Expertise of tech is poor or their just lazy. I was told that my S7 edge LCD is intact/connected with my power button which was broken. Meaning I had to change my LCD for the power button that was broken. which will cost me 10k. Had to check youtube on how to disassemble my S7 edge from there I saw that it wasn't like that. Have to go to nearest small shop owned by our muslim brothers to get it fix. And cost me only 800 Pesos.

I hope the sales people in our store are the same as other stores out there. Attentive. It seems like people don't want to sell in that store. Their Cashier did not give my change. Seems she is not aware of Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)'s Department Administrative Order No. 16-03 Series of 2016 on the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act No. 10909 or the “No Shortchanging Act of 2016”. She gave the receipt, but not my change. The IRR specifies that it shall be the duty of business establishments to: give the exact amount of change without waiting for the consumer to ask for it...any alleged violation of the Act and to determine the penalty imposable.

Fast service, I remember last time when my Samsung galaxy s5 was not functioning correctly due to its damage charging port. It was a fast and reliable service almost got my unit the same day. They have the parts available and provide better support, by the way it was under warranty and I don't have my receipt with me and they handle it with ease. They just need to check its IMEI and that's it. Awesome service definitely a go to place.If your unit is out of warranty expect an expensive price tag especially if your screen got damage. Its almost have the price of a new phone.

Purchasing fold 4 from aura but wanted to have tempered glass and cover with pen which is available in market market, the latter refused to send over to aura even if im willing to pay for grab etc in cash. Decided not to buy samsung fold 4 and just moved to apple
