Initially, everything was fine with Kawayan up until I called them back to schedule. The person I spoke with could not understand the fact that my hotel already said that is was okay. She simply kept on parroting what she was told and was not at all interested in finding a solution to a very simple problem. I could have easily called guest services and put Kawayan on a three way call. Instead, the lady basically just said "no" and that they were booked 'til 12 am anyway. Since they ask for your signature at the start and review at the end, you surely won’t be shorted on the amount of time you’ve booked (unfortunately this is usually what has ended my relationship with other service providers). I have had the pleasure of service from Jessa and Lydia, both of whom I can full-heartedly recommend.The therapists truly bring the spa to your home: mat and pillow, towels, and aromatherapy machine with scent options. I prefer still to use my own folding cushion, but their set up is really all you would need.
