Very very rude members of staff, was here Saturday 29th August, customer service atrocious never normally write a review like this in fact never write reviews but was appalled by the behaviour, as well rude customer service the member of staff that had served us she proceeded to make fun of me and the people I was with behind our back while the all laugh thinking it funny how we have been treated while not knowing I was watching her, this has happened at around 8-9pm, definitely could say it brought a good nights craic to the end

The upstairs nightclub is my favourite, Wednesdays here are the best only go if ur under 21 tho plenty of low priced drinks £3/5 doubles and the bouncers are sound. Can be super busy if theres a queue do not jump the fence u will be dragged out lol.

This place is decent for a night outGood music, too loud though lolGenerally people are decent in this placeBartenders fine, helpful when needed water to try and sober up a friendJust be warned I've heard some of the bouncers are annoying to deal withThe drinks are way too expensive

Marie Robinson07:54 02/17/23
My son went on February 15th. He went to the bar and bought 5 drinks, when it came to paying the barman produced the card machine to pay but didn't tell him the price so the next morning he checked his banking app and discovered that he had been charged £49. Absolutely scandalous. Please be extra careful when paying for your drink

Jessica Kelly23:54 01/22/23
Really disappointed got in absolutely fine but bar man didn’t like my mate and refused to serve her even tho we were only on our second drink and all basically sober. No explanation given at all weird behaviour all round

We went on a Friday and were visiting from Scotland. It was okay but the music was actually awful. Bar staff were nice, bouncers were alright, but there was deffo underagers. I'd say 5.5/10 but the music really put us off and we left after 30 mins.

Good points:£5 entry.Stays open late.Bad points:Watered down drinks. You'll have to leave the club if you want to hear any good music.

Kieran Genovese20:17 11/29/22
Came here Saturday night. Bouncers were fine outside. Had no issue with them compared to some others. 5 pound in was ok considering we rocked up at 1:45. However we were told we could buy drinks inside but they had already closed the bar so would have been nice if they had set that. Music was great, decent house music playing and crowd was young 20's. Good place for a dance, about the only place where you can dance till 3 in Belfast. We were from the south so we weren't sure if there would be any aggression towards us but was grand.

Great evening

Zulfurix14:58 05/27/18
Had a 6th form leavers night here, and it the new Time nightclub is brilliant. The bouncers are quite friendly lads, conversations and whatnot afterwards, but what caught my attention was the exterior beer garden. This was a surprise to say the least but it was equipped with plenty of seating arrangements if that's your fancy. The dance floor was also great, there was surrounding seating arrangements, strobe music lighting, and fantastic DJ's that come and go. You can pretty much get any drink you fancy at the bar, be it cider, double vodka shots or a random mix of your choice.Great place overall!

Amazing music and one of the few places with reasonable prices left on a Friday, door staff used to have a bad rep but they now have women on the door and a lot more relaxed staffWould recommend for a Friday, especially for a chill spot before it picks up again

Forbidden Peach02:37 10/09/22
First, friendly and helpful staff all round. From the bars staff to the bouncers, Could not fault them at all. Drinks and music are brilliant and club was just the right amount of people. Not too crowded and not too quiet. The firegìrls are stunning

Kerrie Anderson09:42 03/20/22
Won’t be back, bouncers are pretentious stuck up people. Husband got kicked out for no reason after paying £17 to get in. Crowd in the nightclub also are horrible and think they’re in Made in Chelsea not Belfast. 0/10 will never be back the worst night club I’ve ever been in.

Matthew Michael McCaw09:08 01/11/20
Good venue, music was very RNB. Staff were very helpful and the bouncers where actually great crack! Even gave me a piece of gum when noone else in the place seemed to have any. I was overcharged for some mixers though but when I contacted them to check what I was charged for they informed me of their mistake and refunded me and apologised which was nice. Atmosphere was great but not sure if that's because it was NYE or if it's always like that. Had a great fire show aswell for NYE which was nice.

