The receptionists are friendly and accommodating to work out a time slot should you walk in on a busy day. They do accept reservations, so it's best to call/text ahead of time to set a schedule. The rooms are clean and the place itself is quiet enough that you'd be unbothered by outside noise. The therapists are attentive and professional, they ask if pressure applied is enough for you to handle and would sometimes give advice on what's ailing you (certain back or shoulder pains). The seniors (there's senior discount) I bring here mostly avail of the foot spa/scrubbing + head/shoulder massage and are very satisfied with their service.

Clean and good massage. Probably the best in Manila so far. Price has increased little recently.

Poor business practice. Sells spa vouchers that expire - even big businesses cannot expire vouchers that have been paid for, but this business does. Literally took money and exchanged it for vouchers that expire in 3 months knowing fully well that those are likely to be given out as gifts. It’s not like the product sold - massage services in this case - spoil or rot. Gusto lang talaga mangisa- and their business explanation is, they’re just a small business so they are allowed to do this.🤦🏻‍♀️As a consequence, the recepient (me in this case) received a horrible experience instead of a relaxing massage. I was a paying customer too before and had recommended this place to my family and friends thinking it’s a good thing to support small and independent businesses, BUT, I oppose all businesses who engage in unfair practices towards their customers, and staff. Unfortunately, this business is one of them.I HIGHLY REGRET ever recommending them as a spa to try out. Their massage is average at best, you can get the same if not better service at another place that don’t dupe customers and then hide behind their staff’s backs.

Got my back fixed better than a over rated chiropractor facility. Price is worth the service. Good location. Quiet. They give allowances to anyone who comes in a little late. Convenient location.

A rejuvenating massage at a relatively friendly rate awaits you at Comodo Spa & Massage in Alabang. The center offers body and foot therapy services as well as the combination of both.Unfortunately, Commerce Center (the building where it is located) doesn’t permit establishments to have wet areas, hence the absence of shower and sauna amenities.

Great ambiance, very relaxing space and friendly people. The massage quality is good, with a nice variety of massages and pressures. It feels high end while the prices are very good.Availability is good, so far I was always accommodated in a few minutes after calling.Would definitely recommend this spa!

I was in Las Pinas to visit family and had one day to myself. I stopped by here and booked an appointment for a 2 hour swedish massage. I got Alma, who did a great job and took her time. The room was very clean and they had lockboxes in each room, with keys, to put your stuff in. After the massage, they provide hot tea. There's also a very clean restroom to freshen up. You pay up front and they give you an envelope if you want to give your masseuse a tip. Very happy with the experience!

Margaret Lau01:16 10/30/22
I’m visiting the Philippines from England and had the 1.5 hour specialty massage for 1500 PHP with the lava stone with my therapist Leslie. She was incredible and was able to get deep into my shoulder pains. The value for money at this place is very high and they had great customer service. I will likely be coming back every day. Highly recommend!

I had a very good 60 min. Native Oriental Massage, my therapist was Erica, I really enjoyed the experience, next time I will book 120 min., it is worth it.

Had an amazing massage here! The lady (unfortunately I lost her name) was very good! I gave 4 stars because of the environment. My therapist had to knock constantly to people next to us to shush them since they were so loud!I do understand it’s customers “fault” but maybe try giving them some “house rules” if they don’t understand that you suppose to be quiet in the SPA. 🙄

M Francisco Dulog04:45 02/25/23
My mother and I have gone here twice. On both occasions, I have had a pretty amazing experience. The first was with Carla. She found my frozen shoulder situation WITHOUT me telling her (I was NOT trying to hide it, just been ignoring it/getting used to it slowly improving!). Well, I'll be damned, she made a TREMENDOUS difference for it loosening. The second visit was, WOW. It was with Joy. What a JOY! She methodically and meticulously found all the spots which another massage place never even identified. The test of a good masseuse to me is when they are knowledgeable and aware of how to identify those parts which need the most significant work. Sure, they can ask & the client is SUPPOSED to know/say, but more often than not, the source of what is causing the issue is NOT fr where the client is pointing to. Joy found those critical spots and worked them out -- calves, sciatica, shoulder, wrist (God, I felt the knot on my wrist when she worked on it!?!) Thank goodness for hot stones too! I slept like a baby that night and my sleep has been deeper than it has been in MONTHS!My mom had Arlene and she had a very good experience with her as well. She did not give me details of her experience so I can't say much about it.We are booked for next Friday and intend to go every other week.(Thank you, Joy, Arlene & the staff at Altacienda!)HIGHLY, WONDERFULLY RECOMMEND THIS SPA!

The quality of the massage depends very much on who your therapist is. Some are good, some not so much. But I still considering it one of the better places for now.

Nestled somewhere within the hustle and bustle of Alabang is Altacienda spa. It's located within Westgate center. Nearest landmark would be beside Sushi Ninja. They're one of the newest spa and skin care destinations in Alabang. Their interiors are cozy and homey. The Spanish atmosphere takes you back in time. I have tried 3 of their massages so far. Masaje Oriental Nativo, their signature massage was the first one that i've tried. It's a fusion between traditional Filipino massage, Hilot, and deep tissue massage. I tried their Ventosa and Hot Stone massage as well, both are equally relaxing. They recently included facials in their menu. They have top-notch equipment on par with skin clinics in the area but I found Altacienda's price range budget friendly. Their friendly staff offer Ginger tea upon booking a massage. Also, it is much better to book an appointment via call or online for they're usually fully booked. I could say that Altacienda spa is definitely one of the best spa's in Alabang. I'll surely come back and bring friends next time!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We booked an appointment 2weeks prior only to find out that on the day of our appointment, they failed to book us.

