I showed a video of the haircut, the barber just took 2-3 secs to look into it without even finishing the 30 secs video. While doing the haircut, he was also in a video call with a girl most likely his wife/gf. His fellow barber told him to turn off the phone because it keeps on having this echoing sound which is irritating. He also butchered my patilya and the bangs is not properly cut. I've also been rejected entry even though it was still 8 PM, still 2 hours away from closing time.I've yet to experience this with other Bruno's branches, but for this one I'd probably not raise my hopes up. I love the smell of their shaving lotion.And they always give a bit of massage at the end, a welcome pamper to polish off the experience.