Gherman Dan19:00 03/16/19
Good cozy experience besides the lazy bar manager drinking in the bar ,and no one picking up the glasses from the table. We asked for a grapefruit gin that was clearly labelled on the shelf to then be told there was none, retrain your bar staff.

Was here for a concert. Staff were very friendly and helpful, great venue for intimate gigs, I have not gone clubbing here, but it seems like it would be a blast if that's your thing!

Joseph Fissore09:22 05/28/23
Small yet superb venue for concerts and clubbing. Went to see Dead Kennedy's, and enjoyed myself greatly. The drinks are shockingly cheap compared to 95% of concert halls around Europe. The staff members were really friendly.

Frank Togher23:18 04/14/23
Nice ; venue split into Limelight 1 & 2. Get some great bands. Cloakrooms are nice touch. Prices are normal for Belfast. £3 for a small bottle of water.

Michelle Brenton22:34 04/01/23
Bar service was fast despite the big crowd. The space was well managed, and the bands were great. The limelight can always be counted on to bring in great bands and charge reasonable prices.

Magdalena PAJAK21:00 03/01/23
Good place for smaller concerts. I was on "The Purple Celebrations " concert, it was great, kust someone who checked sounds wasn't in form as didn't control this well.

BORING OLD MUSIC, DONT WASTE YOUR TIMEAs as a well known club we expected to be dancing into the wee hours. Honestly, Gareth Woods as a dj seemed like he had potential but he only mixes old and y2k beats. Overall he seemed inexperienced and out of touch. Add some proper EDM and ppl will surely give praise to the club. Came to the UK expecting engaging and modern music and left feeling like I could host a dance party better on the street in Belfast using my spotify playlist. Bless up to the Avicii tributes but the rest is trash. You could mix better on your iPhone. The ppl deserve some proper dance music like Zedds Dead, Capozzi, or literally ANY other dance music. The bar options were reasonable able had a few options. Coat check was a nice touch and the security was friendly. While various components of the club were great, having bad music is the biggest bummer. Skip Belfast for clubs and head to Dublin or into Belgium or Netherlands for proper music.

Stevie Bee18:11 08/04/23
For what is advertised as Belfast largest and most popular gay nightclub, we found the whole experience disappointing. The staff were friendly enough but the atmosphere was dull and definitely what was written on the label wasn’t in the tin. Music was mediocre and the DJ amateur in my view. The placed was filled with mostly with ppl nearly over 18. As the the gay part, I didn’t feel it was a gay club at all and seriously lacked that unique gay feel about it.

Michel Schenker00:52 07/28/23
Be aware that in this "club" it's absolutely normal to throw coloured powder from the top on the customers and even in their drinks. No one in this club gives a damn about your clothes or your drinks. The toilet was covered in vomit and the staff was quite unfriendly. The only sentense they knew was "speak to the manager". If I were the manager, I would really question my services and my employees! Conclusion: I entered the club well dressed in a quite expensive white shirt and I left 20 minutes later angry and with a green shirt!

Helen García15:54 07/09/23
I decided to share my experience after reading that other people went through the exact same thing.I was standing in the smoking area and when I started walking back to the dance floor, a female bouncer put her hand behind me and brought me outside. She said something to the bouncer and I wasn't allowed back in. When I tried to get an explanation they ignored me, said I just wasn't allowed inside. I said my partner was still inside and there is no service there so I couldn't reach them, they replied with "tough luck" and "keep trying". I had only had 2 beers.I just felt discriminated against and like this was an unfair situation. I won't be coming back to this nightclub.

Bosch 815:18 06/04/23
We went last night as part of a gay stag. And we were not allowed in, the reason being that it was a stag yet there was other stags and hens, most of which were straight people. We will not be letting this issue go. We felt it was very homophobic and one of the bouncers actually agreed when I said that it felt homophobic. Seriously need to learn how to treat people with the respect and freedom the community fought for years to get. Will not be returning and will be making this ordeal very public to people for the future to stay away from these establishments
