Went here twice in the span of a week as I was visiting friends in the area. Food is delicious, service is excellent; I have no complaints whatsoever. Had the butter parmigiano pasta (which is amazing), the tiramisu, and a couple of the pizzas. All very good. Everything was good value for money and I'd definitely recommend this as a place to go. They also have WiFi.

Love the quality of their food. 💯 Will go back again. Kind staff 👍🏻

Perfect for brunch. Chill vibe and relaxing atmosphere. Food portions aren't very big but quality ingredients and great taste make up for it. You won't be disappointed!

Brian Dy03:51 10/24/17
Good breakfast place! Serving size is on the small side but still filling on its own. The sausage was very good. The ricotta pancakes are a bit flat than expected but the comination of the salted egg butter, bacon, and maple syrup was very good! Another good thing about the place is you can order from Gino's Pizza next door. It's by the same owner and give you an option for something to share in the middle, which we did.

The spicy pork ribs was a big letdown. It wasn't spicy for me The pork was undercooked and was full of fat.

This might just be our fav restaurant as a family along Katipunan. Binabalik-balikan. I think its understated facade adds to the magic of entering and feeling the homey interior of the place. And the food never disappoints! Forda dessert lovers. They also offer buffet but we haven't tried it yet.

Carlos Jaime De Leon03:57 07/14/22
Buffet is so delicious, got up to 3 bowls and wanting more but got to watch the weight 😅They have good selection of pastry and cakes too

Era “era the explorer” T.01:43 06/11/22
Weekend Buffet is worth the price. My favorites are the champorado and arrozCaldo. The drinks are also included in the price. They have brewed coffee, fruit juice and iced tea. It’s 349php. The desserts are native delicacies like puto bumbong and they have fresh fruits too! Parking space is also available in front and inside the building.

Emeterio Ramos III (Emets)05:12 08/18/19
Tried their weekend breakfast buffet for 275 pesos and it's fantastic! The foods they are serving are sumptuous and tastes really good unlike on other breakfast buffets I have tried. Come and visit them for breakfast buffet every Fri Sat Sun, 6AM to 10AM! 🙂 (I really liked their champorado and calamansi juice!) Everything is delicious!

The perfect place for a filipino breakfast, the food is really good even if it’s a little expensive. The interior is charming and peaceful and the waiters are always available to serve you.By the way the coffee is also really good !

It's a good place for quick Sunday brunches. I got the Tocino silog and it had different vegetables. Very interesting concept.

Creative Bum03:39 04/21/23
Just discovered this. Very good food with great service. The area itself is a cool secluded corner in Pop-up Katipunan. We tried the breakfast meals and fell in love. ♥️ Try the salted toffee nut ☕. Serving was a bit small maybe because the espresso used was strong. Either way, you're going to like it. 🤟

Noel Montero01:06 02/20/23
Their cappuccino is one of the best I've tasted in Metro Manila. Cinnamon is infused in the coffee itself and not merely sprinkled on the milk froth and the coffee is as thick as hot chocolate. Heavenly. And the price point is very reasonable showing that the best coffee need not be so expensive.

Salman Aslam23:51 11/22/22
What an excellent experience! So far the best shisha cafe I have tried. The staff literally knows what customer service is. Hats off to the staff. They also gave us complimentary sweet dish which was yum. The shisha was the best on this street. So economical, extremely hygienic and world class customer service. I highly recommend this cafe to all the visitors. Thank you to the Iraqi staff for treating us so nicely.

For the price point, they should understand simple customer request like scrambled eggs with cheese. We had to send the first order back because there was hardly cheese in it. They didn't specify in their menu that the waffles are mini waffles, the server just had to inform. Quality and quantity of food is just deteriorating.

Bruce Gilkes05:40 05/09/23
Tasty meals and very good value. I think the taco here is about the best I have tasted in Manila. One thing to note is that as the food is ready it is brought to the table, so if you have a group, people will possibly be eating at different times or waiting while someone else eats.

