, as soon as we found out that Tokyo Milk Cheese Factory was there we were suddenly ecstatic because we've wanted to try their Milk Pies for a while now.The Milk Pies and Cheese Puffs did not disappoint. They were both delicious and milky. Both are not extremely sweet. The best word to describe them would probably be "subtle sweetness" which lets you appreciate fully the milk and the cheese.A good find!

Real Customer Reviews at Nanyang:

Vandrick Jann11:26 07/13/23
Foods, meals, drinks and pastries were great. Not an expensive type of food but decent and affordable. Try it out. It's a Singapore restaurant. I tried it in SM Aura and in Ayala Mall in entertainment city. Amazing experience especially their Kopi.

M. A. K.13:22 04/21/23
From Toast Box to Nanyang…. I never fail to dine here whenever I’m in the NAIA area. Reminiscent of Singapore & HongKong’s Toast Box. Love the Kaya Toast set with Kopi (coffee), Hainanese chicken here as well as the Laksa.

Michael C14:23 04/11/23
It's a good place for a taste of Singapore and Malaysia. The place is just right for a meal with friends or family. We tried the Hainanese Fried Chicken rice and Fishball soup. They don't have chilis, though 😪Their Kopi Jelly Milk Tea is not too sweet and very light compared to other milk teas. It also has some bitter taste, which is nice. The mango sago pomelo was a surprise. It's very refreshing. I give this dessert 5 spoons.

Rocky Acot16:30 07/19/22
First time to eat here. I'm a big fan of Malaysia cuisine, but this restaurant would never be a first choice for me. For example, you have to pay extra to get extra sauce for your Hainanese chicken. Even Hawker Chan doesn't impose that on their customers. And the soup that came with the chicken - lukewarm and no taste at all. And the serving portions left much to be desired. Granted, their Teh O was a decent take on Teh Tarik. There are other Malaysian food outlets that serve far better options than this restaurant. Ok, but we deserve better food choices in cosmopolitan Metro Manila

Ed Manigo13:06 03/04/22
Finally found the place after searching for it at several areas in the mall. It's on the second floor near the bridgeway from the activity area.Food we ordered and our rating on their Singaporean dishes (based on our preferences):* Homemade Nasi Lemak - 4 (especially with the bagoong)* Hainese Chicken Rice - 4* Laksa (Prawn) - 4Price of food is reasonable and just about right for their serving size.
