Marcus completed a relaxing 80 minute massage focusing on the areas I requested. Overall clean and neat and a great experience, would recommend and return. They're all pros, & the spa seems to push for decency/being wholesome from what I gathered.The sauna & bath areas are hygienic & discreet.The rest of the place is nice & clean too. The owner's figure collection is displayed across the hallways & the common area, & can be an attraction on its own. Gundams, Saint Seiya, Marvel, Star Wars, & old school Japanese mechs were among the stuff I was able to recognize.Didn't get to try their menu, but looks to be the usual Korean stuff Clark & Angeles people should be used to by now.[Edit: March 14, 2023]They now carry the On Chicken brand for meals. While my face is glowing, healthy and beautiful my body results were unexpected and amazing. I have had 17 surgeries from a car accident and walking more than a block or two caused swelling and pain. I could see a wheelchair in my future again. Here is the unexpected - after six sessions of cryo I realized my legs were no longer swelling and the pain minimal. Best of all I am now walking a mile in under 30 minutes every morning and still able to have a normal pain free day! Cryo reduces inflammation and improves my circulation allowing joint and muscle recovery!! Dominica is amazing as is Clarks H and S staff!! My card expired and yes my fault for not updating them, but when I did it took them about 3 billing cycles to adjust... 3 BILLING CYCLES. I called them and "magically" the notes appeared that the credit card had been updated, guess what happened the next billing cycle? (SAME THING!) I had to call them again and it seems like they FINALLY straightened it out. The second, bad experience my masseuse, Teresa who is wonderful and the only reason I'm giving this place 3 stars and not 1, is because she had an emergency and they called me to cancel. (Life happens). The next month I arrived and guess what the girl from the front desk said they have been calling me since last week to say they had to cancel again because Teresa had am emergency. Bs, my phone is on me 24/7, zero missed calls, and voicemails. And all she can say is "the notes say that we have tried to call you, all I can do is have the manager call you to see if he can do anything or schedule you with another person"? Fine let's schedule with someone else until Teresa is available again sorry we are booked until next year? What are you kidding me? I'm done with them. They are more stressful than relaxing. Also, according to them a customer asked if THAT cctv was broken, and they answered yes. They basically gave the guy an idea that there are no type of security.
