A few places offer this service in Norwich, but I chose to come here mainly because I really liked Sasha when we spoke on the phone-CACI was very new to me so I was trying to find out more information, and Sasha was really helpful and clear on the phone. I also liked the fact that although the advice with CACI is to start with 10-20 facials over 10 weeks (to build up the electric current), Sasha wouldn’t insist that I bought a whole package. Other places in Norwich I contacted did insist on this, which I didn’t like. Having said that, I did choose to buy the package as I want to get the most from the treatment; so far I’ve had 4 facials, and I really like CACI, it feels like it’s tightening my skin, and I really look forward to the relaxing hour laying under a cosy cover and being pampered. Sasha is also warm and personable, and it’s always a pleasure to chat with her. Looking forward to continuing my treatments and seeing the results long term! Salon Sixty Six

Els Sendall22:15 07/27/23Best. Choice. Ever. I came to the salon for a consultation with Katie to get a colour change. I had box-dyed brown hair for years which I then bleached myself and stuck a bright orange on top, after a while I fancied a proper change (understandably, as you can see!) So weeks later I came back for my appointment. From the get go, Katie was refreshing, friendly, reassuring and personable. I was offered a drink and the appointment started on time. Within the 4 hours I was there, Katie kept me laughing, listened to my wants/concerns/preferences and absolutely worked miracles in the mean time. I am soooo happy with the final result, it’s better than I could’ve expected. Definitely a 5-star experience, I will not be going elsewhere and can’t wait to return to Katie, the queen of colour correction, within the next 6 months for a highlights touch-up. She is amazing, my hair came out perfectly, exactly how I imagined and even better!! She was lovely throughout the whole process, and went above and beyond to make me feel so special and make my day amazing!! Absolutely lovely human and amazing stylist! I would recommend her over and over again! She even gave me a few tips on colour theory to help cover up a tattoo I didn't want on display! She goes above and beyond and you can tell how hard she works to make people feel special and fall inlove with their hair!
