Order crispy kare kare, it was great, though I wish they add a bit more flavor, like some taste is there but needs to be amplified.

Simon Turner08:01 04/20/23
Terrible experience! I kindly asked for chicken pieces in my caeser salad. The cook or food preparer agreed to add 100gms for an extra 125 peso. I recieved my order with no more than 50gms of chicken. I explained this to them, but they insisted. Very over priced cafe. Also we were the only customers inside the cafe in the middle of the day. I wonder why 🤔....

John daniel Leanza19:10 11/04/22
The ambiance has this vintage Spanish era feel to it. The best part was the food. Tried to get their best seller of kare kare and dinuguan but was sold out. So we opted out for beef tenderloin, fish and chips and sisig. It was De-Li-Cious!I’ll definitely comeback next time for the kare kare and dinuguan.Would give a five star if it didn’t run out of the best seller and if they accepted credit card or another cashless transaction

With the recently reopened mamia in the restorative time of the pandemic, it hasn't changed much last time I was here and it atill has the same welcoming and chill ambience it always had.Price : Slightly more expensive than the regular stuff you find but the taste of the food and amenities compensates for it.Food : With an operation time of 10:30 to 7:30 pm. The food in cafe Mamia will definitely meet your brunch to dinner needs. I highly suggest their popular arroz caldo and fish and chips--> No food in this place is microwaved

Prncs Lyn08:56 03/06/20
This place place is very classic! If you are a smoker and coffeeholic then this place might be a perfect place for you.I ordered the arroz caldo and the taste never disappointed me so far. The taste is like I am eating palabok but made with rice. It taste good. Different taste of arroz caldo. Definitely my first time.Staff are okay too.Toilet is clean too.

If you stay at Bethel, it's convenient and cheap. During my stay, most of the food was cold and I had to ask to warm up the individual dishes.

Very nice staff. Food comes a bit slow, but its pretty good. We have been there twice. My wife says it's the best Halo Halo she has had here so far. Pancakes and Waffles are good.

peter sumagang09:38 03/15/23
The place is clean, although the parking area is a bit smaller, but it's good. The prices are in the mid range for me. It has wheelchair access. Crew is accommodating. Overall the place is really nice.

Todd R07:38 03/12/23
Very nicely appointed American style restaurant offering good tasting meals along with efficient and friendly service. Little on the high end as far as pricing is concerned but justified based on the overall experience.

Alex H08:01 06/17/23
No idea how this place has high ratings, our experience was so bad. First of all the service wasn’t welcoming at all, we felt like a nuisance being there. The food was absolutely terrible. I ordered the large chicken panini for 185 pesos, and my partner ordered the tuna sandwich, and both were honestly rubbish. There was barely any filling, more lettuce than anything. The chicken panini didn’t taste of anything, unbelievably bland, no flavour and incredibly dry. My cappuccino was extremely weak, it didn’t taste of anything. For hours afterwards I had terrible indigestion, which was undoubtedly caused by this food as I hadn’t eaten anything else all day. All in all, a really bad experience and terrible food compared to other places in Dumaguete.

Franz Eemil Casabuena10:30 03/11/23
Their salmon scrambled is good. But their coffee is bad. But so are the other ice latte I got from other coffee shops. It might be the beans. It's got the bitter taste that is too dominant that you can taste the other stuff anymore.

Stephen Keierleber01:08 09/13/22
A great find for American breakfast. They have tasty food and very good prices. I had the bagel with cream cheese and two eggs which were cooked very well not greasy. The only thing I didn't like was the chocolate milkshake it had too much ice in it. A real milkshake should not contain any water or ice.

Minab Kirstie Tizon09:01 11/28/21
Best breakfast in Dumaguete! This is a small place with maybe 5 tables and a limited menu.I always come to have breakfast here. French toast are delicious. Very good Thai iced coffee, toasted bagels or english muffin with cream cheese & almost everything that I tried was very good 👌🏻

Trisha Alvarez14:03 08/27/19
The cafe, at first glance, is simple but their food stands out. They have a modest selection of bread but the quality exceeded above my expectations. Their coffee is simple as well and pairs greatly with the pastries. I recommend this place for breakfast for people on the go. 🏃Everything is low-priced considering they are all high-quality. Will definitely try their sandwiches and meals next time!Wi-fi is a plus. The staff are super friendly and serve with a smile! 😄

Everything was great! I'm especially happy with the low carb rice I ordered. Happy to support this business, we'll definitely back soon!

I searched for Duma restaurants that offer healthy food and Tootie’s Kitchen was one of them. We love the Quinoa salad, it was affordable and sooo good! The backribs platter worth 349 was unexpectedly good and affordable. It’s already good for 3-4 pax. Although the Cucumber juice was too sweet and the mango shake tasted artificial, overall it was a good dining experience.

ülterfidem_14:47 11/06/22
I ate here with my family. Veryyy good food and affordable prices. We ordered alot actually, the food is well prepared/presentable and actually tasty. Place has peaceful ambiance. The staff are also friendly and approachable. Would highly recommend to my friends. Restaurant deserves more recognition♥♥♥

Quaint ambiance. Their vegan and keto menu options is very inclusive. Cute place to take pictures. Location is a bit of a hole in the wall though. Recommended.

