Small cafe with good food. Drinks for me could be better, but all the cakes that we tried, taste so good and yummy. Not all food is available, so we just take whatever is displayed. Seats are limited, and car park almost nonexistence. Price a little high but acceptable. I will come again and this place is recommended.

Tiny coffee shop with blind choose bookstore. Owner is friendly and shares some stories.

This place is a hidden gem in Malate, Manila. It has a cozy ambiance which is perfect for productivity or relaxation. I fell in love with the thai tea latte and the yakisoba. This has become one of my favorite places in Manila.

It’s a small café, hidden somewhere in Malate. I love that it’s small (few people inside 😅 hihi). Good place to read books or get some work done! For the drinks, I tried the Mocha and Iced Latte. Both were good, would rate both drinks 8/10 😊

It's a cute cafe along M.H Del Pilar Street, situated under Hop Inn. The drinks and cakes are delicious, though small in portions. Also, if you're visiting on a Sunday, their operating hours are from 11am to 5pm only.

Loved the coffee and cocktails. The ambiance is great and the place is neat. They also have a really good air condition. It's a good place to hangout.

I love how it's quiet. Unlike other bars, they don't blast music. Their food is also quite good. I had banh mi. I loved the texture of the bread and the taste of the pork. Will definitely recommend!!!

: a place for either solo book reading or work (no wifi though) or catching up with friends. I recommend the iced spanish latte. Their food is a bit pricey but tastes fine. Tables and seats are bit closer, so if you don't mind hearing other people talk, you'll be fine. I recommend sitting at the bar to watch the baristas do their magic. Serves cocktails at night!

Latitude is spelled quaint, charming and cozy. Best location in Malate, quiet, relaxing and of good accessibility. Good coffee and people, attentive, helpful and friendly. Looks like 'success' to me. No other place can a coffee drinker find in this area one place like this. Visit to taste their croissant and some foods in their contemporary menu which caters to all circles. Mind you, they also have Latitude stickers as giveaway. Stuck mine in my purse.

Patrick Trinidad12:37 12/28/22
The lighting of this place may be too dark for me that I cannot enjoy the sight of the cold noodles with peanut sauce that was recommended to me (very good actually!). But things may have looked different if I came in during daytime 🙂Overall experience was good. Cozy, understated interiors and nice ambient music. And they accept credit cards! The matcha oat latte was nice as well…this is the next best thing to a decaf brewed.

Food & plating was great! We enjoyed their pork belly bowl & fries, sulit for its price. We also tried their apple mojito coffee, it was unique & refreshing for me! Also tried their hot latte, I wish the coffee was stronger, but still it was good 😊 would definitely come back!

Jeha Acierto12:49 08/06/23

I really loved their food and their coffee, it was worth it price-wise and taste-wise!I ordered their Breakfast Longganisa and the serving was quite huge and tasted really good.I also ordered a Hot Latte and it went beyond my expectations. It is definitely better and cheaper than majority of the coffee places that I have tried.I would definitely come back here again to try the Prelude Breakfast Special and their Dirty Matcha.

Daniel “ButterToast” Lasam02:00 08/02/23
Prelude has by far the most fruity-tasting coffee near DLSU. If you like coffee with fruity taste notes, this is your place.I ordered the Sukiyaki Beef Tapa and it was delicious. It is presented well and customers have the choice what egg dish they want (sunny-side up, scrambled, and fried egg). Would come back again. 👍

mav08:24 08/01/23
My friends and I went to Prelude Cafe & Restaurant to grab drinks. We ordered a Spanish Latte and Hot Chocolate, both drinks were good and the cashier was very nice and accommodating. We sat near the window and noticed a stray dog sleeping outside of the cafe. It wasn’t bothering anyone however one of the staff sprayed some sort of liquid on its face while it was sleeping and then the same staff proceeded to shoo the dog away.Personally, I found it cruel to treat the It was really mean for the staff to treat the stray dog that way. We were shocked when we saw this and we hope that the cafe can be nicer to animals, especially those who aren’t bothering anyone else.

Inno Aruta08:09 06/25/23
Got an affogato which was nothing special; I just wished they served the espresso separately from the ice cream, so that you can pour it yourself. Nice place to get stuff done, although it can get noisy sometimes. With power sockets at the side opposite to the counter. They have improved their wifi connection, it now runs at around 30-50 Mbps, compared to the 2-5 Mbps speed several months ago. Mobile signal is very weak if you're not seated by the glass panes.

Elmor Dela Torre03:55 01/06/23
Spacious, relaxing ambience and efficient staff partly describe Obscure Cafe. There are other good things to say but I leave it up to you to visit. Best coffee place along Remedios Street ever. I had my double espresso of course, whatelse. Egg tart is superb and I am still eyeing on the cheese cake, maybe on my next visit. I shall return and taste the rest in the menu. Thank you for being there Obscure Cafe.

Marc Jimenez10:59 12/12/22
A quiet cafe within Malate (near Remedios Circle). The interior is very homey, you can bring your laptop here since electric outlets are available. Spanish Latte is 3/5, could use a stronger kick from the coffee. Mocha is 1/5, its too sweet. Coffee Jelly is 3/5, I enjoyed the jelly the most. But the place is really peaceful, would really help if you need to get work done here.

jhon paulo pablo15:25 08/09/22
You won’t feel shy opening your books and opening your notes. You can see other people studying as well.Place is clean, organized and conducive for studying. You can focus well. There are power plugs and sockets in every study table.Warm lightings are great for readings and highlights.Drinks and desserts are the best. ❤️

Joseph Manglallan15:22 08/09/22
If you’re looking for a cafe that serves coffees that are less than 200 pesos, Obscure Café is the best for you. They has cozy place, perfect for study. The staffs are very friendly to the customers. Since they’re a new cafe, they are open to suggestions about their products. Nonetheless, they’re coffees and mocktails are the best!!! A place that could be your, safe space.

Beautiful little cafe. Be careful with the google maps location, it is inside a big building (one taft residence). Music and interior are super cosy, the staff is really friendly and helpful, coffe and snacks are nice.

It's a great place. Very cozy and aesthetic. Great ambiance and lightings, good chairs, comfy for doing online stuff with your laptop, free wifi also, password will be given in your receipt. I just didn't like how the cashier interact with the customer, a bit rude and wasn't nice. Not approachable and mataray.

Shallu Joshi04:23 05/30/23
Great ambiance, good crowd.. nice place to sit and enjoy " me" time. Food is good though service is slow due to heavy customer input. But the atmosphere is so good to wait for it. Overall must go

Vineet Rana06:39 05/24/23
Very cosy place. Nice staff. Pasta carbonara is Very good and the coffee is by far better than Starbucks. Only thing is that the breakfast wasn't to much to offer for a Scandinavian tourist. A wholeweat bagel with cream cheese is the only thing we missed:)

justin vincent lim03:15 11/10/22
Good ambiance and atmosphere are 2 of the best strong qualities of a Coffee Project store and of course this branch has it too. Food is the usual taste with good number of selections. Service is okay too. It may be hard to park here at times though. Overall, good place for a sip of coffee, work, relax and chat with friends.

Sheryll Ann “Sheann” Lozada13:05 07/17/18
I love this place... Very cozy, peaceful, friendly, and casual place where you feel welcome. It had a very intimate atmosphere, making it easy to have deep, personal conversations with your companion. A quiet place where you can study, prepare a presentation, do projects, etc. The wifi is a plus. The staff are very warm and friendly. The coffee and the food is great and I love their carbonara.
