After you buy items from them, expect to be treated like nobody. I bought a Silverstone 850W fully modular power supply last 2018. Recently this year 2020, my power supply stopped working. Even after testing it in my test bench, the problem still persists. I contacted them for warranty support, however, they expressly told me that they will no longer provide support since I bought the product 2 years ago even though the product is still under its 5 year warranty and I'll have to contact Silverstone directly myself.