Zeñaby R06:54 12/08/21
This place offers keto and non-keto foods that you would surely enjoy and appreciate (especially to those who are watchful with their calorie intakes), not to mention that their servings are generously prepared at very reasonable prices. Definitely a must try! Also, kudos to their staff who are friendly and patient. Will definitely be coming back again with my dinner ghorls to try other specialties 😊💚

Good food but trash costumer service. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. We felt she didn’t want to accomodate us nor didn’t care if she’d gain or lose customers. I wanted to make that place my go to. But, with that management, no thank you.. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Adamas RI00:48 11/27/19
Place is nice but one of the ladies there is really rude. I was there one afternoon with my friends and i overheard her dealing with a customer whose table was beside ours. She said she won’t serve them anymore because she’s busy and gave them massive attitude. Felt bad for the kids but oh well, atleast my drink was cold that it kept my chill. Bottom line is, i work in hospitality and i know that’s not how you treat a customer.

I organised a surprise birthday lunch for my Mum at The Oasis located in Florentina Homes which was catered by their in-house restaurant Gabby's Bistro. The set up in the Oasis Ballroom was perfect for our guests and love how the pool is just outside so the kids could also have a swim for a small fee of P50 each. The ballroom was air-conditioned and the size was perfect for our group of 35 people. It could comfortably fit up to 50 people. The decor has a tropical feel to it thanks to the mural and there was even a sound machine and free wifi to connect your device to and play music.Irish at the bistro was super friendly and very accommodating with my requests in regards to the catering. We chose the mid range buffet package which included a soup, vegetable or salad dish, 3 main dishes, a pasta dish, dessert which we opted for fruit platters and a round of soft drink. We were able to bring our own juices plus we set up a dessert table with no additional charge and we bought beers from the bistro. The food was good and there was so much of it left over that we took it home for dinner! We also added sliders for the kids which were also enjoyed by the adults! We had a great afternoon celebrating my Mum's birthday. The event was very reasonably priced for what's included and we had the venue for 6hrs.Thanks to the team at Gabby's Bistro and Florentina Homes for making my Mum's birthday party a memorable one! Would highly recommend having a small event at The Oasis in Florentina Homes!

Just had late lunch here. The pizza is really hard. It’s like I’m biting on a rock. I’m sorry but it’s not good. It’s the worst pizza I’ve ever had to be honest. So disappointing. We were starving and been traveling for 5 hours. Was just looking forward to that meal and it was awful

Icia R.17:38 05/30/23
The OG branch of Gabby’s Bistro is one of the best restaurants in Dumaguete! Located within their hotel - Florentina Homes. I’m happy they do room service throughout the day.Cajun Chicken is my fave!

Step into Gabby's Bistro and let your taste buds take you on a nostalgic journey with every scrumptious bite. From their indulgent breakfast options to their inventive fusion comfort dishes, Gabby's Bistro truly offers the best culinary experience in the city. Make sure to try their mouth-watering Cajun Chicken Fingers, which are my personal favorite. You won't regret it! With its warm and inviting ambiance and unforgettable cuisine, Gabby's Bistro is a true gem that you must experience for yourself.

Wanted dessert so we asked some random student and he recommended this place. Price is relatively expensive compared to others we've seen but this is probably one of the only places we've been to in dumaguete that served dessert. Definitely love the vibe and would go back to try the other food.We got nutella crepe and and the oreo bananza

Joana Tan13:00 01/13/23
Chill brunch place. I like that they have many options like 2 viands and 2 eggs plus can add on. Definitely a go to place for something simple and basic 😋 lots of menu items 🤩

ricassandra y06:06 09/27/22
My family and I loved the food here. Reasonably priced and good quality. The place has a nice ambiance, too. We ate here thrice during our short stay in Dumaguete, but I was only able to picture the desserts 😆

Atty. Jorge C. Biñas12:48 06/09/22
We hold our meeting and preparations for our administrative hearing the next day. I visited this many times because of the good ambiance of the place. The foods are very good and affordable. This is a good place for family bonding during meal time or with your friends.

Louie Abecia19:16 04/27/22
Love the retro feel in this area. the food are amazing on lunch/dinner. the breakfast is just your regular hotel breakfast but generous in serving.things they could improve on is to modernize their seats. The shrimo gambas is way too spicy as they are uaing regular spice powder which you can really feel when eating. but overall a must try in Dumaguete

Good place for groups, weather friends or family. I think it's parents and grandparents would like this place and I think they'd like the ambiance. Not too expensive and good food. Service can be slow sometimes even when there's not too many people.

Good food for sharing, and I've been here a lot of times in 6 years yet each year I come here less and less because even after all these years, service is still VERY BAD. SUPER SLOW. Would definitely NOT recommend if your hungry. Most of the time, items in the menu are unavailable, too!You would expect the food to come a bit quicker since no one really goes there since people think it's expensive, but despite the empty restaurant, your food will not be arriving as soon as you want it to.Don't get me wrong: the waiters are nice and there are lots of yummy food, but it just isn't worth it.

Ordered Bistek tagalog and Nilagang Pork soup here. Their bistek tagalog is not the usual kalamansi flavor in it but still good. Beefs are a bit tough but flavorful. I personally prefer more kalamansi to the dish and also Nilagang Pork soup with Ginger is quite unusual but delicious.
