Because it is next to the Philippine Heart Center, there are many people especially seniors. So expected, but the manager is good, really takes care of every customer especially the seniors. Cr are also clean with tissues. Aircon at fullest.

This branch is within the hearth center of the Philippines and just across Q.C City Hall. This branch is always busy and jam packed because of the location. Not a place to relax and chill

Geronimo Cañanes09:11 04/01/23

Unfortunately when you go and order hot food here the food is never hot and you have to return it.The odd part about this is you have to wait a considerable amount of time to get your meal and then it comes out and it is barely warm this is very poor in the service side of things

Jeff07:04 03/08/23
Terrible store DO NOT USE THIS STORE.terrible service the food is cold when.supposed ti be hot. The rice cold, sweet n sour missing pineapple and opinions (always supplied at other Chwking stores), dirty floors and after complaining food again came out cold at a very unsafe temperature. This place is likely to cause food poisoning.0 out if 10 do not risk your health do not eat here. The health authorities should fine this place for failing to meet regulatory food standards.

Myra Veloso04:56 11/09/21
If you're ordering a meal that's not the usual orders they call it made to order. And it's not first come first serve.Another time, simple order of 3 yangchow, 2 with siomai and chopsuey. Waited long which is ok bec I've already adjusted to the wait. Once back to my ofc, no topping. Learning lesson, check first before taking your order.

Lim Muji14:12 03/25/19
Fastfood style small serving but for it price it decent but not enuf if u need big serving . It ok but the taste is more localised . meat is more stiff . noodle is ok but bland cooking style is not exact chinese .

adrian cruz02:29 05/18/17
I bought food just this morning and the guys who served me the food forgot to put a plastic spoon n fork in my take-out order. When I went back to get it a guy (didn't bother getting his name ) from this establishment refused to give me a plastic spoon n fork. "Hindi pwede" was his response, not wanting to get mad I just walked away and decided to post this kind of attitude online to make people aware how bad your customer service is. The guy who refused to give me plastic utensils is the guy who right now 10:20 am is setting up your little stall outside your store.

Food is good the only problem is the services is slow

Jet Koo08:56 06/21/23
High traffic fast food restaurant serving pseudo Chinese-Filipino cuisine. Food and serving size is typical of local fast food restaurants. Due to its popularity, it is difficult to find seats and many typically just order for takeout. That said, tables are cleared relatively quickly abd the air-conditioning can keep up with the heat.Serving time is expectedly slower due to the volume of orders. Typically a 10 minute wait.

Garry Grindr06:19 04/11/23
This checking is a complete ripoff and scam all char kings take credit cards but this one doesn't and then they try and manipulate and cheat you with prices.Do not go to or use this store you will get ripped off

Newly renovated and the menu had been updated - a lot of food was phased out. I remember this place being so busy and always full pre-pandemic. But years after food quality had gone low in all chowking stores in Baguio and when you visit now you'll find a lot of empty seats which we like because we don't like crowded places.

Imaglyy02:23 08/21/22
I finally took a picture of the Chowking in Lower Session Road. I ate in this fastfood for a couple of times with my best friend. In this photo, I'm alone though. It has a restroom. The place is also large. They have a lot of chairs and tables. But if it's lunch time, it has a lot of people so it is better to reserve before going in lunch time. This time I order Sweet and Sour Pork Lauriat. The wait is long but it's okay since the person in the counter said it already. What I don't like in the place is that there's a lot of vendors who can come in and sells stuffs. It is so awkward for us because we can to eat and relax. Some are not forcefully want us to buy but there are some who leaves cards and it was really awkward to us about what to do. Anyway, the experience is not that bad.

Sometimes, I drop by to eat when I get tired and hungry walking. 😄 I remember this was the last food I eat here.

Mark Anthony Padilla06:46 05/11/22
05/11/22 at around 2pm: Ordered 1pc sweet n sour fish lauriat, 1pc sweet n sour chicken lauriat, and 1pc tofu. Food was served cold. Sweet n sour chicken and tofu is very dry, seemed to have been reheated only. Some of tofu has yellow discoloration as well.

Jo Flores08:18 04/12/21
If there is an option for me to rate you negative, I would do. Very poor service. We ordered 5 halo halo and didn't even notified us that they don't have ice so we've waited for 50mins (almost an hour) for our order. Representatives are not friendly as well. Will never recommend this place to buy food. Very disappointed from your service.

This place is quite good. But credit card is not accepted. Crew is alert. I hope it will always stay this way. Or will improve for the better.

Angelo Custodio13:32 05/18/23
Unsanitary. Fast food chain infested with flies. Even the restroom has flies.Order took forever. i waited 45 mins for takeout of food. 45 mins! The person I'm in line with already left when I received my food.Bad customer service. I inquired about my food, I got "wala pa" as a response and no one seems to care. Unhelpful and untrained.Bad food also. Chinese style fried chicken was full of breading(and the breading inside are not as cooked so it feels and taste wrong).Plus didn't even provide utensils.Dissapointed.

Evita Daan12:17 02/17/23
Good place to have merienda.I ordered wanton mami and steamed siomai which were served immediately. Taste normal. The parking lot is wide enough to accommodate a number of clients. They accept gcash and cash payments. There are two floors for dining. The comfort room is clean. The staff are all nice. Location is also good .

L L10:52 02/05/23
Dined here after a 4 hr drive. Line and waiting time was a bit long, crowded on a Sunday but def worth it. Lumpia Pork Chao Fan and Kangkong is my go-to when I eat here. Budget-friendly and very filling 😋

Mary Grace Dado20:35 12/09/22
The ambiance there was not as good as the other Chowking branches, the 2nd floor area is so hot that there is no air conditioning or even an electric fan, and lastly, the halo-halo that they served us was so unattractive that they let us wait for nearly 30 minutes without even informing us that we had to wait. All of these reasons were related to that one PC Chicken.I hope they inform their customers the next time that they will need to wait an hour for that food so that they can adjust their orders if they are in a hurry!Waiting is acceptable, but if you do, just let us know.

Can be improved. Right now, their service is somewhat slow and the staff is lacking in manpower. However, the food still taste the same as other Chowking branches.

Chester Valdez19:13 08/31/19
Laziest staff. I went here about 130am and ordered right away. Knowing that I'm the only customer at the time of the day I expected a fast and good service but instead it took roughly 2 hours before my order came and staff never really cared.

The food here is quite tasty if they could be bothered keeping it hot all the hot dishes you order here only come out lukewarm which is disappointing

Aldrin Nepomuceno16:00 01/12/23
The pancit in the Lauriat tastes like Lucky Me pancit canton. The texture and consistency are unmistakable. The place is too hot even if we were only 3 diners eating inside. They also allow streetkids without facemasks to roam around the store and ask for money from the patrons. The sweet and sour pork was more flour than meat bits.

Very good, food cooked and served hot. Bit slow but they were busy. Five stars!!

Brought beef noodles because I'm craving then they serve me instant noodles for 178pesos. Edi sana nagluto nlng ako sa bahay. Haaays! Store is worst, slow servers and too hot even I visited at night hour. Aircon are all close. Worst chowking ever.

Joshua Paul Gaces07:07 01/13/19
This is one of the oldest Chowking branches I've ever eaten in. It's not that tidy and comfortable; the aircon is inadequate while there are no blinds to cover all windows. The food here could be better, but honestly for a fast food, I didn't really expect that much.