Jesse Lawrence Ting06:59 02/10/23
Service was very slow and inefficient. Waitstaff weren’t attentive as well, despite several follow-ups. I’d have to follow-up twice before the food arrives. Food also arrived cold despite the lengthy wait. Ironically, the food was cold but our drinks were not. Definitely a very unpleasant experience.

Zar Francisco12:38 09/12/22
Good food. Service is okay. Place is a bit small

Good breakfast place. Their choco chips pancake is a must try. Except for quite small space food is worth the visit.

One of my comfort restaurants. Brought my dog, we were able to sit outside. The ambiance was lovely, casual but with a touch of class.Everything was delicious. From all-day breakfast to sweet crepes, nothing disappointed.Staff was very kind and accommodating. I regularly come back here, would recommend!

Laura Ramos12:30 06/13/23
Had their ratatouille baguette with fries - delicious. Also tried their bestseller sanidou crepes - simple but so good. Went well with the espresso. Bit on the pricey side as my final bill was P693, but enjoyed the food a lot so didn't mind.Service was great. Sat in the terrace area and they were still attentive. They even gave me a buzzer so I can call for service. Didn't need to use it. Not many people as it was a public holiday.Pet friendly as well.

Engelbert Tabones01:32 05/18/23
This branch is a great choice for family dining because they serve awesome food. We like their crepes a lot, but this time we ordered pasta and other savory dishes. The eggplant moussaka is good and light. Their French vanilla cake is also sumptuous and light.I just gave it four stars because we waited for more than an hour for our food, which we understood because we could see they were understaffed. I just hoped they served bread or peanuts. They are apologetic, though. They still give awesome service despite this.I might make it perfect for next time because I can tell other dishes are good as well, and it's simply tempting.

Justin Liu02:49 03/05/23
Nice cafe in White Plains area. Beautiful ambiance inside with outside seating. Expansive menu from breakfast, drinks, crepes, salads, etc. Price is ok. Ordered the chorizo. Chorizo was quite small portions and it had sweet flavor. Service is a little slow but understandable. Good place for meetings and coffee when in Katipunan and White Plains area.

Sebie Spam07:32 12/20/22
The atmosphere and the ambiance of the restaurant is top notch. Many items on the menu is well priced and tastes amazing. Moreover, the service is impeccable. It is not only hasty but very personalized, especially if it's a pre-made reservation. The staff also let us stay for a few hours as our car broke down in front of their store to wait for a tow-truck.

Delicious drinks, attentive staff, and free wifi. Black canyon is a place to catch up with friends or study. They offer free wifi, although bring back up as this is not as reliable. Bumped 1 star off atmosphere as the place can improve the temperature, the place remained warm the entire stay.

Carlo Luanzon15:44 03/06/23
This is my favorite nearby Thai restaurant. They manage to maintain the same quality and taste as the original branches from Thailand, albeit less spicy. Simple but delicious food! Their pad thai is a must get, as it is also award winning. Coffee is also decent, with many variants available to choose from.

Matt Andrei Gaticales14:45 12/24/22
Great food and drinks! They have american, thai, filipino, vegetarian foods and more as well as coffee, tea, milk, and even milkshakes!Babalik-balikan!

Trish14:35 10/02/22
Enjoyable thai food and drinks here. We should've tried dining here earlier!Pad thai: served with shrimp, wish it had some more tofu and chili. SarapStir-fried curried prawn and chicken: Must order dish. This was very tasty!! Quite spicy and served with mushrooms and basil leaves. Mapaparice ka levelsThai tea glacier frappe: thai tea frappe with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.Black crunch frappe: a coffee with oreo frappe. Strong coffee taste! They have a lot of food menu items including sandwiches, pasta and non-Thai main dishes.Approx Php 650 per head for 2 dishes and drinks

Erick T15:26 12/14/19
This review is for food than drinks. The pad Thai is definitely the winner and highly recommend. Servings can be small on certain orders like the soup and curry. Service is alright but can get slow depending on how busy it is. I would definitely recommend this for coffee and pad Thai.

