We book an appointment but we still waited for cubicles. It took almost 15 minutes. We book and was charged for a 1 hour and 30 minute massage. They only massaged us for more or less an hour. we took note of the time we went up and when we went down. My masseuse did a horrible job. She poured a lot of oil that it dripped on my sides. After my husband and daughter used the slippers, they immediately gave it to the next customer without sanitizing it. Staffs were nice. Before the service starts, the receptionist name Joan ask me if I want to have a cup of coffee, and I said yes. She prepare the coffee, instant mocha coffee . The light in the shop is a bit dim. My niece notice something floating in my cup of coffee, both of us think its only a chunk of chocolate that doesn't dissolve in the water. I take 2 sips of the coffee, when I'm going to take another sip I see a baby COCKROACH in my coffee, it's a COCKROACH that's floating in my cup and not a chunk of chocolate.I called Joan and gave the cup of unfinished coffee with extra COCKROACH on the side, all she said is sorry, her alibi it could be the water, etc. Whatever the reason, she should check and see if she's giving a clean drink to their customers.Dirty place, cockroach everywhere even in the place where the staff do their nail service on us.If there's a rating that is lower than one star, that's what I'm going to give her.For the staff who service us, they're nice, Shirley and Jurie.
