We visited twice, breakfast and dinner. Both pleasant enough and decent value for money relative to the rest of the Island. It has an old school American diner feel, a bit soulless even when busy. But on the whole, a safe bet for basic fare.

Delma Parfitt19:40 05/06/23
Came in of an evening ordered grilled cheese and tomato sandwich. Was asked what Kind of toast I wanted, I just knew that it was a mistake so i repeated again grilled, white bread. It was about 8:45 and we were told that they close at 9:30 but last order from grill was at 9.When the order came it was toast with cheese just nearly melted. Just saying!!

The Paraquet Restaurant has been a bastion of Bermudian culinary hospitality for longer than I've been alive. I personally consider them in my top 3 for breakfast(the codfish and potatoes are BANGING), and the variety in the menu leaves all ages and appetites satisfied. The 50's style diner set-up may not be for all but many find it quaint and cozy; a more personalized feel to the service.Highly recommended for any meal.

D K13:00 06/21/19
Had the bermudian breakfast for $20 which included a fish cake, home fries, avocado, egg and bread. It also comes with a banana which I opted out of and ask for something else but they refused to swap the banana for another fruit. They said if I want different fruit I have to pay $10 for the fruit plate. I asked for a piece of apple or anything that's cheap for them besides a cut of a banana but they wouldn't go for it. Coffee was extra with no refills. Overall $35 with tip for a very average nothing special breakfast.

This spot is a Local Hidden Gem ! The Paraquet is bright and sunny, located right on the main road just past Bermuda College. The food is wonderful, freshly prepared, and very affordable . I had the Chicken and waffles, which were lovely, served with sirracha sauce, my wife ordered the fish cake which came with golden brown potatoes, and eggs, with banana and avocado. The coffee, and iced coffee were also delicious ! We will be back for dinner for sure ! We went back the next day, and I tried the Crepes, which were delicious !

Great food, great atmosphere. Scrambled eggs cooked really well. Great breakfast spot with loads of selection to pick from.

We got this recommended to us by a local for breakfast and liked it so much we came back for a late lunch. But they serve breakfast thru dinner. Great food, beverages and cocktails. If you're in Hamilton give it a try. I know we will be back. And the Lamb Burger is to die for. Amazing.

Liz Hann01:02 07/02/23
We ate here multiple times during our trip for breakfast, dinner, and drinks. Breakfast is good and the coffee is amazing. Dinner was also good. We really enjoyed the cocktail list. This turned out to be one of our favorite spots to eat during our trip.

Nicole Melissa23:48 05/23/23
This cafe was our safe space during a challenging vacation. We came here a few times and every single time the service, food and atmosphere was amazing. Thank you Denise and Maks! They made us feel so taken care of. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, like a home-cooked gourmet meal. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner once each during our visit and each menu had great options. I have a lot of food allergies and restrictions (dairy, gluten, sesame, poppy, nuts, shellfish) and they were able to accommodate everything. Thank you for helping us make our trip significantly better.

Uncle G16:26 07/05/21
The best food we had in hamilton. Menu has lot of options. We went on a Sunday so brunch was the way to go. Staff is friendly and efficient. If you are downtown it is worth looking at the menu plus they have a little deck outside

One of my favourite places for lunch (breakfast is great too)! The food has been consistently amazing, everyone is super friendly and the space is warm and welcoming. Absolutely recommend stopping by to experience this unique gem.

Paul Johnson18:20 04/11/23
The cafe is a little tricky to find but worth the search! It is located on the second floor of the Washington street mallThe cafe is small with only a handful of tablesThe waitstaff was very friendly and welcomingThe daily special chicken soup was absolutely delicious and we would have ordered it again if we were staying in Bermuda longerThe Cesar salad was pretty good although not spectacularThe cafe is a great location if you are in the middle of town or heading out of town on one of the buses

Aric Wilson21:52 07/23/22
Food was very good. We had the quiche and the fish sandwich. I’ve had fish sandwiches almost everywhere in Bermuda and this ranks up there. The bread was great, the slaw and pickled onions were awesome. I’m a fan of the potato’s and I LOVE that they leave mayo on the table. I humbly suggest hot sauce for the fish sandwich though but all in all very good. Oh the quiche was amazing. More than one local says best quiche in Bermuda.

Queen Vic15:37 07/06/22
Customer service was rude she stated that they didn’t have any seats for not just my self but grandma, mother, and cousin and clearly in the picture the seats were empty over a hour, We just decided to ask if we can order to go so we had to eat outside on a bench the food was hot and delicious. To bad I couldn’t dine in 😞 Worst out of the country restaurant experience I’ve ever had. By the way we were tourists from America 🇺🇸

Sherma Webbe Clarke17:32 05/12/17
If you're searching for good food in Hamilton, there are lots of options. One great place is The Cottage Cafe & Bistro in the Washington Mall. Breakfast service was friendly and swift but not rushed. The food was great and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The interior is charming and comfortable. I stopped in for breakfast, but judging from the chalkboard specials, lunch looks tempting too.

What a great place! The owner is very friendly and you get the most delicious and affordable breakfast in St. George’s. So glad we found this gem while there.

jazey d21:02 06/04/23
If you are in st. George, you should stop here to eat. Be prepared to take it to go. There was one table and bar seats so about 7 people could sit inside. It's small inside but worth it. We ordered a burger and chicken sandwich.

