All the upgrades were installed and the unit was tested and seemed to be in good working order. Unfortunately, when it was used at home, there were intermittent blue screens and "hang" issues that made it practically inoperable. To cut the story short, we had to return the unit where it was subsequently replaced. It was a big bother or great inconvenience in our part. The replacement unit also manifested some technical issues where we then opted to avail of chose other brands with similar or related specifications. What justifies this rating then? For one thing, the defect was unintended on the part of the distributor and definitely has to do with the product manufacturing Lenovo in this case. What is remarkable is the the sales person of this provided assistance beyond office hours and was in constant communication with us until the unit's replacement with another brand. He was very patient and assuring despite my obvious disappointment. That is how you connect with customers and that is how you will not lose them. Buyers beware of aggresively promoted brand on site with the freebies. The sales guy who attended to me was helpful and looked knowledgeable. He was able to talk about the pros of getting your products from them. No on hand stocks for the laptops unfortunately, and ordering online sets you back 6 to 8 weeks. They have a 5% discount for cash transactions but do have a 2k service fee so the discount isn't really very significant. It's a small power mac center and only a max of 5 people were allowed at a time. There were 2 lines for those with preorders and walk in customers the queueing system was very organized. It typically takes 20 to 30 mins per transaction so the lines were moving a bit too slow. The guards werr also very informative and if you are a walk in client you can ask them about stock availability and they have a list so you won't waste your time on queue if they dont have the item you want. I saw alot of people being turn away because they don't have an appointment. So if your planning in having your apple device check, make sure if it's appointment only or do they take walk-in to save you time and money.Other than that my experience was good. The employees are attentive and helpful though my device took them 7 days, the maximum amount, to fix even though they said it only took a factory reset to fix.
