Sure, they can ask & the client is SUPPOSED to know/say, but more often than not, the source of what is causing the issue is NOT fr where the client is pointing to. They're one of the newest spa and skin care destinations in Alabang. Their interiors are cozy and homey. The Spanish atmosphere takes you back in time. I have tried 3 of their massages so far. Masaje Oriental Nativo, their signature massage was the first one that i've tried. It's a fusion between traditional Filipino massage, Hilot, and deep tissue massage. I tried their Ventosa and Hot Stone massage as well, both are equally relaxing. They recently included facials in their menu. They have top-notch equipment on par with skin clinics in the area but I found Altacienda's price range budget friendly. Their friendly staff offer Ginger tea upon booking a massage. Also, it is much better to book an appointment via call or online for they're usually fully booked. I could say that Altacienda spa is definitely one of the best spa's in Alabang.