Look for their amazing massage therapists Janice or Michelle for your Lymphatic Detox. Try also their Deep Tissue Masaage for your sore muscles.

Gaea Marañon14:49 02/09/23
Do not even bother. Terrible customer service & bad overall experience. After calling hours before to reserve, they only confirmed our booking 30mins before our appointment and only after we followed up multiple times. We got the private room w jacuzzi & steam. The clock in the room was advanced by 8 mins and therapist said its the time they “follow”. Jacuzzi didnt work & could not be filled with water so it was just an empty bathtub. Massage was just ok, strong start but pressure wasnt maintained. Felt rushed and when we checked it wasnt even an hour massage. Disappointing.

Justin Henry Lu13:15 02/09/23
Customer service confusing, massage was not relaxing, kept rushing us, over priced

mike kalalo13:09 02/05/23
Poor customer service. Had an appointment at 7PM and we were there before 7. We were assisted to a room and when I followed up at 7:20, they said there were no available therapists yet. And then at 7:40, we were asked to transfer rooms. They should have been more transparent with us. Massage also felt rushed, and it was less than 50mins when I checked the time. We definitely won't go back. They weren't even apologetic for the delays and the poor customer service.

Michelle Santos06:36 04/15/23
Piandre is my go-to for my hair care and make-up needs. This branch at South SuperMarket is conveniently located: accessible via Filinvest's main roads, with parking (a challenge sometimes, though 😅) , right by BPI, Pancake House and Mercury Drug. The salon booking team is very responsive and accommodating. The facilities are clean; they used to serve coffee / tea with a little cookie and I miss that. The stylists are proficient. I've had no complaints in my hair trim and coloring needs. Same with make-up ( i always ask for Michelle). Been going here for years!

Avy Silva03:43 05/12/22
I like the location. The senior stylist was nice and asked me what style I wanted. The person doing the spot massage was equally good. Pressure was just right.

Minez Lambuson09:43 04/12/22
I have been a regular client of Piandre Salon, South Supermarket branch for almost 12 years now. But I have also been a PWD since 2018, and NOT a single staff of this popular salon ever gave me a discount for being a ( orthopaedic ) PWD. Despite of my many complaints ( eczema on my scalp due to hair roots colouring using ORGANIC ingredients; my hair damaged due to the front desk staff s confusion on how to manage the procedures; and my current complaint of the hang nail/s in my fingers and left big toe nail). So I have asked my regular manicurista to make an emergency home service on my hang nail/s ( she already had done this many times ): but she had declined because it s now Alert level 1 and I could only go to their Salon to have my hang nail removed. This only happened AFTER my complaint of not being given any PWD discount though some other Salons gave me ( a nice surprise) . THIS SALON IS AN INGRATE & A HYPOCRITE..being of Catholic ownership, I would have expected they could respect my request ..but sadly, after those 12 years, they treat me now like garbage.

S David13:43 03/01/22
Good: My haircut turned out well.Bad: I went in for touch up hair color and cut with an appointment, but I was made to wait for a while before my (senior) stylist attended to me. The salon was not even busy at the time (4 customers being serviced?). Anyway, I was ok with the short wait but then throughout my color treatment, my hair was hardly checked so I’m pretty sure the color sat there longer than needed. Then when it came to my finishing my haircut, which I thought would take a few minutes since my hair was already cut before the color, my stylist still took forever as she was pausing to attend to someone else while in the middle of mine. After a few days, I confirmed that my hair color is not even, and I can only attribute that to the lack of attention it was paid. I am usually a happy Piandre (Salcedo) customer, but I was quite disappointed in Alabang.

Bondoc, Maria Aubrey V.06:16 10/31/20
I came in without an appointment but they still manage to accommodate me, and even granted my request for their Senior Hairstylist Erwin. He is the best. He was able to service me even before the clients with appointment came in, very time efficient. The place was also well-sanitized and everyone is wearing face masks and face shields.I would surely return to this salon.

Value for money massage services by blind masseuse

Joel T.09:37 08/07/22
If there was no star rating this place deserves it. My wife had a terrible experience. My wife’s back was aching and the therapist she got was incapable of understanding her requests. Whatever she asked, the therapist would do the opposite of what she asked. Please take note that my wife was not mean to her at all. She was just simply asking the therapist to focus on her upper back and roll her hand down so she can pinpoint to the therapist where it pained her.So, instead of dealing with my wife’s requests such as carefully asking where it pained her so she could help ease the pain in her back, mid-massage the therapist wanted someone else to massage my wife. When the therapist said this, my wife yielded to her suggestion. Then the supposed next therapist said “I can’t do a massage now, I’m eating.” Hearing this the wife got so disappointed and said “Okay, never mind. You’re eating. I won’t have a massage anymore.” She put on her clothes and wanted to leave immediately due to her frustration and disappointment. Since she did not know how to open the accordion door, it made loud sound when opened and one of a male therapist yelled at her behind her back as she passed by. This angered my wife because that was uncalled for.Just a piece of advice for VIBES, your Massage therapist’s duty is to treat clients with your touch to relieve pain and stress, increase relaxation, and aid in the general wellness of your clients and not give them stress. Train your therapists how to handly clients. Instead of being impatient, you should have been patient enough to ask how to help your clients. That male therapist should have just kept his mouth shut instead of bullying my wife.

I started having a massage from them almost 15 years ago when they opened it. And I still do on a weekly basis (except during pandemic).