Bill Gravius20:54 02/04/20
Stopped in at Mama Angie's for lunch based on other great reviews and we were not disappointed. The fish cake sandwich was fabulous. It's fun that you can actually see them making the fish cakes from scratch, but that doesnt compare to the taste. Fresh and seasoned with local herbs and served on a fresh bun. My wife had a bacon cheeseburger that was also really good. She described it as a bacon sandwich with burger and cheese. This place is decidedly simple but the food is fabulous without the typical Bermuda prices.

Yvonne @Ask Yvi17:55 07/03/18
Mama Angie made a whole new fresh pot of coffee for me and the BLT was just as great as another review mentions.Cute little hole in the wall mum and pop's where everyone makes you feel like home.Loved this place and it's my go to now when visiting.

Av Zu03:19 03/15/18
Looking for an authentic Bermudian experience, this is the place! The fish sandwiches are hands down the best i have ever had! We also had pancakes ; amazing & HUGE! best value for your money on island!

Tracey Kelly22:38 07/29/23
Always good service with a smile. Hometown feeling with a massive menu. Prices are fair.

Paul Joseph14:12 06/25/23
On the whole we found the food in Bermuda to be pretty average and poor value for money. But the Specialty Inn has a nice local feel and is reasonably priced (relatively), has plenty of parking, free wi-fi and friendly staff.

L H02:55 06/15/23
Very tight seating as they are always busy so they are fitting in as many as they can. Service is exceptional; wrap (okay.) Rating is just because of noise level and cramped. Overall food was decent.

Brian Heidorn12:08 04/11/23
Excellent pizza! Delicious sushi. My son said he cannot have sushi back at the States because it will never be as good as it was at Specialty Inn.

Robin M.00:04 11/01/19
Speciality Inn is a great diner-style restaurant, with good food, big portions and great value for your dollar. The staff are great as well. You can find many different food items, including pizza and sushi - there is something for everyone. It is a family friendly restaurant, centrally located, with plenty of free parking.

Hesham Youssef02:48 07/03/23
I went with my wife based on good Google reviews. Seems we were not so lucky with our experience. To start with, we wanted to start with the coconut mussel pot but there were out of it. So we asked for the quinoa and roasted beet salad and they were out of it too. So we decided to just order the main dishes.I ordered the catch of the day and it was wahoo fish and it came with 2 sides (mashed potato and Brussels sprouts). The taste was ok, but nothing special about it to pay $45. Also small size portions. My wife ordered Casablanca pizza. Was so oily. Was dripping oil. We couldn’t finish it.The drinks were good. After we finished we asked them to call a taxi for us and they did. But we waited for almost an hour till we got a taxi. I understand that the taxi is not their fault and they celled few times and we appreciate that. But still, we waited after dinner for a full hour waiting a taxi. So we felt that our experience was not great over all.Might give it another try. But not anytime soon.

Laurel Showstack22:31 06/29/23
Quaint spot with a variety of menu options. Fun kids menu! We had the risotto app and local fish sandwich. The risotto was a little under cooked for my liking but the flavors were good. Very kind staff! Gratuity is included

Rain Passion06:34 06/27/23
Food and drinks arrived same time, hot and most importantly, DELICIOUS! The staff was courteous and attentive even when it got busy. There are various menu options that we did not get to try so we'll definitely be going back. The cocktails are good, just a little "light" for my taste. Prices are in the range of what I've learned to expect eating out in Bermuda.3 stars for the atmosphere; although the interior is pleasant, the exterior needs a loving touch and there's always a bit of struggle to find parking - most likely because everyone keeps coming back for more!

Erin Wilhite (Realtor)23:42 05/25/23
So good we went back!Day 1 - My favorite calamari ever: crunchy coating over firm, juicy, succulent rings with a sauce to die for.Day 2 - Spinach feta pizza that we are totally going to spend the rest of our days attempting to replicate.

Beautiful little spot we had breakfast here before walking over to the aquarium/zoo. Pleasant staff, large menu, quality food, great ambiance, and spotless restrooms. Highly recommend, will be back!

Our go to spot for breakfast in Bermuda.Friendly staff , bermuda pace , good for , great coffee. Pancakes are great also.Roti for lunch a hit.

jazey d20:51 06/04/23
We ate here about 5 times on our week long trip. The ladies were friendly, and the food tasty. The chk curry and smashed pumpkin was my favorite.

R. Scarborough20:31 10/24/22
This is one of VERY few restaurants in the area. Definitely no frills or anything fancy. Think beach town vibes. Food is pricey ( like everything in Bermuda) and it’s just ok . We got the chicken caesar and the chicken roti. Both were just alright . If you’re looking for something close and edible this will do fine but it’s not something to eat every night - you’re better off going into Hamilton if you want more variety !

Helen Edley14:31 10/29/21
We popped in on a Sunday morning during our holiday for the traditional Bermudian codfish breakfast. We were excited to see what this was like as it was a totally new dining experience for us. The server brought us both the sauces is to try and she suggested we put them on our food which of course we did! This is a great locally owned and operated restaurant and we were very happy to support them during our holiday.

The quickest coffee making service ever !You think you might have to wait ages ..think again! They have everything off to a tee.And the best part is the coffee tastes wonderful! Rich deep flavour worthy of any continental cafe in Paris or Florence!

The Starbucks in Bermuda! Coffee as good as between Second Cup in Canada.

Simone Grant19:20 11/28/20
Brew is the surprise of my Bermuda experience. I thought it was a regular coffee shop, but noooo, it offers a lot more. Today I had the grilled salmon bowl. To say this meal was scrumptious is an understatement. Food coupled with free wifi, comfortable seating and 90s music? I couldn't ask for more.