It's a great place to dine in, work at and get your coffee fix. Apart from caffeine, their food tastes amazing! Especially the spaghetti, pizza and iced tea! They're pet friendly too, but only dogs with diapers are allowed inside. Expect your data to not be strong while inside, but they have Wi-Fi and it's pretty good too.

Engelbert Tabones14:17 03/21/23
I got a quick iced Spanish Latte, and it’s good. Their cafe is small but cool 👍

Lissa Salapantan05:16 10/14/22
Found the mocha too milky and could hardly taste the coffee. I heard their flat white is good though hehe. But seems like a nice place to work -- spacious but not too big, bright, and with wifi.

Lorenzo Solis12:56 06/26/22
A decent place to hang out.We tried the 4 cheese pizza and the cubano, both were actually good 👌🏼The drinks were okay too.The staff could use some training. Main cashier was pretty rude to customers. We get it you don't have change, ask nicely.

Angielene Cabasag10:08 12/03/19
Love the cookies, coffee👌🏼 and ambiance! Food is really good as well!Order spam bowl and their pizzas, actually everything is good! Service can get slow since they have small kitchen. But coffee wise, the best! Happy they have pour over method and have guest beans😊

We ate lunch here before going to Arete Hall in Ateneo. There is free parking in front of the restaurant. I appreciated that there is staff in front to offer an umbrella just because it was too hot outside. The extra service improves my experience in this restaurant. There are tables on the ground floor, but the main dining area is on the second floor. For seniors or PWD guests, this gives them access to dine comfortably. They accept both cash and credit card payments. The serving time is 15 minutes. We paid around P1500 for two meals, one drink, and one dessert. I enjoyed my sirloin tapa. I wanted a light lunch, but the choices are limited. There's not many vegetarian choices as well. They do offer packed sandwiches.

One of our go to places, especially for dinner. We still like it 🙂

L**a D**ay11:54 01/09/23
Food: a bit pricey but they have big servings. Even their one cup of rice is bigger than normal.Service: they only have one cashier below so better finalise your order otherwise you'll end up queuing again. We ordered extra rice (after paying the first orders) and I had to queue for 15mins just to pay for that extra.

Keith Padilla03:38 09/26/22
Always a great experience eating at Banapple. Their food is delicious with big servings so you get good value for your money despite the price being a bit on the higher end. The place itself was nice too. It felt very accommodating and invites you in to stay and eat. The staff were all nice and ready to help. The only con is that the bathroom is a bit small and dirty. Other than that, everything is great!

Engelbert Tabones12:44 06/19/22
I tried this time the Bolognese on fetuccini (they only serve it on penne and fetuccini) and it was just fine. The same goes for the Trio of Sausages Pasta. It's good but not that special. As I noticed, as for me, pasta may not be their flag dish. But we still love their Banoffee Pie, though.By the way, their pasta dishes have enormous servings; it can be shared by two. The bread in pasta should’ve been a better one with nice texture.

Mikhail Tiu04:55 04/05/22
This place has been one of my childhood favorites. They serve very good cakes and filling pies and their meals are also good and portions are very generous. A must try is their banoffee pie. They have expanded a lot compared to how they started. They accept foreign and local credit cards and their menu has English.

Went there last night. My son really likes their Belgian waffle . My daughter and I tried a new entry: potato salad.. @150+ tax a plate, it was way too pricey. The potatoes were cut in chunks, hard to bite and chew on... I'd rather go for a softer, creamier one.

Jie “Jay” Don12:40 03/17/17
Pricey and huge servings. Is it still worth it? If you're really hungry and like American style all-day breakfasts, then maybe yes.

Roy Lemi02:25 11/27/16
The first time I went to this place, I ordered something. The waitress said they didn't have that and if I could order another. I ordered another. A few minutes she said they didn't have that and if I could order another. I said why didn't she just say what was available in the first place. I got extra pancakes as an apology but the first impression's ruined.

While the food is good, could've been 5 stars except the hollandaise is a bit salty and the kids with us thought the pancake was a bit on the toasty sideWould not deter us from coming back though.
