Me and my boyfie had a stressful week so instead of the typical massage, we tried this instead. So, from the reception, we were given the cap, the locker key and the container where you'll put your belongings.We had a Superb hydrotherapy experience. No photos though of the facilities since they do not allow cell phones inside the pool area. Got to try all their facilities which massaged different points in our bodies. The feeling of the pressured showers really feels like an accupuncture. This definitely took away all the stress in me. CRs are clean though would be better if they use something to freshen up the smell of the area and remove the urine-like smell from the floors. There's also a backdrop where you can take pictures. When you check in at the hotel, they will give you these spa vouchers you can use while staying at the hotel. Waited for hours with no reply, so I decided to take my chance and drop by their spa. Upon entering, no one was there to greet their customers. I kept shouting "tao po" but still no one was there to attend to us. I decided to call their mobile number. The phone rang and to my surprise, the mobile was just at the desk, same with us, left unattended. After few more minutes, someone opened the door (right side of the reception area) this person went back in and informed the receptionist who is busy chit-chatting at the back, that someone is waiting at front.No wonder they do poorly managing inquiries because the person in charge of managing the phone is too busy doing something else.The receptionist informed me that no one is available and I should just go back after 3 hours. I asked why no one informed me when I messaged them earlier, and she just replied because someone is already reserved for that time. She did not even apologized for the inconvenience. No choice but to leave and marking that I will never go back to this spa.I honestly feel that the owners should focus on their staff and at least teach them Customer Service 101.Hoping a new spa will open within the area that I can support and endorse. The staff told me to come back because it's too early. i came back 10 minutes before 8pm but the door was closed and nobody was there. I waited for 20 minutes and still nobody was there. Then i left. I came back around 9pm because i live in Capri Oasis. The staff asked me if i still want a massage i replied NO, i just want to file a complaint. I told her my appointment was 8pm and the staff smiling and said that they do not care about the appointment. If you visit this place they will encourage you to set up an appointment because they said they a lot of customers. The staff are unprofessional and do not care about setting up an appointment.
